摘要： This work introduces CAMPRO, a Content Addressable Memory (CAM)-based Processing-In-Memory (PIM) processor customized for Hyperdimensional Computing (HDC). CAMPRO leverages a 6T Split Word Lines (SWL) cell structure for its CAM, enabling efficient column-wise search for ultra-wide Hypervector (HV) storage and an optimized associative PIM architecture tailored to HDC operations, significantly enhancing energy efficiency. The four key operators of HDC, binding, bundling, permutation, and similarity, are mapped to the proposed architecture. CAMPRO enhances operational parallelism via approximate bundling and employs a hierarchical permutation method to mitigate the gap in flexible shift support within CAM-based PIM architecture. The fine grained pipelined operations boost processing efficiency and dynamically reclaim memory space to support larger models. The Two-Phase Bit Pruning (TPBP) strategy prunes redundant bits in class HVs across two computing stages to eliminate unnecessary computations, reducing operation counts by 73.6% and energy consumption by 65.2% while maintaining query precision. Simulated in a 22 nm CMOS process, CAMPRO occupies 1.13 mm(2) and consumes 0.99 mW at 200 MHz. CAMPRO demonstrates robust versatility and scalability across five datasets, including MUTAG, CIFAR10, MNIST, language classification, and EMG gesture recognition, using diverse encoding schemes. It achieves excellent energy efficiency and low latency from small to large-scale datasets. In language classification, it reduces inference energy by 99.2% compared to the similiar work. For EMG gesture recognition, it improves training and inference energy efficiency by 2.6x and 6.7x, and reduce inference latency by 73x compared to related works. On MNIST, it enhances energy efficiency by 11.3x and latency by 1.6x to the prior work, making it an efficient Artificial Intelligence of Things (AIoT) solution.

摘要： Background and purpose: L1CAM (CD171) is suggested to play a critical role in cancer. Because of its expression in only few normal tissues and its membranous nature, L1CAM is a promising drug target. Patient/material and methods: To clarify the role of L1CAM expression in different cancer types, a tissue microarray containing 20,079 samples from 135 different tumor entities and 608 samples of 76 different normal tissue types was analyzed by immunohistochemistry. Results: Membranous L1CAM staining was found in 1,175 (9.1%) of 12,888 interpretable tumor samples, including 301 (2.3%) with weak, 569 (4.4%) with moderate, and 305 (2.4%) with strong positivity. 74 of 135 tumor entities showed L1CAM staining, and 36 tumor categories included at least one case with strong L1CAM staining. The frequency of L1CAM positivity was high in subtypes of neural and neuroendocrine neoplasms (up to 100%), endometrium carcinoma (24.1-31.3%), ovarian cancer (10.0-33.1%), cervical adenocarcinoma (9.1%), malignant melanoma (24.1-31.3%), malignant mesothelioma (16.7-20.8%), adenocarcinomas of the gastrointestinal and biliopancreatic tract (4.9-14.1%), and in urothelial tumors (up to 10.3%). High L1CAM expression was associated with invasive tumor growth (pTa vs. pT2-4) in urothelial carcinoma of the bladder (p<0.0001) and with mismatch repair deficiency in colorectal adenocarcinoma (p=0.0064). However, L1CAM staining was unrelated to tumor phenotype in seven other tumor entities.
Interpretation: The results highlighted a small number of tumor entities that could be targeted by antiL1CAM drugs, once these are proved to be sufficiently safe and efficient. L1CAM expression does not appear to confer an aggressive phenotype to affected cancer cells.

摘要： 中职机电CAD课程教学目的是培养职业技术应用型人才,但传统理论灌输式教学模式难以满足现有教学需求,使得中职机电CAD课程教学质量和效果欠佳。项目驱动教学法以实际项目为导向,将中职机电CAD课程内容合理分解后融入教学,助力学生在项目完成过程中理解所学知识和技能,并在项目完成后构建完整的课程知识体系,进而实现学生的专业发展。鉴于此,文章以项目驱动教学法在中职机电CAD课程中的应用优势及应用策略为主要内容展开研究。

摘要： The progressive age-related deterioration of skeletal and cardiac muscle represents a critical determinant of morbidity and mortality in older adults. This state-of-the-art review examines the interconnected molecular mechanisms underlying muscle aging, including mitochondrial dysfunction, immunosenescence, oxidative stress, hormonal dysregulation, and anabolic resistance. These shared pathways manifest as sarcopenia in skeletal muscle and remodeling in cardiac tissue, creating a complex relationship that accelerates functional decline. Chronic diseases, including heart failure, diabetes, and hypertension, amplify these degenerative processes through metabolic dysregulation and systemic inflammation. Evidence-based interventions combining multicomponent exercise programs (resistance, aerobic, and balance training), optimized protein intake (1.0-1.5 g/kg/day), and emerging pharmacological agents have demonstrated efficacy in preserving muscle mass and function. Digital health technologies offer novel monitoring and intervention delivery platforms. Future directions include expounding on muscle-heart crosstalk mechanisms, developing predictive biomarkers, and implementing integrated care models to address the growing burden of age-related physical decline.

摘要： Voltage-gated sodium channels (Na_V) are important for life. Alterations to the synchronized timing of ion conduction can create life-threatening conditions. How Na_V conduction responds to changes in intracellular Ca²⁺ concentration has been the subject of extensive investigation. Crystal structures of the cardiac Na_V (Na_V1.5) cytosolic components were reported as trimeric complexes that are restructured in the presence of Ca²⁺. These results formed the basis for a gating model where two Na_V1.5 molecules interact to alter function in response to Ca²⁺ concentration. Here, we investigated the binding site surface of these trimeric interactions in solution. Nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy demonstrated that these trimeric complexes do not form in solution. Analysis of the available structural data indicated that the Na_V1.5 IQ motif can only accommodate interaction with one protein at a time. Our nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy data were consistent with the Na_V1.5 C-terminal domain (CTD) and the Ca²⁺- sensing protein calmodulin (CaM) engaging the same binding site surface of the Na_V1.5 IQ motif. Titrations of IQ motif peptide into a 1:1 mixture of ¹⁵N CTD: CaM sample revealed the Na_V1.5 channel is biophysically distinct from neuronal Na_V1.2 as Ca²⁺ enhanced CaM's ability to sequester the Na_V1.5 IQ motif from the Na_V1.5 CTD. Stopped-flow kinetic measurements quantified Ca²⁺ release rates from the CaM-IQ and CaM-inactivation gate (IGATE) complexes to provide insight into complex lifetimes. 摘要： The form of nitric oxide (NO) released from endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS) can influence various aspects of the angiogenic process. The endogenous hormone leptin can induce different physiological processes, such as angiogenesis, at low concentrations. Several studies suggest that leptin's ability to induce endothelium-dependent vascular relaxation is mediated by stimulating NO through distinct signalling pathways. Therefore, an attempt has been made to understand the optimal concentration and incubation time of human recombinant leptin for the enzymatic release of NO from eNOS. Changes in the localisation and phosphorylation pattern of eNOS in cultured endothelium under different concentrations and incubation times are examined. Five nanomolar concentration of human recombinant leptin, within 6 min of incubation, can induce a significant level of NO from activated eNOS in cultured endothelium through plasma membrane localisation and phosphorylation of eNOS. Our findings suggest that human recombinant leptin can modulate NO-dependent pathways, opening new therapeutic avenues for angiogenesis-related disorders, such as wound healing, when used at appropriate concentrations and incubation times. This capacity of human recombinant leptin supports its potential therapeutic application in pathological conditions like ischaemic heart diseases and wound healing processes, where angiogenesis requires early intervention.

摘要： 为助力行业从业者理解并正确选用纺织品防紫外线测试评价标准,从适用范围、样品处理、测试环境等维度,对比了UV Standard 801与国内外主流标准的差异。结果发现,UV Standard 801因模拟实际使用场景(如拉伸、洗涤),结果更贴合实际防护能力,且适用范围更广。研究明确了各标准核心差异,为不同需求下标准选择提供依据。

摘要： 本方法基于纺织品中可萃取重金属对人体危害的问题以及目前国内相应方法标准中传统检测方法的局限性,采用了ICP-MS法并通过氦气动能歧视(KED)碰撞池技术、内标法及稀释高盐基体等措施,消除多原子离子干扰和基体干扰。结果表明,本方法测定的Pb、Cu、Zn、As、Cd、Cr、Co、Ni、Hg、Sb、Se、Ba等12种目标元素的标准工作曲线线性良好,相关系数均为0.9990以上,定量限为2μg/kg~80μg/kg,加标回收率为86.9%~107.2%,测定的相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.2%~4.7%,结果稳定性良好。本方法满足相关纺织品标准要求,为大批量、高准确性的纺织品检测提供参考。
