摘要： The edentulous alveolar ridge is a challenge for implant treatment, commonly requiring extensive reconstruction to create an adequate implant site. The aim of this study was to analyse the efficacy of customized cancellous allogeneic bone blocks (CABB) for alveolar ridge augmentation and examine staged implantation in the reconstructed bone. Three-dimensional radiographic images were analysed retrospectively to determine linear bone and volume gain at T1 (postoperative after CABB insertion) and resorption at T2 (after the CABB healing phase). A total 111 implants placed in 66 CABB were investigated retrospectively, and clinical follow-up was performed. At T1, the CABB showed a mean linear bone gain of 6.29 mm horizontally and 6.80 mm vertically, and volume gain of 457 ± 302 mm³. Although complications occurred during the healing phase, there was no total bone block loss. At T2, mean bone dimensions were 4.96 mm horizontally and 5.55 mm vertically, and the volume was 326 ± 250 mm³_, giving a mean volumetric stability of 71.41% ± 18.00%. Five early implant losses occurred, indicating an implant survival rate of 95.5%. The results suggest that CABB can be used successfully to achieve a reasonable increase in bone dimensions for augmentation of three-dimensional alveolar ridge defects, with a high implant survival rate. However, this procedure is technique-sensitive and strict follow-up is required to allow possible intervention.

摘要： To determine whether the initial decrease in mammographic breast cancer screening (MBCS) rates with the corona virus disease of 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic persisted in the postpandemic times and quantify the impact of health care disparities.

摘要： 建立了液相色谱-串联质谱法测定纺织品中四氯双酚A(TCBPA)和四溴双酚A(TBBPA)的残留方法。样品采用乙腈/水(50/50)超声提取,提取液用HLB固相萃取小柱净化,以水-乙腈为流动相,选择C18色谱柱(100 mm×2.1 mm, 1.7μm)进行梯度分离。采用电喷雾负离子电离模式(ESI-)和多反应监测(MRM)扫描模式,同位素内标法定量。结果显示,TCBPA在0.2~20.0μg/L和TBBPA在0.5~40.0μg/L浓度范围内呈良好线性关系,相关系数(r)均大于0.999,检出限(S/N=3)分别为0.03、0.07μg/kg,平均加标回收率分别为97.4%和94.8%,相对标准偏差范围分别为4.1%~6.3%和4.2%~5.7%。所建方法灵敏度高,特异性强,适用于纺织品中TCBPA和TBBPA的测定,可为纺织品中其他双酚化合物残留检测提供技术方案。

摘要： 针对传统控制方法在复杂工况下存在参数整定困难、抗干扰能力弱等问题,提出一种基于深度强化学习的永磁同步电机动态自适应控制方法。通过构建智能体与伺服驱动系统的交互环境,训练智能体自主优化控制策略,实现对伺服电机的高精度控制。仿真结果表明,与传统PI控制方法相比,所提方法在负载突变工况下可使转速波动幅度降低70%,恢复时间缩短46%;在参数失配条件下可使恢复时间缩短约70%,负载突变时转速波动幅度减小40%~75%;所提出方法可使滑块最大位移误差降低460μm,有效抑制滑块速度和加速度的波动,确保滑块能够按照预设的运动规律精确运行,为伺服压力机提供了一种新型高效控制策略,提高了伺服凸轮式压力机在复杂工况下的动态自适应性能。

摘要： Monitoring the control loop performance is crucial for operation efficiency and safety in industrial processes. This study proposes a new methodology for control loop performance assessment based on the Input-Output Cross Autocorrelation Diagram (IOCAD), a technique already established in the literature. In this work, two novel indicators based on a polar representation of IOCAD are introduced, complementing four existing indicators previously developed using a Cartesian formulation. By analyzing the autocorrelation between the process variable (PV) and manipulated variable (MV), these indicators enable performance evaluation using only routine plant data. Compared to traditional approaches such as the Minimum Variance Control (MVC), the IOCAD-based method shows greater robustness to noise and setpoint changes, while also providing diagnostic insights into the root causes of performance degradation, such as tuning issues or changes in process dynamics. A Control Performance Indicator (CPI) was also proposed. Simulations involving various control loops, including an offshore oil production control loop, confirmed the method’s effectiveness and applicability for real-time monitoring in diverse operational scenarios.

摘要： Computer -Aided Detection (CADe) has emerged as a promising tool for enhancing colonoscopy during colorectal cancer screening. This manuscript critically examines the evidence supporting CADe's role in improving the yield of colonoscopy, focusing on its impact on lesion detection, miss rates, and real-time decision-making, especially for less experienced endoscopists. We review relevant clinical trials, studies, and meta-analyses to provide a comprehensive assessment of CADe's impact on detection rates, diagnostic accuracy, cost-effectiveness, colonoscopy training, reimbursement and patient outcomes. Despite challenges such as the need for adequate bowel preparation, a degree of false-positive rate, and potential lower sensitivity in detecting sessile serrated lesions (SSL), CADe holds significant promise for improving colonoscopy outcomes by enabling constant detection of colorectal neoplasia and contributing to lower adenoma miss rate. This review also covers the factors influencing the decision to use or not use CADe in various clinical contexts. Further development of AI-powered tools can potentially extend the benefits of CADe by enabling polyp characterization and automated quality control during colonoscopy, addressing factors such as withdrawal time and bowel preparation adequacy.

摘要： 目的 探讨L1CAM表达与子宫内膜癌MELF及的相关性。方法 选取2022年3月至2025年3月我院收治的子宫内膜癌患者的150例石蜡标本用于本研究,将其分为具有侵袭性生长方式组100例(MELF组50例、TB组50例),无侵袭性生长方式组为对照组50例。采用卡方检验比较不同组中L1CAM的表达情况及L1CAM的表达情况与子宫内膜癌临床病理特征的关系,采用Spearman相关性分析L1CAM与MELF、肿瘤出芽的相关性,采用logistic回归分析L1CAM表达的影响因素。结果 与对照组比较,MELF组、TB组中L1CAM阳性的占比更大(P<0.05);L1CAM与MELF(r=0.718,P<0.05)、L1CAM与TB(r=0.684,P<0.05)均呈正相关;多因素logistic回归分析结果显示,肌层浸润、淋巴结转移、PR是L1CAM表达的影响因素分析的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论 L1CAM异常表达与子宫内膜癌MELF及肿瘤出芽存在密切关联,肌层浸润、淋巴结转移、PR可对L1CAM异常表达产生影响。

摘要： This study aimed to investigate the effects of three polymeric coatings—polyethylene glycol (PEG), polyether ether ketone (PEEK), and polydopamine (PDA)—applied onto the external surfaces of hybrid CAD/CAM dental composites, on their biological and mechanical performance.

摘要： 针对新兴的纺织品洗液沾色评估需求存在的标准方法不统一且以目视法为主带来的主观性大、效率低、无法量化差异等问题,提出融合互信息、皮尔逊系数与多算法联合筛选的特征优化策略,结合6种机器学习模型进行对比分析,以dE为特征值,以KNN为代表的机器模型准确率可以达到92%。该模型不仅可用于纺织品洗液沾色程度评估领域,而且可实现目视法转为模型自动评级。

摘要： 结合新工科建设对纺织工程人才核心能力培养的新要求,针对“纤维和纺织品测试技术”课程教学内容与纺织行业发展脱节、教学模式与考核方式僵化、实践教学资源利用不充分等问题,从教学内容优化、教学模式创新、实践平台升级三个方面,对“纤维和纺织品测试技术”课程进行了教学改革与探索。提出了重构“模块化+动态更新”教学内容体系、构建“虚实结合”的混合式教学模式、打造“产学研用”一体化实践平台等教学改革策略,并进一步通过模块化课程、项目驱动、案例分析和创新应用实践等构建梯度化知识架构,保证课程的学科性、理论性、系统性、层次性,旨在有效提升学生的实践创新能力与行业适应能力,为纺织行业培养高素质复合型人才。
