摘要： This study targets stress-stage identification during the uniaxial compression of coral concrete, and proposes an intelligent diagnostic framework based on multi-parameter acoustic-emission (AE) time series. Uniaxial compression tests were conducted on specimens of different sizes under different strain rates. By integrating failure patterns, stress–strain responses, and key mechanical indices—including peak stress, peak strain, elastic modulus, ductility-related parameters, and energy dissipation metrics—the coupled effects of specimen size and strain rate were quantitatively characterized. Multi-parameter AE signals were synchronously acquired to establish a data-driven mapping between stress stages and AE representations over the entire loading history. A DenseNet–CAM–BiLSTM hybrid model was developed for automated stress-stage recognition, by integrating complementary AE descriptors and their nonlinear temporal interactions, this hybrid architecture enhances the robustness of stage discrimination and cross-size transferability. Bayesian optimization was employed for hyperparameter tuning to improve classification performance and cross-size generalization. The results demonstrate that the proposed framework achieves strong stress-stage recognition performance and exhibits good transferability in independent validation across different specimen sizes. Overall, this study provides an experimentally grounded AE–deep-learning workflow for stress-stage tracking and early warning of coral-concrete components, offering methodological support for structural health monitoring and service-safety assessment in marine engineering.

摘要： Most In-memory computing (IMC) work implements only columnar operations. Examples include logic operation and content-addressable memory (CAM) operation. It is not compatible with the traditional SRAM mode. Error correcting codes are widely used to improve data reliability. However, conventional error detection and correction (ECC) methods result in significant area and power overhead due to additional codec circuits. In this paper, we propose a novel 12T SRAM cell that supports four operations (SRAM read/write and matrix transpose, logic operation, CAM operation, and ECC operation). It realizes row- and column-compatible IMC architecture and does not require an external codec module. Simulations show that the frequency and power consumption of the logic operation of the SRAM cell are 641 MHz and 15.4fJ/bit (1V), respectively. The frequency and power consumption of the BCAM operation are 312.5 MHz and 0.61fJ/bit (0.8V), respectively. The coding/decoding frequency and power consumption for ECC operation are 384.6 MHz and 571.4 MHz, 0.141pJ/bit and 0.089pJ/bit (1V), respectively.

摘要： Patients with relapsed/refractory AML have a dismal outcome (<20%) in large part secondary to chemotherapy resistance. Immune effector cell therapy is one approach to chemotherapy resistance. Different myeloid targets have been tested including CD33, expressed on over 90% of AML cells. IL-1RAP (Interleukin-1 receptor associated protein) is a novel target; it activates the IL-1RAP receptor as well as c-kit, FLT3, and other pathways associated with poor AML prognosis (Kelly/Steidl J Exp Med 2018). Immunotherapy with CAR-T cells is under investigation, but its clinical use is limited by the need for subsequent allo-HSCT. CAR NK cell persistence and function can be enhanced by IL-15 cytokines such as NKTR-255 (polymer-conjugated IL-15 agonist) or IL-15–containing TriKEs.

摘要： This study investigates the concordance between residual quantitative flow ratio derived from coronary CT angiography (CCTA) (residual CT-μFR) and post-percutaneous coronary intervention (post-PCI) Murray law-based quantitative flow ratio (μQFR) values, and evaluates the prognostic value of residual CT-μFR for post-PCI outcomes.

摘要： 目的基于思考-行动-维持(CAM)模型构建Ⅰ期心脏康复分阶方案,并观察其在急性冠脉综合征合并慢性肾脏病(ACS-CKD)患者中的应用效果。方法前瞻性选取2024年3月至2025年3月温州医科大学附属第一医院收治的100例ACS-CKD患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。观察组实施2次/d且持续7~10 d的Ⅰ期心脏康复分阶方案,对照组则予以常规心脏康复指导。比较两组患者干预前后6 min步行试验(6MWT)距离、Borg评分、左心室射血分数(LVEF)、肾小球滤过率(GFR)、改良Barthel指数(MBI)以及训练依从性。结果最终有97例患者完成研究,包括观察组48例、对照组49例。干预后,观察组6MWT距离、MBI和训练依从性均明显高于对照组,Borg评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01);两组患者LVEF和GFR比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论基于CAM模型制定的Ⅰ期心脏康复分阶方案可显著改善ACS-CKD患者的运动功能和日常生活能力,且依从性较好。

摘要： 我国是纺织大国,废旧纺织品年产量大,但综合利用率不足。为解决这一问题,国家出台了推进废旧纺织品循环利用等“双碳”目标相关政策。高值化利用是废旧纺织品行业高质量发展的关键。聚焦废旧纺织品回收利用的基础和关键环节,从专利视角出发,分析废旧纺织品分拣技术和回收技术研发趋势、重点参与主体分布及其技术布局方向,并梳理技术发展脉络,为废旧纺织品高值化利用提供技术创新指引。

摘要： 基于全成形纬编技术,通过调控腈纶膨体纱衬入量与空腔结构的宽度,系统探究其对织物透气性、透湿性及隔热性能的影响规律。结果表明,腈纶膨体纱衬入可改变织物内部结构,交替衬入工艺使织物透气率降低54.5%;透湿性受空腔宽度与织物厚度协同作用,32 mm组、52 mm组试样透湿量降幅分别达46.1%和36.9%;隔热性能在32 mm组提升66%,52 mm组经交替衬入,使隔热性能进一步提升5.1%。该研究为全成形膨体保暖针织物的设计开发提供技术支撑,在冬季保暖服饰、户外保暖装备等领域具有应用潜力。

摘要： Recent advances in generative Artificial Intelligence (AI)—particularly Large Language Models (LLMs)—offer a new paradigm for CAD interaction by enabling natural and intuitive input through texts, images, and context-aware selections. In this study, we present CADialogue, a multimodal LLM-powered conversational assistant to enable intuitive parametric CAD modeling through natural language, speech, image, and selection-based geometry interactions. Built on a general-purpose large language model, CADialogue translates user prompts into executable code to support geometry creation and context-aware editing. The system features a modular architecture that decouples prompt handling, refinement logic, and execution—allowing seamless model replacement as LLMs develop—and includes caching for rapid reuse of validated designs. We evaluate the system on 70 modeling and 10 editing tasks across varying difficulty levels, assessing performance in terms of accuracy, refinement behavior, and execution time. Results show an overall success rate of 95.71%, combining a 91.43% baseline under Text-Only input with additional recoveries enabled by Text + Image input, with robust recovery from failure via self-correction and human-in-the-loop refinement. Comparative analysis reveals that image input improves success in semantically complex prompts but introduces additional processing time. Furthermore, caching confirmed macros yields over 85.71% speedup in repeated executions. These findings highlight the potential of general-purpose LLMs for enabling accessible, iterative, and accurate CAD modeling workflows without domain-specific fine-tuning.
