摘要： 从微生物组学的视角出发,指出抗菌纺织品的抑菌对象不宜泛化,抑菌程度亦不应任意提高。应参考微生物组学的研究方法,系统分析不同抗菌处理方法下皮肤及纺织品表面的各种微生物的丰度变化,从中筛选出能显著降低典型致病菌丰度,同时对有益共生菌影响最小的抗菌剂及其施加工艺。抗菌纺织品应以卫生部发布的《人间传染的病原微生物名录》为依据,重点针对其中易引发浅层皮肤病且与纺织品密切相关的致病微生物为目标菌种实现靶向抗菌。在民用内衣袜品类抗菌纺织品领域,应着重抑制引发最常见皮肤病癣病的红色毛癣菌等致病微生物。为此,需深入探究该类病原微生物在纤维制品上的附着机制,并系统研究纳米结构矩阵表面的靶向抗菌机理,在此基础上研发民用、医用和军警特殊防护用抗菌纺织品,拓展抗菌纺织品的特殊应用领域。

摘要： Because of cancer treatment–related cardiotoxicities, women with histories of breast cancer are at increased risk for cardiovascular disease (CVD). Many polygenic scores (PGS) have been developed for predicting risk for CVD-related conditions in the general population, but their performance in breast cancer patients remains largely unexplored.

摘要： 随着社会飞速发展和生活水平的提高,全球废旧纺织品消费量急剧增加,其中以废旧涤棉或涤纶纺织品居多,给社会发展及环境带来了沉重的负担。目前,废旧涤棉纺织品回收以物理回收为主,化学回收技术仍存在诸多问题。综述了废旧涤棉化学解聚研究进展,详细阐述了近5年水解法、溶剂法、醇解法、DMT法、酶解法等化学解聚技术的研究成果,分析了现有化学解聚技术的优势和劣势,并提出了废旧涤棉纺织品化学解聚技术的发展方向。

摘要： 目的:分析计算机辅助设计与制造(CAD/CAM)高嵌体修复治疗磨牙大面积牙体缺损的效果,以及对患者应激反应、微炎症状态的影响。方法:选取2022年5月—2024年5月某院收治的磨牙大面积牙体缺损患者118例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为常规组和高嵌体组,各59例。常规组实施传统印模全瓷冠修复,高嵌体组给予CAD/CAM高嵌体修复。比较2组龈沟液炎症因子[白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-1α(IL-1α)]水平、应激反应指标[丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化醇(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)]、牙周情况[牙周探测深度(PD)、菌斑指数(PLI)、龈沟出血指数(SBI)]、修复效果[改良版美国公共卫生部(USPHS)评分]及满意度。结果:治疗后6个月,高嵌体组龈沟液IL-6[(1.02±0.32)ng/mL]、TNF-α[(1.20±0.36)ng/mL]、IL-1α[(1.01±0.16)ng/mL]水平均低于常规组[(2.15±0.50)ng/mL、(2.14±0.38)ng/mL、(1.51±0.19)ng/mL](P<0.05);高嵌体组MDA水平[(6.46±0.83)mmoL/L]低于常规组[(8.16±0.95)mmoL/L],SOD[(39.97±4.58)nU/mL]、GSH-Px[(12.29±1.19)mg/L]水平高于常规组[(35.12±4.40)nU/mL、(10.08±1.24)mg/L](P<0.05);高嵌体组PD[(2.03±0.50)mm]、PLI[(1.01±0.10)分]、SBI[(1.24±0.37)分]均低于常规组[(2.45±0.53)mm、(1.45±0.23)分、(1.92±0.43)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。高嵌体组USPHS标准评分[(36.53±2.61)分]和患者满意度(96.61%)均高于常规组[(29.28±2.53)分、86.44%],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CAD/CAM高嵌体修复对磨牙大面积牙体缺损的修复效果较好,能够有效改善患者牙周情况,减轻应激反应及微炎症状态,提高患者满意度。

摘要： While cell-based scaffolds represent a promising approach in tissue regeneration, limitations such as poor cell survival, immunogenicity, and scalability have prompted the development of cell-free therapies. Exosomes (EXOs), nanosized extracellular vesicles derived from mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs), have emerged as pivotal therapeutic agents for skin wound healing. These vesicles overcome challenges in chronic and acute wound management by promoting functional skin restoration through intricate modulation of angiogenesis, immunoregulation, extracellular matrix (ECM) remodeling, and re-epithelialization. This review provides a detailed analysis of MSC and EXO biology, highlighting how MSC source influences EXO cargo and function. We discuss the integration of EXOs into advanced biomaterial scaffolds, including 3D-bioprinted hydrogels and electrospun nanofibers, which enhance EXO retention and sustain release at the wound site. The review critically evaluates the mechanisms through which EXOs activate key signaling pathways (PI3K/Akt, TGF-β/Smad) to coordinate healing. Furthermore, we summarize current preclinical and clinical trials, available commercial products, and the significant challenges—including EXO heterogeneity, isolation standardization, and regulatory hurdles—that must be addressed to realize the clinical potential of EXO-based therapies. By synthesizing current knowledge and future perspectives, this review aims to advance the design of novel, effective cell-free scaffolds for reparative medicine

摘要： 现有织机采用机械扭轴式投梭模式,由于机械冲击、摩擦等因素,能耗高、效率低,无法满足超宽幅织物的编织要求。本文基于磁悬浮非接触式驱动原理,提出一种新型磁悬浮片梭及引纬机理,研究新型磁悬浮引纬片梭构型,阐释磁悬浮片梭引纬基本工作原理,基于系统磁力学分析,确定片梭模型的动态方程。试验表明,通过校正网络,校正磁悬浮片梭的动态模型,能有效改进片梭运行稳定性,提高响应时间至0.001 s,稳态误差精度至10%。

摘要： 传统生产工艺因依赖烂花与多浴染色技术导致纤维损伤大、流程复杂、污染严重,制约产业发展。基于此,文章从5个方面展开研究,包括优化双针床贾卡经编机结构与控制,增加梳栉以丰富花型;设计可更换脱圈板,提升织物细密度与维护便利性;开发适配多机型的花型软件,实现图案自动转换与仿真;创新工艺,实现一浴多色染色,降低能耗与污染。研究成果可有效提升立体多色经编织物的生产效率和附加值,具备显著的产业化价值。

摘要： CAD-CAM subperiosteal implants (SPIs) offer a therapeutic solution for edentulous patients with severe bone atrophy. However, scientific evidence of their clinical performance for fixed partial restorations (FPRs) is scarce. The purpose of this review was to evaluate the clinical performance of SPIs supporting FPRs, focusing on survival rates and associated biological and mechanical complications. A scoping review using PRISMA-ScR methodology was conducted, searching the online databases MEDLINE/PubMed, Web of Science, Cochrane Library, and Scopus. Studies that evaluated clinical performance of CAD-CAM SPIs supporting FPRs with at least three patients and follow up of at least one year were included. The search yielded seven articles, which included 96 patients with a total of 121 SPIs. The weighted mean survival rate was 99.17%, with one failure reported in an anterior maxillary restoration. The complication rate was 4.13% for biological complications (wound dehiscence, bone loss, and implant exposure), and 7.44% for mechanical complications (provisional restoration fracture, implant instability, and re-cementing of crowns) over follow-up periods ranging from one to four years. SPIs supporting FPRs may offer a reliable alternative for the restoration of severe bone atrophy, achieving a high survival rate. The complication rate obtained was relatively low. However, the results of this review should be treated with caution, as data were drawn from a small, heterogeneous sample. Studies comparing SPIs supporting FPRs with other techniques are needed to determine their viability in different clinical scenarios.
