摘要： Atrial fibrillation (AF) is a common and clinically significant complication in cancer patients, but data on its incidence and impact among multiple myeloma (MM) patients undergoing autologous stem cell transplantation (ASCT) remain limited.

摘要： 为提高经编机运行平稳性和凸轮运转速度,提出一种共轭凸轮内外轮廓线解析计算和仿真分析方法。基于五次多项式、修正梯形加速度和组合摆线运动3种从动件运动规律,建立共轭凸轮内外轮廓计算方程,由MATLAB计算输出轮廓曲线若干离散点坐标,通过计算机辅助设计(CAD)软件创建凸轮内外轮廓曲线和三维几何模型。在虚拟样机仿真分析软件ADAMS中,分析不同运动规律设计的成圈机构共轭凸轮轮廓线对机座质心速度、加速度影响。研究结果表明,组合摆线运动规律使机座质心速度和加速度在均方根值、均值、最大值以及最小值均最小。因此组合摆线运动规律更适合于经编机共轭凸轮轮廓曲线设计,整机运行更加平稳。

摘要： 随着生活水平的提高,人们对纺织品的需求及要求不断增加,纺织品自清洁技术不但可以提高纺织品的自清洁性能,而且可以赋予其特殊性能(如抗菌、抗紫外性能等),减少纺织品洗涤时间,对于节能环保具有重要的意义。本文综述自清洁纺织品的制备原理、方法及机理,并对未来纺织品自清洁技术进行了展望。

摘要： 基于数字化技术在建筑领域的迅猛发展,本文通过分析建筑信息模型(BIM)、计算机辅助设计(CAD)、虚拟现实与增强现实(VR/AR)、大数据等技术在建筑设计各阶段的实践应用,提出目前建筑设计中面临的技术适配、数据安全等关键问题,并探讨相应的对策。结果表明,数字化技术在提高建筑设计质量、推动设计创新和实现可持续发展方面具有显著优势,对建筑行业的转型升级具有重要意义。本文探究其在现代建筑设计中的应用现状与发展趋势,旨在为相关从业人员提供参考和借鉴,进一步挖掘人工智能在建筑生成设计中的潜力。

摘要： Recent advances in multimodal large language models (LLMs) have demonstrated promising potential for medical image analysis, yet their diagnostic capability in thyroid ultrasound remains unverified. This study explored the feasibility of ChatGPT-5, the latest multimodal LLM, for thyroid nodule classification and contextualized its diagnostic performance against S-Detect, an FDA-approved commercial computer-aided diagnosis system.

摘要： Coronary artery calcium (CAC) scoring is an established marker of atherosclerotic burden and cardiovascular risk. While the Agatston score is the clinical gold standard, alternative visual scoring methods—including the Visual Ordinal Score, Weston Score, and Vessel-specific extent-based score—are increasingly used, particularly in non-gated or opportunistic CT imaging. This study aimed to compare the diagnostic performance, inter-observer reliability, and correlation of different visual scoring methods against the Agatston score.

摘要： Patients with non-ST elevation acute coronary syndrome (NSTE-ACS) who have significant left main and/or three-vessel disease (LM/3VD) are at particularly high risk for poor outcomes. Timely identification and revascularization of these patients is essential. However, growing healthcare resource limitations necessitate patient triage and prioritization to avoid delays in care.

摘要： 为解决传统金属基催化剂在废弃聚酯纺织品醇解过程中溢出量大、易造成二次污染的问题,以硼酸(H 3BO 3)和三聚氰胺(C 3H 6N 6)为原料,制备了多孔棒状氮化硼(c-BN)醇解催化剂。通过改变反应时间、反应温度、催化剂用量及聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)投料量优化了醇解工艺,对比纤维、瓶片、切片等多种PET废料的醇解效果证实了该催化剂的普适性。结果表明:在600℃下煅烧制得的c-BN催化效果最优,在最佳醇解反应条件下(PET用量10 g,醇解反应温度200℃,反应时间3 h,催化剂用量60 mg),实现了100%的PET转化率和69.58%的对苯二甲酸双羟乙酯(BHET)产率。研究结果可为废弃聚酯纺织品解聚工艺中绿色催化剂的开发提供新的思路。
