摘要： Flexibility and efficiency in production technology remain crucial for maintaining competitiveness. Highly adaptable systems are required to meet this demand. Small and medium-sized robots can play a vital role in enhancing these requirements, particularly in highly specialized manufacturing. However, for these robots to be effective, they have to be integrated in the process flow of manufacturing technology. This article proposes a method for closing the gap between Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAM) and robots performing the milling tasks. The present article illustrates, how data from common CAM systems can be fed into a ROS2-based robot environment and resultant advantages.

摘要： The additive manufacturing (AM) laser powder bed fusion (L-PBF) process involves a complex combination of multi-physics and multi-scale phenomena that usually generate unpredictable quality defects, undermining the process’s reliability and repeatability. These defects are often traced back to the process’s thermal history, defined by the spatiotemporal sequence of laser-scanned regions. Fortunately, using machine learning to analyze printing data offers a promising approach to understanding the complexity of heterogeneous data - in terms of nature, dimensionality, and quantity - within printing datasets. Thus, the proposed paper aims to extract and synthesize key features for improved process regularities and quality identification.

摘要： 针对二氧化钛光触媒纺织品的功能耐久性瓶颈,提出纤维表面等离子体刻蚀—锚固协同活化、晶面取向调控与异质结界面构建、柔性黏结层与耐洗牢度强化三重改性策略,总结二氧化钛光触媒纺织品安全性检测技术创新结果。研究表明等离子体处理可切实提升聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯表面粗糙度、降低二氧化钛脱落率;异质结构建可有效延长载流子寿命、提高抗菌率;水性聚氨酯—硅烷梯度交联网络可促使光催化活性保持率≥90%。希望研究成果可为行业规范化提供技术支撑。

摘要： We examine going-concern (GC) critical audit matter (CAM) disclosures by auditors of non-accelerated filers in the U.S. GC issues continue to be of significant interest to the public, given the well-documented failures of SEC registrants without prior GC warnings. We examine whether auditors use GC-CAMs as intermediate-level warning signals of GC issues. Our analyses of 196 GC-CAM disclosures find that only 116 (59%) of GC-CAM disclosures also report a GC-modified audit opinion (GCMO). We find significant differences between firms receiving both GC-CAMs and GCMOs and those receiving only GC-CAMs, specifically in client size, audit fees, absence of revenues, leverage, and audit report lag. These findings suggest that the distress threshold for issuing GC-CAM disclosures is likely lower than for GCMOs. Interestingly, GC-CAMs are not “sticky”—unlike GCMOs, which are “sticky” in successive years. The removal of a GC-CAM in the following year aligns with improved financial conditions, supporting the idea that auditors use GC-CAMs as intermediate warnings of financial distress.

摘要： As companies shift towards purely 3D-based design and manufacturing, a gap emerges in the relevant databases. Companies may have accumulated a large number of technical drawings and other geometric 2D data over decades. Still, due to the differences between the domains, these can no longer be used as training data. This issue could be overcome if AI models can interchangeably handle 2D and 3D data. One can utilize both datasets as input by transferring the domains into a comparable space. For this purpose, we propose a new concept called Simultaneous Training of Autoencoders (STAE). The fundamental principle is to link the training process of two separate autoencoders so that they can abstract relevant information concerning the target of the second model and vice versa. We present this concept by processing geometric data, where each object exists in 2D and 3D. The linked models are then trained to encode the geometric information. Additionally, we enforce similarity in the latent space. Evaluations show that the models can reconstruct the geometries. To demonstrate the comparability of the encoded data, we conducted a case study on predicting processing times using a real-world dataset of technical parts. The results show that the tested regression models behave and perform similarly, regardless of the source domain from which the dataset was generated. Moreover, the quality of the predictions was increased compared to a benchmark model. The models are trained on the newly created Imgvox dataset, a derivation of the ABC-dataset, which contains both modalities for each sample.

摘要： 目的为实现家具用纺织品图案设计的高效性、多样性与文化性,以满足用户的深层次需求,借助AIGC辅助设计与眼动追踪技术,形成新中式家具用纺织品图案优化设计的流程与方法,并以抱枕图案设计为例进行评估验证。方法首先,明确优化设计流程与方法;其次,应用问卷调查和专家访谈法获取用户与专家对新中式抱枕代表性图案样本的提示词;再次,基于代表性样本及提示词应用Midjourney生成设计方案;最后,通过眼动追踪技术和量表测量方法对设计方案进行主客观评价,筛选出符合用户偏好的最优方案。结果生成9类新中式抱枕图案设计方案,结合眼动热点图、AOI注视数据及量表评价结果,输出花鸟类图案为最符合用户偏好的方案。结论以AIGC辅助生成的新中式抱枕图案设计方案可满足用户多样化需求、提高设计师的工作效率;以眼动追踪技术和量表测量的主客观结合的评估方法使最优方案的产生更可靠;基于人机协同与主客观评价的新中式家具用纺织品图案设计流程,可为相关设计领域提供参考思路。
