摘要： CAD/CAM(UG)课程是高职院校机电类专业学生的必学课程。文章分析了CAD/CAM(UG)课程的学情及课程内容,针对当前CAD/CAM(UG)课程教学过程中难以满足理论与实践并重的问题,文章进行了以成果导向教育(OBE)理念结合线上线下混合翻转的教学改革。通过完善CAD/CAM(UG)应用技术课程教学方案,丰富教学内容和技能提升方式,建立以能力培养为目标的过程性评价体系,解决学生对应用实践型知识的痛点需求,高效率提高学生与企业岗位的适配性,为高职工科类专业实践课程的教学改革提供实践指导。

摘要： 作为可持续发展战略的重要实践方向,纺织品回收再利用项目的持续开展有赖于资金和人才的长期投入,属于长线投资。材料回收的加工效率、品质及经济效益等与回收原料的质量、产业规模、相关利益方合作度等息息相关。互联与共享。

摘要： 航空零件生产中有很多是同类或类似加工内容,例如铣削孔、铣削圆柱、铣削螺纹、铣削锥螺纹、铣削圆弧槽、铣削环形槽、铣削键槽、铣削外多边形、铣削内多边形、铣削内多边形型腔等,将此类加工内容做成变量宏程序模块,在主程序中直接赋值调用,简化编程,方便数控机床上手动修改程序,降低程序出错率。二次开发CAM软件,电脑直接生成宏程序模块主程序,实现在电脑上使用CAM软件进行模块化宏程序编程。

摘要： 为了进一步拓展三轴剪切实验课教学内容,丰富实验教学方法,基于修正剑桥模型,构建三轴固结不排水实验数值模型,采用应力场与渗流场耦合模拟分析CU实验过程;分析CU实验应力路径、塑性体积应变、孔隙水压力的变化规律,推导出破坏时孔压系数公式,以及罗斯柯线归一化方程式。数值模拟实验允许实验参数或土性参数的改变,可以设计更全面的实验工况,得到更丰富的实验数据,再进行实验结果分析,得出的结论更准确。实验教学过程中引入数值模拟实验,可让学生不仅学会实验原理相关理论知识,还能将理论知识应用于实验过程,激发学生的学习兴趣,引导学生从被动学习实验理论知识向主动设计实验方向转变。

摘要： Recent breakthroughs in human genetics and in information technologies have markedly expanded our understanding at the molecular level of the response to drugs, i.e., pharmacogenetics (PGx), across therapy areas. This review is restricted to PGx for cardiovascular (CV) drugs. First, we examined the PGx information in the labels approved by regulatory agencies in Europe, Japan, and North America and related recommendations from expert panels. Out of 221 marketed CV drugs, 36 had PGx information in their labels approved by one or more agencies. The level of annotations and recommendations varied markedly between agencies and expert panels. Clopidogrel is the only CV drug with consistent PGx recommendation (i.e., “actionable”). This situation prompted us to dissect the steps from discovery of a PGx association to clinical translation. We found 101 genome-wide association studies that investigated the response to CV drugs or drug classes. These studies reported significant associations for 48 PGx traits mapping to 306 genes. Six of these 306 genes are mentioned in the corresponding PGx labels or recommendations for CV drugs. Genomic analyses also highlighted the wide between-population differences in risk allele frequencies and the individual load of actionable PGx variants. Given the high attrition rate and the long road to clinical translation, additional work is warranted to identify and validate PGx variants for more CV drugs across diverse populations and to demonstrate the utility of PGx testing. To that end, pre-emptive PGx combining genomic profiling with electronic medical records opens unprecedented opportunities to improve healthcare, for CV diseases and beyond.

摘要： 就GB/T 21898—2023《纺织品颜色表示方法》的变更内容进行详细的解释和分析。修订的主要内容有标准值的更改、标号方法的更改、仪器测量和评价方法的优化、目测测量和评价方法的增加、附录数据的调整等,针对这些变化,对照2008版本进行了对比分析,并介绍了视觉均匀性的优化过程和9色域内容的引入,通过这些内容的修订,该标准提高了颜色体系的颜色标号稳定性,提升了标准适用性。

摘要： This paper presents an image clustering algorithm that classifies parts to be fabricated using traditional and additive manufacturing (AM) technologies. The proposed algorithm is a MATLAB-based software tool that clusters 3D CAD models of parts considering their geometry only. The algorithm can classify image datasets, CAD datasets, and combined datasets that contain both images and CAD models. The software tool reduces the time and effort spent during process selection by offering a preselected set of parts that are more suitable for AM. The software tool is aimed at supporting decision-making for traditional manufacturing companies that consider expanding their production capability by introducing AM processes in their production facilities. The HICA software tool expands the scope of scientific applications in manufacturing process selection by providing an unsupervised approach that does not require data labelling. The tool is made available as a MATLAB function through a permanent link. © 2024

摘要： Functional cure for chronic hepatitis B (CHB) requires finite treatment. Two agents under investigation with the goal of achieving functional cure are the small-interfering RNA JNJ-73763989 (JNJ-3989) and the capsid assembly modulator JNJ-56136379 (JNJ-6379; bersacapavir).

摘要： 急性缺血性脑卒中(acute ischemic stroke,AIS)是临床常见的脑血管病变,致残率、致死率高。颅脑血管狭窄或闭塞等病变导致脑组织局部供血不足,缺血缺氧,甚至坏死,对患者的神经功能造成不良影响[1]。研究表明良好的侧支循环对减轻缺血脑组织损害、改善预后有重要的积极作用[2]。RAPID软件能够自动计算头颅CT灌注(CTP)成像参数[3]。

摘要： 国际中文教育是推动中华文化更好走向世界的重要载体,如何培养具有文化认同、知华友华、守正创新、批判思维、团结互助精神和国际化视野的汉语人才,是新时期国际中文教育面临的新挑战。在语言能力的听、说、读、写、译五个要素中,阅读能力的训练是学习者获取第二语言的重要途径。利用高效有序的教学模式进行阅读训练,有利于国际中文教育教学模式的创新和变革,并为多元化教学模式的发展提供可能。以研究性教学为出发点,以学生为中心,在“互联网+”背景下的“CAD”教学模式,为汉语阅读教学提供了新的理论支撑和指导。从教学思路、教学设计、教学方法、教学效果考评及教学反思等多角度审视教学的配置情况,从课前、课中、课后有效把握教学实施过程,为学习者和汉语教师提供更为优化的汉语阅读教学模式。
