摘要： 实现软件国产化是近年来我国铁路建设需要完成的重要任务,在国产UOS操作系统下,浩辰CADLinux平台设计和开发的铁路勘测软件能够有效地完成铁路曲线绘制、坐标计算、高程计算、断面绘制和曲线重构等工作,使铁路勘测数据处理实现了标准化、自动化和智能化,实现了铁路勘测软件的国产化替代,极大地提高了铁路勘测数据处理效率。

摘要： This laboratory research aimed to assess the Flexural strength, fracture toughness, Volumetric wear and optical properties of various recent 3D-printed denture tooth materials and compare them to CAD/CAM milled materials. Four 3D-printed denture tooth materials (Lucitone Tooth, OnX, Flexcera Ultra +, and VarseoSmile Crown Plus) and one CAD/CAM milled denture teeth material (Ivotion Dent) were used to fabricate fifteen specimens for each material (with total no. of 300 specimens). Tests were conducted according to ISO standards to assess flexural strength, fracture toughness, color staining, and volumetric wear. All materials were printed, washed, cured, or milled following the manufacturer’s instructions. Flexural strength and fracture toughness values were obtained by a universal testing machine. Volumetric wear was evaluated using a non-contact optical profilometer. Color stability outcomes were obtained via a spectrophotometer for determining L*a*b* values, with color change (ΔE2000) based on the CIEDE2000 formula. Data were analyzed using one-way ANOVA and Tukey post-hoc analysis (α = 0.05). All 3D-printed materials exhibited higher flexural strength values than the milled material (p < 0.05). For fracture toughness, two of the 3D-printed materials showed higher values than the milled material, while the other two had lower values. Insignificant variances in volumetric wear were detected between the materials (p > 0.05). Color staining results varied, with milled materials generally demonstrating better-staining resistance compared to the 3D-printed materials. 3D-printed denture tooth materials exhibit good mechanical and optical properties, presenting a cost-effective and efficient alternative to CAD/CAM milled materials for denture tooth fabrication.

摘要： 针对纺织品水解和游离甲醛检测标准GB/T 2912.1—2009《纺织品甲醛的测定第1部分:游离和水解的甲醛(水萃取法)》中的显色反应,探讨了影响甲醛-乙酰丙酮显色速率的关键因素。通过单因素反应动力学研究,在控制不同温度、pH值和甲醛浓度的条件下,分析了这些因素对显色反应速率的影响。基于试验结果选取了优化后的两组显色参数(50℃×17 min、60℃×9 min)进行回收率试验以验证其有效性。结果表明,两组优化后的显色参数均表现出良好的回收率(>90%),通过20个样本的相对标准偏差测试证实其准确度(RSD<5%)。通过优化显色反应条件,显著缩短了显色时间。

摘要： The benefit of the computer-aided design and manufacturing (CAD/CAM) technique for stand-alone genioplasty remains uncertain and was evaluated in this study. Patients who underwent a conventional genioplasty (n = 20) or genioplasty with the CAD/CAM technique (n = 20), and for whom cephalometry and photogrammetry were performed before and 6 months after surgery, were included. Deviations from predictions of the soft tissue pogonion (Pg′), lip inferior point to aesthetic line (Li–Esth), facial convexity angle (FCA), mentolabial angle (MLA), and ratios of soft to hard tissue movements were calculated. No significant deviation was observed for Pg′ in either the conventional group (3.85 ± 4.36 mm; 1.91 ± 1.11 mm) or CAD/CAM group (1.28 ± 1.16 mm; 2.81 ± 3.08 mm), for horizontal and vertical movements, respectively. However, for forward movement, deviation from the prediction of Pg´ in the CAD/CAM group was significantly lower than that in the conventional group (P = 0.015). Deviations of Li–Esth, MLA, and FCA did not differ significantly between the groups. No definite preference for the CAD/CAM technique could be established, because deviations from predictions were not significant in either of the technique groups and lay within the clinically acceptable range.

摘要： Familial hypercholesterolemia (FH) is an underdiagnosed genetic condition that leads to premature cardiovascular disease. Flag, Identify, Network, and Deliver (FIND) FH is a machine learning algorithm (MLA) developed by the Family Heart Foundation that identifies high-risk individuals in the electronic medical record for targeted FH screening.

摘要： Coronary microvascular dysfunction (CMD) is a prevalent condition among patients with cardiovascular risk factors, leading to a reduced quality of life and an increased risk of major adverse cardiovascular events. Novel invasive techniques have emerged to more accurately diagnose CMD. However, CMD's natural history remains poorly understood due to limited data. To address this knowledge gap, the Coronary Microvascular Disease Registry (CMDR) was established with the primary aim of standardizing comprehensive coronary functional testing and understanding of CMD.

摘要： Patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) have a higher risk of cardiac events. However, although the severity of liver fibrosis is related to worsening prognosis in patients with NAFLD, it is unclear whether the noninvasive liver fibrosis score has a predictive value for cardiac events.

摘要： Direct coronary arterial evaluation via computed tomography (CT) angiography is the most accurate noninvasive test for the diagnosis of coronary artery disease (CAD). However, diagnostic accuracy is limited in the setting of severe coronary calcification or stents. Ultra-high-resolution CT (UHR-CT) may overcome this limitation, but no rigorous study has tested this hypothesis.

摘要： 为改善中医药院校学生工程实践机会不足、解决实际问题能力弱的现状,文章梳理了课程内容的知识点,并深入企业调研,收集工程实践案例,挖掘其与课程知识点的结合点。依托真实工程案例,精心设计工程案例题目,旨在通过习题与测试,引导学生将所学知识应用于工程实践中。这一系列基于工程实践的工程制图与CAD课程题库建设举措,不仅明确了学生的学习目标,激发了学生的学习兴趣,还有效提升了学生的学习效率,增强了教学效果,为其他工程类课程题库的建设提供了借鉴。
