摘要： 传统的检视方法不仅费时费力,更无法准确掌握未抽检农产品的情况,因此设计了一种基于ESP32-CAM的农产品包装免拆封预检预视系统。系统前端采用ESP32-CAM实现现场封装前的拍照上传功能,服务器端在存储照片后向前端推送生成的二维码并将其打印、粘贴在包装箱上,方便检查人员和购买者直接通过扫描二维码来获取农产品装箱时的原始情况,实现对装箱农产品在免拆封情况下的预检预视。由此可知,该系统有利于保证农产品质量,保障消费者权益,促进农产品消费。

摘要： 纺织品是人们日常生活中不可或缺的一部分,其质量安全直接关系到消费者的健康和安全,而纺织品检验作为判断纺织品质量的重要手段,在市场监管中扮演着至关重要的角色。通过对纺织品进行全面、严格的检验,可以有效防止次品流入市场,规范市场秩序,提升整个行业的竞争力和声誉,促进国际贸易的发展,保障消费者的合法权益,有效监督生产过程,推动企业不断提升产品质量和技术水平。

摘要： 针对一般纺织品表面缺陷检测算法适用面窄的问题,结合卷积神经网络(CNN)和Transformer架构各自优势,提出一种改进的领域对抗神经网络(DANN)算法。这种改进的算法在保证普适性和实时性的前提下,提升了系统检测准确率,为企业带来更多的经济效益。实验结果表明,相比于一般的DANN算法,改进的DANN算法在不同种类纺织品上的缺陷检测准确率平均提升了5.1%左右,实时性也能够满足实际生产需求。

摘要： 为满足航空航天制造业对复合材料构件日益增长的需求,本文针对复合材料自动化成型这一问题,设计了集成式机器人自动铺丝系统及其配套的CAM软件。其中铺丝头和纱架采用一体化设计,有效减小设备总体积并缩短传纱路径。对核心部件铺丝头开展设计,使其具备剪切、重送、夹紧、加热和施压机构功能。基于C++语言、Qt框架、OpenCASCADE和OpenGL开发了自主可控的自动铺丝CAM软件,将显示交互、轨迹规划、铺层分析和运动仿真等功能集成在一起,大大提高了软件的使用性和操作效率。最后通过曲面自动铺丝试验进行验证,结果表明,本文设计的机器人自动铺丝系统及其CAM软件能够保证铺放的准确性、稳定性和可靠性。

摘要： 文章阐述了智能针织CAD中减少缝合工序的设置方法,通过原身织出和结构设置2种方式,达到减少缝合工序的目的,其中原身出包括帽、袖、领,结构设置包括一体开衫及裤子。文章说明了具体形状的设置方法,并指出通过设置幅片形状,改变成形编织工艺,可达到减少缝合工艺、美化织物外观以及提高生产效率的目的。通过对智能针织CAD中减少缝合工序的范本设置实例分析,有助于降低缝盘瓶颈工序对生产的影响,满足智能化生产发展要求,为实际生产开拓思路。

摘要： The impact of novel photon-counting detector (PCD)-CT technology on in-vivo radiomics is not fully understood. This study aimed to compare the intra-individual stability and reproducibility of pericoronary adipose tissue (PCAT) radiomic features between PCD-CT and energy-integrating detector (EID)-CT in patients undergoing coronary CT angiography (CCTA) on both systems.
