摘要： 建立了用三重四极杆气相色谱-质谱联用仪快速测定纺织品中丙烯酰胺的方法。样品中加入^(13)C_(3)-丙烯酰胺同位素内标,以乙醇作为萃取溶剂,超声萃取纺织品中丙烯酰胺,萃取液经过滤直接进样,用多反应监测模式(MRM)进行定性及定量分析。结果表明,丙烯酰胺在0.005~20.000 mg/L的质量浓度范围内方法线性良好,相关系数R^(2)达0.9992,阴性样品在三个质量浓度水平的加标平均回收率为90.0%~109.3%,相对标准偏差(n=6)为1.6%~2.1%,方法的定量限为0.025 mg/kg,可满足纺织品中丙烯酰胺的测定。

摘要： 采用图像分析技术,为织物褶裥外观保持性测试提供了一种更客观和精准的评价方法。该方法使用立体相机获取织物褶裥外观的图像,通过计算机图像分析法实现织物外观形态的三维重建,并根据试样与标样的结构相似度评定织物洗后褶裥外观等级。结果表明,立体相机的三维重建效果较好,比手持式三维扫描仪更快速,其测试结果与主观评级结果的一致率达到96%。该方法不仅可以帮助纺织企业在相关产品的生产中控制和提高产品质量,而且可以为检测机构提供更先进、可靠的织物褶裥外观检测技术。

摘要： Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) is prone to complicated cardiovascular disease, and we aimed to identify patients with NAFLD who are prone to developing stable coronary artery disease (CAD).

摘要： Heat exchangers are key components of thermal energy conversion systems, however, their optimal design is still based on reduced order models relying on semi-empirical heat transfer correlations. CFD-based design optimization emerged as a viable method to provide a significant improvement in performance at an affordable cost. This study presents a framework to optimize multiple heat transfer surfaces concurrently using the adjoint method. The heat transfer surfaces are parametrized using a CAD-based parametrization method, and their performance is evaluated using a RANS solver complemented by its discrete adjoint counterpart for gradient computation. The optimization framework is applied to minimize the pressure drop across a bare-tube heat exchanger while constraining the heat transfer rate. Two variants of the same optimization problem are formulated: in the first one, the sensitivities are averaged and the tubes are constrained to maintain the same shape, while in the second variant, the shape of the tubes can vary, resulting in an optimum solution with non-identical tube shapes. The results show that the optimized geometry reduces the pressure drop by 19% if the tube shapes are identical, and by 25% in the case of non-identical shapes, compared to the baseline. To identify the physical mechanisms contributing to the fluid-dynamic losses, entropy generation along the flow path was investigated. The results reveal that the major loss reduction observed for the case of non-identical tube shapes is due to the better thermo-hydraulic performance of the first and last tubes.

摘要： 在当今数字化时代,图像作为信息传播的重要载体,其真实性至关重要。在纺织品领域,无论是商业广告、质量监控还是艺术品保护、网络交易等方面,图像都扮演着关键角色。然而,随着图像编辑软件日益强大,图像篡改现象频发。对纺织品行业而言,这种篡改可能导致虚假宣传、质量问题被掩盖、艺术品赝品泛滥,以及在网络交易中的消费误导等不良后果。基于此,文章率先阐述基于深度学习的纺织品图像篡改检测技术的应用优势,接着提出基于深度学习的纺织品图像篡改检测技术的应用策略,最后对基于深度学习的纺织品图像篡改检测技术的应用方向进行展望。

摘要： Doxorubicin (DOX), a commonly used anticancer agent, can result in cardiac dysfunction, presenting a significant clinical challenge. DOX has been shown to induces Ca²⁺ leakage via the ryanodine receptor 2 (RYR2) of the sarcoplasmic reticulum, increasing Ca²⁺ levels in the cytoplasm.

摘要： 天然染料来源于自然界(包括植物、动物、矿物)。随着养蚕缫丝技术的产生,染色活动与丝织品同步发展。在合成染料苯胺紫出现之前,染色使用的是天然染料。紫色在古代中国具有重要的意义,一方面道家推崇紫色,另一方面儒家将紫色视为间色,紫色的地位在起伏中呈上升趋势。本研究分析了古代织物中6种紫色染料的动植物来源;介绍了中国古代常用的紫草、红花、茜草、苏木、蓝草植物染紫工艺和地中海地区骨螺染紫工艺;进行了天然染料染紫实验。古代天然紫色染料来源和染色工艺的研究,对文物的科学价值认知、传统天然染色工艺的保护利用、非物质文化遗产的传承有一定的参考意义。

摘要： The manufacture of industrial components requires a process planning stage where features such as slots, holes, and steps need to be identified in the Computer-Aided Design (CAD) models. Precise detection of these machining features is essential to generate accurate manufacturing instructions. Over the past four decades, automating this manual process has been an area of research known as Automatic Feature Recognition (AFR). To date, Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) are the state-of-the-art approach for this task. Nevertheless, given the increasing ability of Large Language Models (LLMs) to understand complex information, this work proposes employing LLMs for the AFR problem. In this study, ASCII-formatted STL files are treated as language-based data for a feature classification task. For doing so, Qwen, a pre-trained LLM with robust performance across diverse tasks, is compared to a CNN model that processes voxelised input. The results are validated to understand the capabilities and computational effort required by LLMs in the context of AFR, and to evaluate their understanding of new text-based formats such as STL. For this purpose, a dataset of 24 feature classes is used for a classification task. According to the results, LLM-based methods demonstrate an understanding of STL data, revealing potential for feature classification in this field.
