摘要： Treatment outcomes for Mycobacterium abscessus species–related pulmonary disease (MABS-PD) are generally poor because of inducible clarithromycin resistance (IR). The clinical management of patients with MABS with different genotypic and phenotypic susceptibility results is also not definitive. Here, we aimed to reassess the characteristics of patients with variant MABS and their association with diagnosis, treatment intervention, and sputum culture conversion.

摘要： 本文着重分析酒店公用纺织品经过多次洗涤后的产品质量状况,选择对江苏省酒店的80批次经过多次洗涤后的酒店公用纺织品进行物理性能和化学安全性能检验检测,对检测结果进行统计分析并对质量安全状况进行评估,揭示可能存在的风险。

摘要： 目的建立抗菌消炎片(胶囊)的高效液相色谱(HPLC)指纹图谱。方法采用CAPCELL PAK C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以0.1%甲酸乙腈溶液-0.1%甲酸溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 mL·min^(-1),柱温为30℃,进样量为10μL,DAD检测器采集波长为254 nm,CAD检测器雾化温度为50℃,建立抗菌消炎片(胶囊)的HPLC-DADCAD指纹图谱,并采用“中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统”(2012版)计算11批样品的相似度。结果11批次抗菌消炎片(胶囊)的DAD(254 nm)指纹图谱与对照指纹图谱的相似度在0.900~0.992,CAD指纹图谱与对照指纹图谱的相似度在0.831~0.985,在DAD(254 nm)和CAD下分别标定了34个和21个共有峰,通过对照品比对法指认了其中12个共有峰,分别为绿原酸、芒果苷、木犀草苷、3,5-O-二咖啡酰奎宁酸、4,5-O-二咖啡酰奎宁酸、黄芩苷、槲皮素、黄芩素、大黄酸、汉黄芩素、大黄素和知母皂苷BⅡ。结论建立的HPLC-DAD-CAD指纹图谱分析方法为更加全面、快捷、准确地评价抗菌消炎片(胶囊)的质量提供了强有力的工具。

摘要： 入冬时节,踏入紫云自治县产业园区,各企业车间内生产如火如荼,园区发展动力强劲、活力四溢。贵州德联纺织品有限公司车间内,机器运转、纱梭飞旋,工人们开足马力赶订单。“从2023年6月投入生产以来,公司接到的订单不断,今年公司已完成2000万元的产值。”公司负责人舒海兵说。贵州德联纺织品有限公司2022年从浙江绍兴转移至紫云,主要从事纺织原料、坯布以及纺织辅料加工。依托稳定的客源,公司国际市场主要出口美国和中东地区,国内主要销往浙江、广东等地。除了订单多,随着生产规模的不断扩大,公司也为当地群众就地就近就业提供了平台。

摘要： Digital complete denture fabrication has advanced with the integration of computer-aided design and computer-aided manufacturing (CAD-CAM), intraoral scanning, and 3-dimensional printing. A method of fabricating a stackable CAD-CAM custom record tray for complete dentures is introduced. The method combines a custom tray, record base, and occlusion rim in a single piece.

摘要： While there has been a proliferation of training and practice paradigms in the realm of noncoronary interventions, coronary disease remains the predominant pathology necessitating interventional cardiology expertise. The landscape of coronary disease has also experienced a significant transformation due to rapidly evolving technologies, clinical application of mechanical circulatory support and other device innovations, and increasing acuity and complexity of patients. The modern interventional cardiologist is subject to challenges including decreasing coronary procedural volume, need to maintain clinical and financial productivity, and often also requirements of continued scholastic pursuit. Therefore, in the coming decade, there will be greater impetus to develop expertise in multiple new domains of practice. In this document, we propose three training paradigms that may assist the tertiary/quaternary center coronary interventional cardiologist to develop a unique clinical/scholastic niche, maintain clinical skills and productivity, and develop care models for complex patients within local and regional tertiary/quaternary hospitals.

摘要： Correction of bony mandibular defects is a challenge in oral and maxillofacial surgery due to aesthetic and functional requirements. This study investigated the potential of a novel hybrid scaffold for bone regeneration and degradation assessment of the ceramic within the omentum majus over 6 months and the extent to which rhBMP-2 as a growth factor, alone or combined with a hydrogel, affects regeneration.

摘要： Human pericardial fluid (PF) is a rich reservoir of biologically active markers. The acellular compartment of PF can drive cardiac fibroblast activity in vitro. This process is mediated through the transforming growth factor-β pathway. Of clinical importance, the PF of patients with coronary artery disease has an increased profibrotic capacity compared with the PF of patients without coronary artery disease.
