摘要： Rates of premature coronary artery disease (CAD) are stagnant, and the prevalence of cardiovascular risk factors in young and middle-aged adults is increasing. Lipid-lowering therapy (LLT) is effective in preventing CAD but is underutilized in younger patients. The reasons for and consequences of this underutilization are not fully understood.

摘要： 2024年,我国产业用纺织品行业经济运行整体呈现恢复性增长和稳步复苏态势,多项主要经济指标回升向好。行业企业在科技创新、人才培养、产品开发等方面的持续投资,增强了产业用纺织品行业拓展新领域、新赛道,抵御市场风险的内生动力。在岁末年初,《纺织服装周刊》记者对中国产业用纺织品行业协会会长李桂梅进行了专访,深入探讨产业用纺织品行业的现状与未来发展。

摘要： 通过气质联用法对纺织品中双(2-乙基己基)四溴邻苯二甲酸酯进行了检测研究。超声前处理的萃取溶剂、萃取时间以及色谱-质谱试验条件对双(2-乙基己基)四溴邻苯二甲酸酯的检测具有重大影响。对纺织品中常用的棉、羊毛和涤纶贴衬布样品进行了加标试验,双(2-乙基己基)四溴邻苯二甲酸酯的回收率在83.7%~103.3%的范围内,相对标准偏差在4.0%~9.4%范围,线性范围为1.0 mg/L~10.0 mg/L,定量限为20.0 mg/kg。该方法前处理过程简单,不需要旋蒸过程;采用内标方法测定,定量准确可靠;该方法回收率高,相对标准偏差小,适用于纺织品中双(2-乙基己基)四溴邻苯二甲酸酯的检测。

摘要： Postoperative exercise-based rehabilitation improves the physical performance and health-related outcomes of patients undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG). However, the effectiveness of exercise-based prehabilitation in patients undergoing CABG remains unknown.

摘要： La réussite des chirurgies impliquant des lambeaux libres dépend notamment d’une cartographie préopératoire précise des artères perforantes. Différentes techniques d’imagerie, comme le Doppler et l’angiographie tomodensitométrique, sont généralement employées, chacune ayant ses avantages et inconvénients en termes de coût, de précision et de risques pour le patient. L’objectif principal de notre étude est de comparer l’efficacité du dispositif FLIR One pour la détection de ces artères, en comparaison avec les méthodes traditionnelles. L’imagerie thermique, semblant pouvoir être une alternative plus simple, moins coûteuse et moins invasive lors planification chirurgicale.

摘要： 随着人口爆炸、工业和高新产业发展的持续,工厂和居民对清洁用水需求日益增加,水雾收集器件不断涌现,而现有水雾收集器件多采用飞秒激光刻蚀等方式达到符合要求的浸润性表面,对设备要求较高。本文基于简便的室温自发胶凝作用,温和构建凝胶聚合物基质,通过引入反应组分以控制胶凝成形期间的微观形貌与表面能分布,经室温修饰形成超疏水聚合物复合材料。以针织物为基底、摩擦为手段构制Janus针织物涂层,利用其润湿不对称性实现单向导湿,进而在捕雾集水的同时减缓水蒸发以提升应用效率,达到低成本且高效的雾收集。

摘要： 为探讨日常使用对纺织品防紫外线性能的影响,对多组试样在洗涤、日晒老化、拉伸变形处理下进行对比试验。该试验结果表明,防晒纺织品受到洗涤影响导致防紫外线性能出现升高和降低两种情形,超过20次后防紫外线性能趋于稳定;经120 h日晒老化后,防晒纺织品防紫外线性能降低,部分样品UPFAV下降超过20%;经拉伸变形,试样面积每增加10%,UPFAV下降超过30%。
