摘要： 目的 建立牛黄清心丸(局方)的指纹图谱,并通过化学计量学分析手段对影响其质量的关键指标成分进行分析,为牛黄清心丸(局方)的质量控制与评价提供参考。方法 采用高效液相色谱法-电雾式检测器建立牛黄清心丸(局方)指纹图谱,进行方法学考察,并确定其共有峰进行聚类分析、主成分分析和正交偏最小二乘法判别分析。结果 指纹图谱方法学考察结果显示,精密度、稳定性、重复性的相对保留时间和相对峰面积的RSD分别为0.04%~0.06%和1.45%~2.67%,0.04%~0.87%和0.26%~2.87%,0.01%~0.34%和1.72%~2.93%。对照指纹图谱共标记出26个共有峰,其中指认出苦杏仁苷、甘草苷、黄芩苷、胆酸等18个特征峰,相似度为0.927~0.995。聚类分析热图将样品聚为3类,经主成分分析得6个主要成分的累计贡献率到达84.952%,并通过正交偏最小二乘法判别分析预测得到甘草苷、甘草酸铵、升麻素苷、苦杏仁苷4个引起质量差异性的化合物。结论 所建立方法可以分析出不同厂家、同厂家不同批次牛黄清心丸(局方)的质量差异,指纹图谱及化学计量分析方法稳定可行,可全面用于其质量评价。

摘要： Total arterial revascularization is associated with superior outcomes to conventional coronary artery bypass graft (CABG) surgery performed with the left internal thoracic artery (ITA) and veins. It is often performed with bilateral ITAs that increase risk of sternal wound infection. Minimally invasive multivessel CABG through a left anterior minithoracotomy eliminates sternal wound complications. However, being performed only in a few specialized centers, there is a paucity in follow-up outcome data. We, therefore, describe our 5-year single-center experience with such operations.

摘要： 本文对纺织品常用的抗渗水性测试4种静水压方法进行对比分析,通过对常见的防水面料测试终点现象的观测分析、加装金属网方法和不加金属网方法测试比对、慢速升压法和快速升压法测试比对,分析不同防水面料的抗渗水性能。结果表明:多层复合面料、覆膜面料在抗渗水性测试时经常得到较高的静水压值,且常无法观测到典型的第3处水珠出现的情况,这会影响试验者对终点的判定而导致测试结果出现差异。测试时加装金属网使得织物表面受力分散,可有效防止样品在受压过程中过度形变,但往往得到更高的静水压值;快速升压法测试过程中常常水尚未渗透到织物表面即达到样品本身的压力上限导致样品爆裂而试验终止,这种方法更适用于自身压力值远高于静水压值的样品。

摘要： 水果新鲜度分级在食品行业中有着重要作用。新鲜度是衡量水果质量的重要标准,直接影响到消费者的身体健康和购买欲望。由于水果颜色、纹理和外部环境变化(如阴影、照明和复杂背景)的相似性,使用机器视觉对水果进行自动识别和分类是具有挑战性的。文章提出一种基于改进YOLOv5s网络模型的多类水果分级方法。首先,引入DIoU-NMS算法,考虑预测框与真实框之间的重叠率以及中心点距离,回归精度得到提高;其次,利用K-means算法对初始锚框进行调整;最后,在主干网络Backbone中嵌入CAM,加强网络的特征提取能力。试验结果表明:改进后的YOLOv5s水果新鲜度检测算法平均检测一张图像耗时为0.028 s,且其mAP达到96.6%,比原来YOLOv5s模型提升了2.4%。所提方法为水果新鲜度检测提供一种高性能的解决方案,并能够以较高的准确率对多类水果进行分级与定位。

摘要： 针对阳离子可染涤纶(NECDP)针织物传统工艺染色排污量高、深色产品色牢度差等问题,提出采用原位矿化染色工艺对其进行后处理加工,确立了原位矿化染色技术工艺最优参数:矿化助剂XBD质量分数为1.2%、XYD质量分数为6.0%,80℃处理30 min。结果表明:与传统工艺相比,采用原位矿化染色工艺对NECDP针织物进行染色,可获得与传统工艺染样一致的颜色效果,染品耐皂洗色牢度可提高半级以上,减少染色用水约40%,降低COD_(Cr)约76%,节水、减排效果显著。
