摘要： BackgroundIrisin was found to correlate with coronary artery disease (CAD) in diabetic patients. This study investigated the association of irisin and FNDC5 (SNP rs3480) with the presence and severity of CAD in *** cross-sectional study included 100 patients with T2DM divided into two groups, DM group (n = 50), including patients without CAD and CAD group (n = 50), including those confirmed to have CAD by coronary angiography. 摘要： Aim of our study is to evaluate the prognostic value of T1 stress mapping in suspected or known- CAD patients. In this retrospective study, there were 34 patients with known CAD. Mean follow-up time was 30.9 months (95% CI 29.49–32.31). All eligible participants were re-called for an on-site interview and we evaluated Primary endpoints like all Major Adverse Cardiac Events (MACE) and Secondary endpoints (arrhythmias and all cardiac causes of clinical worsening). Our general population of patients was split into responders and nonresponders based on T1 Mapping response. The T1 values were not statistically significant when compared based on collected MACE; however, when compared to secondary outcomes, there were significant differences in non-responders patients (p-value 0.001). The microcirculation defect can be identified more effectively and accurately with T1 mapping than conventional qualitative evaluation. T1 mapping assumes a prognostic and therapeutic significance in stratifying the risk of patients with microvascular angina who have shown secondary outcomes.

摘要： Coronary artery disease (CAD) is a major health issue. This study focused on pericardial macrophages and small extracellular vesicles (sEVs) in CAD. The macrophages in CAD patients showed reduced expression of protective markers and unchanged levels of proinflammatory receptors. Similar changes were observed in buffy-coat–derived macrophages when stimulated with CAD pericardial fluid-derived sEVs. The sEV contained miRNA-6516-5p, which inhibited CD36 and affected macrophage lipid uptake. These findings indicate that sEV-mediated miRNA actions contribute to the decrease in protective pericardial macrophages in CAD.

摘要： 对纺织品而言,色牢度指标是控制服装原材料内在质量的重要指标,文章主要是针对针织类纺织品耐光色牢度、耐汗光复合色牢度、耐摩擦色牢度、耐汗渍色牢度、耐皂洗色牢度、耐干洗色牢度标准检测展开探讨。对国内外标准中的色牢度标准进行了比较分析,整理了在按照不同的标准进行检测活动时的关键性指标设定及相关性差异,使从事纺织品色牢度物理性能测试的试验人员更能深刻清晰地了解相关知识和技能,最终为保证试验过程及检测结果的出具提供了更为全面的参考。

摘要： 纺织品的舒适性是评价服装的重要指标之一,其与人们的日常生活和工作息息相关。神经电生理法作为一种客观评价纺织品舒适性的方法,具有较大的优势。介绍脑电图、肌电图、事件相关电位和心电图等4种神经电生理评价方法,概括其在接触舒适性、压感舒适性和热湿舒适性中的应用,总结分析影响神经电生理信号的主客观因素,提出适用不同舒适性的神经电生理评价方法,以为纺织品舒适性的研究和评价提供新思路。

摘要： 文章介绍了钉锤法、滚箱法和针布滚筒法三种常见的纺织品勾丝性能标准检测方法,首先回顾了织物勾丝的定义、成因及其对织物性能的影响,随后对这三种方法在适用范围、测试原理、检测仪器及辅材、试样制备、测试步骤、试验参数和结果评级等方面进行了异同点比较。通过对比分析,研究揭示了不同检测方法之间的性能差异,旨在为检测机构和工厂加深对标准的理解提供科学合理的检测方法选择依据,促进织物检测技术的发展。

摘要： 为探究不同芯丝对喷气涡流包芯纱及其织物性能的影响规律,以莫代尔纤维和智能调温纤维为外包纤维,分别以T400长丝、涤纶DTY长丝和锦纶6长丝为芯丝纺制3种包芯纱,并织成针织物。探讨相同成纱条件下不同芯丝喷气涡流包芯纱的强伸性能、毛羽以及条干均匀度,同时分析相应针织物的悬垂性、耐折皱性和抗起毛起球性。结果显示:芯丝为T400长丝的包芯纱强伸性能最好,且其织物的抗起毛起球性最好;芯丝为涤纶DTY长丝的包芯纱织物挺括抗皱,保形性较好;芯丝为锦纶6长丝的包芯纱毛羽最少、条干最均匀,并且织物悬垂性、透气性最好。

摘要： Calcific coronary artery stenosis is a complex disease associated with adverse outcomes and suboptimal percutaneous treatment. Calcium plaque modification has emerged as a key strategy to tackle the issues that accompany calcific stenosis - namely reduced device deliverability, unpredictable lesion characteristics, and difficult dilatation. Atherectomy has traditionally been the treatment modality of choice for heavily calcified coronary stenoses. Contemporary technologies have emerged to aid with planning, preparation, and treatment of calcified coronary stenosis in an attempt to improve procedural success and long-term outcomes. In this State Of The Art Review, we synthesize the body of data surrounding the diagnosis, imaging, and treatment of calcific coronary disease, with a focus on i) intravascular imaging, ii) calcific lesion preparation, iii) treatment modalities including atherectomy, and iv) updated treatment algorithms for the management of calcified coronary stenosis.
