摘要： AbstractBackground and objective:The incidence of facial fractures is on the rise globally, yet limited studies are addressing the diverse forms of facial fractures present in 3D images. In particular, due to the nature of the facial fracture, the direction in which the bone fractures vary, and there is no clear outline, it is difficult to determine the exact location of the fracture in 2D images. Thus, 3D image analysis is required to find the exact fracture area, but it needs heavy computational complexity and expensive pixel-wise labeling for supervised learning. In this study, we tackle the problem of reducing the computational burden and increasing the accuracy of fracture localization by using a weakly-supervised object localization without pixel-wise labeling in a 3D image space. Methods:We propose a Very Fast, High-Resolution Aggregation 3D Detection CAM (VFHA-CAM) model, which can detect various facial fractures. To better detect tiny fractures, our model uses high-resolution feature maps and employs Ablation CAM to find an exact fracture location without pixel-wise labeling, where we use a rough fracture image detected with 3D box-wise labeling. To this end, we extract important features and use only essential features to reduce the computational complexity in 3D image space. Results:Experimental findings demonstrate that VFHA-CAM surpasses state-of-the-art 2D detection methods by up to 20% in sensitivity/person and specificity/person, achieving sensitivity/person and specificity/person scores of 87% and 85%, respectively. In addition, Our VFHA-CAM reduces location analysis time to 76 s without performance degradation compared to a simple Ablation CAM method that takes more than 20 min. Conclusion:This study introduces a novel weakly-supervised object localization approach for bone fracture detection in 3D facial images. 摘要： Ongoing climate changes are expected to intensify drought periods in tropical regions, directly impacting epiphytic bromeliads that depend on intermittent water availability. This study aimed to elucidate if Acanthostachys pitcairnioides, an epiphytic bromeliad of Atlantic Forest, tolerates extended drought periods and the potential strategies involved in its tolerance and recovery capacity. We suppressed irrigation for 42 days, rehydrated plants for four days, and evaluated leaf water status, and photochemical, metabolic, and anatomical changes. During the initial 28 days of drought, translocation of water from hydrenchyma to chlorenchyma, higher chlorophyll content, and accumulation of abscisic and salicylic acid and antioxidants contributed to maintaining the cell turgor and functionality of photosynthetic apparatus. At 42 days, a significant reduction in leaf water content to 45.5% was accompanied by a 2.5-fold increase in non-photochemical quenching and enhanced levels of carotenoids, anthocyanins, osmoregulators (proline, myo-inositol, and trehalose), and phytohormones (abscisic acid and jasmonates). After rewatering, water storage in the hydrenchyma and almost all pigments, hormones, and metabolites were restored to pre-stress conditions. Leaf succulence, carbohydrate and organic acid accumulation, and carbon isotope data (δ¹³C−14.5‰) provide evidence of induction of CAM metabolism by water limitation in A. pitcairnioides. Our findings indicate the prevalence of water accumulation strategy during the first half of the drought stress. At the end of the drought period, the complete depletion of water from the hydrenchyma favored the osmotic adjustment. Considering this set of tolerance strategies and the rapid recovery after rehydration, A. pitcairnioides can successfully withstand environments with restricted water availability.

摘要： The growing burden of coronary artery disease (CAD) has led to a deeper exploration of the pathophysiologic mechanisms underlying the disease process with the hope of finding novel treatments to reduce CAD morbidity and mortality. Sleep is a normal physiologic phenomenon essential for maintaining homeostasis. Disruption in sleep physiology has been linked to the activation of pro-inflammatory cytokines that may predispose to a greater risk of CAD. Several studies have evaluated the etiologic relationship between sleep deficiency and CAD. In this review, we attempt to highlight the key mechanisms proposed to play a role in the association of sleep with the pathophysiology of CAD, the findings and limitations of the pertinent studies, and possible future direction for evaluating and leveraging the relationship between sleep and CAD to develop new therapeutics.

摘要： 针对中职学校机械CAD课程教学效果欠佳的现状,立足于学生感性直观与动手实践的学习特性,创新性地提出了“三贴近、四融入、五结合”的教学新模式。“三四五”教学模式以产教融合、知行合一为核心理念,紧密契合时代需求,校企联手制定专业建设规划、人才培养方案及课程教材,持续推动机械CAD课程的改革创新。通过紧扣产业需求、企业实际和职业岗位,确保教学方向正确;融入行业标准、企业文化、工作规范和企业实例,形成“四融入”教学模块,实现行业、企业与学校的深度融合;并坚守“五结合”原则,即理论与实践、校内与校外、线上与线下、教与学互动以及考核与评价的综合运用,全面提升教学质量。经过五年的实践验证,“三四五”教学模式有效促进了机械CAD课程的产教融合,教学效果显著提升,学生在学业水平测试、技能竞赛及专项职业能力测试中均取得显著进步,有力推动了机电专业群的全面发展。这一教学模式不仅激发了学生的学习热情,也为中职课程改革与创新提供了宝贵的经验与参考,具有重要的理论价值和实践指导意义。

摘要： 【目的】分离并鉴定粤北地区古樟树根腐病的病原菌,筛选出适宜的防治药剂,为樟树根腐病的识别和诊断以及病害防治提供理论依据。【方法】采用组织块分离法对采集自粤北地区的古樟树根部病部组织进行病原菌分离,依据柯赫氏法则确定致病菌,通过形态学和分子生物学相结合的方法鉴定病原菌种类,进一步采用菌丝生长速率法测定不同杀菌剂对病原菌的室内抑制效果。【结果】从古樟树根部病部组织中共分离出3株真菌,分别标记为SG0122-1、SG0122-2和SG0122-3,通过柯赫氏法则验证,确定菌株SG0122-1和SG0122-3是引起古樟树根腐病的病原菌;结合形态学观察和系统发育进化树分析,将菌株SG0122-1和SG0122-3分别鉴定为无量山射脉革菌(Phlebia wuliangshanensis)和少脉灵芝(Ganodermasubamboinense)。药剂筛选结果表明,不同供试杀菌剂对菌株SG0122-1和SG0122-3的菌丝生长抑制效果存在一定差异,其中氯氟醚·吡唑酯BAS 75104F对菌株SG0122-1的抑制效果最强,在最低供试浓度下(3.91μg/mL)能完全抑制其菌丝生长;其次是98%溴菌腈和96.8%苯醚甲环唑,抑制中浓度(EC_(50))分别为7.48和10.63μg/mL;98%嘧菌酯和96.8%苯醚甲环唑对菌株SG0122-3菌丝生长有较好的抑制作用,其EC_(50)分别为2.13和3.11μg/mL,其次是97%吡唑醚菌酯和98%福美双,EC_(50)分别为58.83和59.72μg/mL。【结论】粤北地区古樟树根腐病病原为无量山射脉革菌和少脉灵芝。氯氟醚·吡唑酯BAS 75104F、98%溴菌腈和96.8%苯醚甲环唑为防治无量山射脉革菌的有效药剂,98%嘧菌酯和96.8%苯醚甲环唑为防治少脉灵芝的有效药剂,其中96.8%苯醚甲环唑对2株病原菌均具有较好的抑制效果,以上药剂均可作为生产上防治樟树根腐病的候选药剂。
