摘要： 工程制图及CAD课程是化学工程与工艺、材料科学与工程专业学生必须掌握的一门基础课程,是学生从掌握制图基本知识到进行设备设计的重要理论与实践基础。近年来,随着现代制造业的发展和高校向应用技术型转型需求的普遍增加,关于此课程的教学改革显得尤为重要。文章针对塔里木大学当前化学工程与工艺、材料科学与工程专业教学中存在的问题,如有的学生学习积极性不高、部分教师教学方式方法传统单调、学时分配不足以及考核制度固化等,提出了激发学生学习兴趣、创新教学方法、优化课程设置和改革考核方式等改革建议,旨在提升课程教学效果,培养学生的实际操作能力和创新思维,以适应行业需求和学生职业发展的需要。

摘要： To systematically review the current literature investigating the computer-aided design/computer-aided manufacturing (CAD/CAM) diamond bur deterioration with repeated use and its effects on the accuracy, marginal and internal fit, and surface roughness of the dental ceramic restorations from the subtractive manufacturing technique.

摘要： 对大直径吊挂的材料及结构特点进行了阐述,分析了大直径上分布的小角向孔在实际加工中的难点情况,总结了吊挂类零件高精度定位孔的加工技术,包括零件加工难点分析及其解决方案、单个孔采用钻孔+铣孔+镗孔的加工方式、CAM编程及加工前准备等高精度孔加工的过程,并介绍了大直径上分布的小角向孔加工工艺难点及其控制方法,最终确定加工工步,对其他类似结构的零件加工具有一定的参考价值。

摘要： 由于机械零件形态多样且细节丰富,特征提取过程中往往难以精确捕捉其全部特征,导致提取值与真实值间存在显著偏差。为此,提出基于CAD技术的机械零件外观图像形态特征提取研究。利用CAD技术精准建模与渲染,生成机械零件的外观图像。通过二值化处理和Canny算子边缘检测,提取机械零件外观图像的边缘信息。引入修正的归一化边界矩作为特征描述符,并结合扇形区域划分方法,全面且细致地捕捉机械零件外观图像的形态特征。实验结果表明,研究方法能够高精度地提取机械零件特征,且所有提取值与真实值之间的差均符合预定的设计标准,具有实际应用价值。

摘要： A significant number of individuals undergoing coronary computed tomography angiography (CCTA) for suspected (CAD) have nonobstructive or no CAD. There is a need for clinically proven models that can predict the pretest probability of stable CAD and help to identify low-risk individuals. Optimizing patient stratification is of paramount importance to improve diagnostic yield and cost-effectiveness.

摘要： An aspherical hip can mechanically damage the joint and lead to chondrolabral injury, functional pain, and potentially arthritis. Hip arthroscopy to address femoroacetabular impingement (FAI) and make the hip spherical, with treatment of concomitant labral pathology, can result in excellent outcomes in patients with this pathology. The goal is complete cam resection. Cam pathology comes in many shapes, locations, and sizes—from smaller, anterolaterally located lesions to larger, pistol group lesions that extend more superiorly and lateral. Surgically addressing the lateral cam lesion is more technically demanding, and such patients have greater chondolabral damage. Regardless, when the cam lesion is fully resected, we can expect to achieve good outcomes.

摘要： 目的:建立超高效液相色谱-电喷雾检测器法(UPLC-CAD)同时测定疏风再造丸中葛根素、橙皮苷、人参皂苷Rb_(1)及甘草酸铵的含量。方法:采用Waters Atlantis C_(18)柱(150 mm×2.1 mm, 3μm),乙腈(A)-0.1%甲酸溶液(B)为流动相,梯度洗脱(0~60 min, 95%~10%B),流速0.3 mL·min^(-1),柱温35℃,进样量2μL,电喷雾式检测器雾化温度35℃,数据采集频率5 Hz,过滤常数F为3.6 s。结果:疏风再造丸中葛根素、橙皮苷、人参皂苷Rb_(1)及甘草酸铵均具有良好的线性关系(r>0.999 0),精密度、重复性、24 h稳定性实验的相对标准偏差均<3.0%,平均加样回收率分别为106.51%,99.81%,105.77%,103.82%。结论:本研究建立的UPLC-CAD法可同时对疏风再造丸中葛根素、橙皮苷、人参皂苷Rb_(1)及甘草酸铵进行含量测定,为疏风再造丸的检测分析和质量控制提供了新方法。

摘要： The transition towards a sustainable, ecofriendly economy emphasizes minimizing waste and optimizing resource use through a circular economy. As part of Design for Sustainability, Design for Circular Economy (DfCE) focuses on extending product lifespans and enabling material recycling. CAD models are essential for assessing these strategies. Current methodologies often rely on recycled material use and recycling rates, but gaps remain in evaluating circular designs from CAD data. This study addresses this gap by highlighting the existing research gaps in the assessment through a systematic literature review and proposing a combined assessment framework for DfCE incorporating Ecofriendly Design.
