摘要： Highlights•CCTA had limited value in predicting perioperative MACE in patients with stable CAD undergoing lung cancer surgery. •CT-FFR significantly outperformed CCTA in terms of accuracy for predicting MACE in patients with stable CAD undergoing lung cancer surgery. •CT-FFR adds prognostic information in the cardiac evaluation of stable CAD patients undergoing lung cancer surgery.

摘要： Purpose: To compare the clinical effectiveness of three different devices used in guided bone regeneration procedures for partially atrophic arches. Materials and methods: A randomised controlled trial with three parallel arms was conducted. The study evaluated titanium-reinforced polytetrafluoroethylene membrane (PTFE group), semi- occlusive CAD/CAM titanium mesh (mesh group) and occlusive CAD/CAM titanium foil (foil group) in terms of surgical outcomes and complications as well as surgical times and surgeon satisfaction in 27 guided bone regeneration procedures, presenting results from 1 year post-implant placement. Results: Complications occurred in seven patients. No significant difference was found between the groups in terms of the occurrence of complications (P = 0.51), device exposure (P = 0.12) and implant failure (P = 0.650). Surgeon satisfaction varied significantly, with the PTFE group differing from the mesh (P = 0.003) and foil groups (P < 0.001), but not between meshes and foils (P = 0.172). Surgical times also differed significantly, with longer times for PTFE membranes compared to meshes (P < 0.001) and foils (P = 0.006), but with no difference between meshes and foils (P = 0.308). The mean reconstructed bone volume was 1269.55 +/- 561.08 mm3, with no significant difference observed between the three groups (P = 0.815). There was also no significant difference for mean maximum height (6.72 mm, P = 0.867) and width (7.69 mm, P = 0.998). The mean marginal bone loss at 1 year after implant placement was 0.59 +/- 0.27 mm. Conclusions: Although this study provides valuable insights into the potential benefits of using different types of CAD/CAM devices, further research with larger sample sizes and longer follow-up periods is warranted to validate these findings.

摘要： 目的:系统评价不同运动方式对冠心病患者心肺储备功能和运动耐力的效果。方法:检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据知识服务平台(Wanfang Data)、维普网(VIP)、中国生物医学文献服务系统(SinoMed)、PubMed、Web of Science、The Cochrane Library、Embase数据库中关于运动方式改善冠心病患者心肺储备功能和运动耐力的随机对照研究,检索时间为建库至2023年4月。由2名研究者独立筛选文献、提炼资料和评价纳入文献的偏倚风险后,选择RevMan 5.3、Stata 16.0、R4.2.2进行统计分析。结果:共纳入30项研究,2433例冠心病患者,网状Meta分析结果显示:在提高左室射血分数(left ventricular ejection fraction,LVEF)方面,最好的2种运动方式是有氧结合抗阻运动和有氧运动;在提高6分钟步行试验(six minutes walk test,6MWT)距离方面,最好的2种运动方式是抗阻运动和有氧结合抗阻运动;在改善肺功能方面,最好的2种运动方式是抗阻运动和瑜伽。但由于纳入研究的质量和数量等存在一定的局限性,仍需高质量研究进一步验证。结论:运动可以改善冠心病患者的心肺储备功能和运动耐力,但不同运动改善心功能的侧重点不同,其中有氧结合抗阻运动在提高LVEF和6MWT方面效果最显著,抗阻运动在提高6MWT和FEV1/FVC%方面效果较好。

摘要： 本文针对技工院校CAD机械设计人才培养中存在的学生理论基础不扎实、实践技能不足、创新意识欠缺等问题,构建了一套分层次、分阶段、分目标的竞赛梯队培养模式。研究基于相关理论构建了包括选拔、培训、激励和评估反馈机制的系统化培养框架,并结合广州市轻工技师学院的实践案例,验证该模式在提升学生CAD设计能力、实践技能和创新意识方面的有效性。研究表明,该模式能优化教学资源配置,促进学生全面发展,为行业输送高素质技术技能人才。

摘要： Objectives: To investigate the effects of myelin- and lymphocyte-associated protein (MAL) gene knockout on the morphological structure of lung tissue and the expression of E-cadherin (E-cad) and alpha-smooth muscle actin (alpha-SMA) in an asthmatic mouse model. Methods: Twenty-four specific pathogen-free (SPF) C57BL/6J mice were divided into four groups: the wild-type normal (WT/SAL), wild-type asthmatic (WT/OVA), gene knockout normal (MAL(-/-)/SAL), and gene knockout asthmatic (MAL(-/-)/OVA) groups. The establishment of the asthma mouse models was confirmed by evaluating behavioral symptoms and histopathological H&E and Masson staining. Western blotting and RT-qPCR were used to measure E-cad and alpha-SMA expression levels in lung tissues. Results: H&E staining of mouse lung tissues from WT/OVA, MAL(-/-)/SAL, and MAL(-/-)/OVA groups revealed a thickened bronchial wall, irregular lumen edge, locally fallen mucosal epithelium, and inflammatory cell infiltration compared with those of the WT/SAL group. In the WT and MAL-/- groups, the proportion of Masson-stained tissues in the OVA group was greater than that in the SAL group (p < 0.05). Compared with those in the WT/SAL group, the expression levels of alpha-SMA mRNA and protein were increased, while those of E-cad were decreased in the WT/OVA group (p < 0.01). Similarly, compared with those in the MAL(-/-)/SAL group, the expression levels of E-cad mRNA and protein were increased, while those of alpha-SMA were decreased in the MAL(-/-)/OVA group (p < 0.01). All these differences were statistically significant (p < 0.01). Conclusions: The MAL gene contributes to EMT inhibition and the stability of the airway barrier under normal physiological conditions by regulating E-cad and alpha-SMA expression.

摘要： AbstractResearch investigating ankle function during walking in a controlled ankle motion (CAM) boot has either placed markers on the outside of the boot or made major alterations to the structure of the CAM boot to uncover key landmarks. The aim of this study was to quantify joint kinematics and kinetics using “in-boot” skin markers whilst making only minimal structural alterations. Seventeen healthy participants walked at their preferred walking speed in two conditions: (1) in standard athletic trainers (ASICS patriot 8, ASICS Oceania Pty Ltd, USA), and (2) using a hard-cased CAM boot (Rebound® Air Walker, Össur, Iceland) fitted on the right foot. Kinematic measurements revealed that CAM boots restrict sagittal plane ankle range of motion to less than 5°, and to ∼3° in the frontal plane, which is a reduction of 85% and 73% compared to standard footwear, respectively ( p < 0.001). This ankle restriction resulted in a reduction of ankle joint total limb work contribution from 38 ± 5% in normal footwear to 13 ± 4% in the CAM boot ( p < 0.001). This study suggests that CAM boots do restrict the ankle joint’s ability to effectively perform work during walking, which leads to compensatory mechanisms at the ipsilateral and contralateral hip and knee joints. Our findings align with previous research that employed “on-boot” kinematic measurements, so we conclude that in-boot approaches do not offer any benefit to the researcher and instead, on-boot measurements are suitable.

摘要： 文章分析了合浦汉墓青铜器錾刻纹饰中传统元素所展示的文化底蕴,通过对合浦汉墓青铜器錾刻纹饰进行调研和分析,划分五个时期解读纹饰的发展演变,解读汉代合浦人独特的审美意趣和自然崇拜。在纹饰的绘制中选择具有代表性的青铜器錾刻纹样进行解构和重组用于纹饰设计再创造,通过与纺织品设计结合的方式更好地传承和发扬合浦汉墓物质文化遗产。

摘要： 文章建立以人工唾液为萃取介质,测定纺织品及纺织品附件中铅释放量的试验方法,优化样品前处理条件和测试仪器参数。试验结果表明:采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定的定量限为0.02μg/(cm^(2)·h),在低、中、高3个加标浓度下的回收率在93.26%~107.65%,相对标准偏差为1.03%~5.99%(n=7);采用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定的定量限为0.01μg/(cm^(2)·h),在低、中、高3个加标浓度下的回收率在82.65%~110.32%,相对标准偏差为1.08%~4.61%(n=7)。该方法前处理步骤简单,检测流程短,结果准确度高,适用于可放入婴幼儿和儿童口中的纺织品及其附件的检测。
