摘要： The abundance of epicardial adipose tissue (EAT) correlates with the extent and severity of coronary artery disease (CAD). If the quantity of EAT varies between diastole and systole during an ECG-synchronized volume scan, it can potentially affect the diagnostic accuracy of CAD. The aim of this study was to compare the EAT volume between the diastolic and systolic phases during an ECG-gated volume scan of patients with or without CAD.

摘要： 为更准确地表征织物增强橡胶基复合材料在受力变形过程中的力学性能,针对二维编织物结构,基于连续介质力学将织物增强橡胶基复合材料应变能解耦为橡胶基体应变能、纤维拉伸应变能以及纤维之间相互作用引起的剪切应变能,结合橡胶、织物增强复合材料的单轴拉伸及镜框剪切实验数据拟合得到本构模型参数。通过对织物增强密封带压缩仿真结果与实验数据进行比较,验证了所建立的舱门密封有限元模型的有效性,随后将织物增强橡胶基复合材料超弹性本构模型应用于飞机舱门压缩过程的模拟分析。结果表明:超弹性本构模型能够用于表征织物增强复合材料的各向异性非线性材料行为;经向/纬向纤维与密封带轴向呈0°角铺设方式的密封性能优于45°角铺设,舱门的密封性能与门框的加载量成正比关系。

摘要： Cancer survivors, particularly those treated with anthracyclines and chest radiation, face an elevated risk of cancer therapy–related cardiovascular toxicity. These complications affect not only physical health, but also life expectancy. Risk factors for cancer therapy–related cardiovascular toxicity include age at which cancer treatment was received, the use of (potentially) cardiotoxic cancer therapies, and the presence of concomitant cardiovascular risk factors. Current guidelines provide recommendations for cardiovascular surveillance after cancer therapy, including type and frequency. All cancer survivors are advised to undergo annual clinical screenings and optimization of cardiovascular risk factors. Those at higher risk should undergo additional cardiovascular testing. This document aims to summarize the available evidence, present practical recommendations, and outline existent gaps in the current literature regarding cardiovascular care after cancer therapies.

摘要： Myocardial perfusion imaging(MPI),which uses single-photon emission computed tomography(SPECT),is a well-known estimating tool for medical diagnosis,employing the classification of images to show situations in coronary artery disease(CAD).The automatic classification of SPECT images for different techniques has achieved near-optimal accuracy when using convolutional neural networks(CNNs).This paper uses a SPECT classification framework with three steps:1)Image denoising,2)Attenuation correction,and 3)Image classification.Image denoising is done by a U-Net architecture that ensures effective image denoising.Attenuation correction is implemented by a convolution neural network model that can remove the attenuation that affects the feature extraction process of classification.Finally,a novel multi-scale diluted convolution(MSDC)network is proposed.It merges the features extracted in different scales and makes the model learn the features more efficiently.Three scales of filters with size 3×3 are used to extract features.All three steps are compared with state-of-the-art methods.The proposed denoising architecture ensures a high-quality image with the highest peak signal-to-noise ratio(PSNR)value of 39.7.The proposed classification method is compared with the five different CNN models,and the proposed method ensures better classification with an accuracy of 96%,precision of 87%,sensitivity of 87%,specificity of 89%,and F1-score of 87%.To demonstrate the importance of preprocessing,the classification model was analyzed without denoising and attenuation correction.

摘要： In recent years, virtual platforms have emerged as powerful tools for immersive communication, education, and collaborative design. Among them, Spatial offers a widely accessible 3D environment that can be experienced not only through VR goggles but also on standard desktop systems. This paper explores the feasibility of using Spatial in a desktop 2D environment without VR goggles to visualize and evaluate 3D CAD models. We describe a practical workflow in which 3D models are uploaded into Spatial and viewed via a Mac desktop interface. Despite the limitations in immersion, we show that desktop interaction with Spatial still offers meaningful spatial understanding and interface operability, providing a low-barrier entry into virtual prototyping. We discuss implications for design education and outline future directions for integrating VR when available.
