摘要： 在碳中和目标的推动下,纺织品企业面临低碳转型的压力,通过优化产品设计、应用清洁生产技术、加强供应链协同、推广绿色营销等举措,可以有效降低碳排放,实现可持续发展。然而,短期内实现碳中和目标面临技术和成本的挑战。针对这一问题,碳交易市场为纺织品企业提供了灵活应对机制,使其在满足市场环保需求的同时保持竞争力。通过全面低碳策略,纺织品企业能在国际市场中强化环保形象,提升竞争优势。基于此,文章对纺织品企业如何在碳中和背景下实现国际市场竞争优势进行探讨。

摘要： Background To investigate the effects of thermal cycling and surface treatment methods on the bonding effectiveness of multi-step resin cements to CAD/CAM blocks. Methods A total of 198 slices, 66 each from CAD/CAM blocks (feldspathic ceramic: Vitablocs TriLuxe Forte, V;resin matrix ceramics (RMCs): Cerasmart, C;and Shofu Block HC, S), were obtained and randomly divided into two subgroups for etching with hydrofluoric acid (HFA) and sandblasting with Al2O3 (SB). After the surface treatments, one etched and one sandblasted sample of each CAD/CAM block was observed via SEM analysis at 500x magnification. The remaining 32 etched and 32 sandblasted samples of each CAD/CAM block were divided into two subgroups to be cemented with total-etch (TE) and self-etch (SE) resin cements. Then, half of the 16 samples in all the subgroups were subjected to aging (TC) for 5000 cycles (n = 8). The shear bond strength (SBS) of each sample was measured. Four-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) and Tukey tests were used to analyze the data (p < 0.05). Results With or without TC, the highest SBS values for V were obtained with the HFA-TE and HFA-SE interactions, respectively. C presented the highest SBS values with HFA-SE and SB-TE interactions, whereas S presented the highest SBS values with SB-TE and HFA-TE interactions. Except the SB-SE interaction, C presented lower SBS values after TC than other materials. HFA created less porosity on the C and S surfaces than V. SB visibly roughened the surfaces of all the materials but caused fractures, cracks, and damage to the surfaces. Conclusion Similar SBS values can be achieved between feldspathics, RMCs, and multi-step adhesive resins with both HFA and SB treatments. However, the SBS values obtained from the SB-SE interaction may be below the recommended threshold values for all materials after TC. SB can cause distinctive cavities, fissures, and damage, especially on the surfaces of RMCs.

摘要： The CAD and CSG hybrid modeling for the Monte Carlo particle transport simulation improves the geometric accuracy and calculation efficiency. We propose a CAD/CSG dual-layer hybrid geometric Monte Carlo particle transport method, which divides the geometry into two layers, the CAD layer and the CSG layer, and overlaps them to build up the hybrid geometric model for particle transport simulation. The new method's accuracy is verified to prove that the new method has the same accuracy as that of CSG modeling alone or CAD modeling alone. The efficiency advantages of the new method are tested to know that increasing the number of CSG surfaces and reducing the number of CAD surfaces improve the efficiency. The efficiency advantages begin to appear compared to CAD modeling alone when the ratio of the number of CSG surfaces to the number of CAD surfaces reaches 4:6, about an improvement of 10%. Increasing the proportion of CSG surfaces improves the efficiency advantages, and smaller geometric tolerances accentuate the efficiency advantage. © 2024 Elsevier Ltd

摘要： 现代汽车为适应多元化环境,对于灯具的耐温要求越来越高,因此车灯热管理对于车灯极为重要。车灯内部热量过高不仅会导致材料变形、起彩等外观问题,还会造成材料性能变化,使屈服强度、弯曲强度降低,导致灯具安装失效风险。并且,LED颗粒发光亮度与内部热量密切关联,内部温度过高则会导致亮度降低甚至失效的问题。以一款多功能汽车车灯为案例,基于UG进行CAD设计,对其各个零部件进行划分有限元网格分析并设置相应材质参数,通过CAE软件基于蒙特卡罗方式进行模拟,根据模拟温度云图及气流图结果进行热分发现,引起灯热的主要原因在于后雾及制动功能灯腔空间不足,致使反射碗上部位置热流堆积导致超出材料耐热极限。在保证灯具外部轮廓空间不增加的前提下,通过降低内部热量,即切换光源、增设反射镜及隔热板方式进行优化设计,完善数据后再次进行模拟验证耐热性能满足设计及性能需求。结果表明,设计阶段通过使用CAE模拟结合热量云图及气流图分析提出改善方案,可以更好保证灯具造型并兼顾整灯成本,实现灯具优化设计同时有效降低后期灯具耐热风险。

摘要： Coronary artery disease (CAD) is the leading cause of death for women, yet they remain underrepresented in interventional CAD studies. Women have been shown to be at increased risk of mortality and major adverse events after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). The poorer outcomes are likely because women are typically diagnosed with CAD late, at an older age, with more comorbidities, and with more challenging anatomy including smaller vessels and higher prevalence of coronary artery calcification.

摘要： Cirrhosis patients are at increased risk for postoperative complications. It remains unclear whether preoperative nonsurgical clinician visits improve postoperative outcomes. We assessed the impact of preoperative primary care physician (PCP) and/or gastroenterologist/hepatologist (GI/Hep) visits on postoperative mortality in cirrhosis patients undergoing surgery and explored differences in medication changes and paracentesis rates as potential mediators.

摘要： AbstractLearning using privileged information (LUPI) has shown its effectiveness to improve the B-mode ultrasound (BUS) based computer-aided diagnosis (CAD) by transferring knowledge from the elasticity ultrasound (EUS). However, LUPI only performs transfer learning between the paired data with shared labels, and cannot handle the scenario of modality imbalance. In order to conduct the supervised transfer learning between the paired ultrasound data together with the additional single-modal BUS images, a novel multi-view LUPI algorithm with Dual-Level Modality Completion, named DLMC-LUPI, is proposed to improve the performance of BUS-based CAD. The DLMC-LUPI implements both image-level and feature-level (dual-level) completions of missing EUS modality, and then performs multi-view LUPI for knowledge transfer. Specifically, in the dual-level modality completion stage, a variational autoencoder (VAE) model for feature generation and a novel generative adversarial network (VAE-based GAN) model for image generation are sequentially trained. The proposed VAE-based GAN can improve the synthesis quality of EUS images by adopting the features generated by VAE from the BUS images as the model constrain to make the features generated from the synthesized EUS images more similar to them. In the multi-view LUPI stage, two feature vectors are generated from the real or pseudo images as two source domains, and then fed them to the multi-view support vector machine plus classifier for model training. The experiments on two ultrasound datasets indicate that the DLMC-LUPI outperforms all the compared algorithms, and it can effectively improve the performance of single-modal BUS-based CAD.

摘要： The reduction of energy consumption in industrial processes is a challenge to be confronted within the framework of the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals. The present study compares the energy loss per cycle of two kinematically equivalent mechanisms: a slider-crank and an eccentric cam with a translational roller follower. We use the work-energy theorem to evaluate energy losses by using a viscous friction model in a stationary regime. The innovation of this study lies in the energetic comparison to identify the best and worst alternatives by analyzing the contribution of their main geometrical parameters, such as crank length, rod-crank length ratio, roller radius and follower offset. The aim is to provide guidelines to help machinery designers to take relevant preliminary decisions that affect energy efficiency. Herein, we include analytical models, numerical simulations and experimental results using a test stand that can be adapted to other planar one degree-of-freedom mechanisms. In this context, we conclude that an eccentric cam mechanism with a big roller radius and no offset provides the best energetic efficiency among the aforementioned mechanisms.
