摘要： The loss of occlusal vertical dimension can be related to a worn dentition as well as skeletal malocclusion. The decrease in lower facial height due to reduced occlusal vertical dimension can adversely affect facial aesthetics. In dentistry, minimal invasive CAD/CAM restorations can be preferred as a current treatment method for increasing occlusal vertical dimension.

摘要： To assess the anatomical complexity of the left atrial appendage (LAA) using fractal dimension (FD) based on cardiac computed tomography angiography (CTA) and the association between LAA FD and LAA thrombosis.

摘要： Despite advances in treatment of glioblastomas (GBMs), the median survival remains 14–16 months. In the United States, 52.5 million people ≥12 years of age used cannabis in 2021. We aim to elucidate differences in complications after craniotomy for resection of GBM between users and nonusers of cannabis.

摘要： Cusp prolapse is an important cause of aortic regurgitation (AR) in tricuspid aortic valves (TAVs) and can be caused by myxomatous degeneration or cusp fenestration. Long-term data for prolapse repair in TAVs are scarce. We analyzed the results of aortic valve repair in patients with TAV morphology and AR caused by prolapse and compared the results for cusp fenestration and myxomatous degeneration.

摘要： 目的:探讨基于补充与替代医学(CAM)对接受日间隔有氧抗阻力运动的妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)血糖控制及Vaspin水平的影响。方法:利用随机数字表法将我院2021年7月—2023年7月进行产前检查的75例GDM孕妇分为两组,对照组37例采用日间隔有氧抗阻力运动联合常规心理护理,研究组38例在其基础上加以基于正念的CAM,比较两组心理弹性、胰岛素敏感性、Vaspin水平、血糖控制情况以及分娩结局。结果:分娩前1d,研究组CD-RISC各维度得分均高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组HOMA-IR、Vaspin低于对照组,ISI高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组FPG、2hPBG、HbA1c水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组剖宫产、新生儿低血糖发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),其余不良结局对比无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:将基于正念的CAM辅助用于日间隔有氧抗阻力运动中能够增强GDM孕妇血糖控制与胰岛素敏感性,降低Vaspin水平,改善心理弹性,降低不良分娩结局发生率。

摘要： 目的 评价ICU意识模糊评估量表(Confusion Assessment Method of Intensive Care Unit,CAM-ICU)和重症监护谵妄筛查量表(Intensive Care Delirium Screening Checklist,ICDSC)对重症患者谵妄发生的应用效果,为重症患者谵妄筛查的工具选择提供依据。方法 计算机检索PubMed、Web of Science、Embase、Cochrane Library、中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库从建库至2023年2月24日关于CAM-ICU与ICDSC的诊断试验准确性比较研究。经过文献筛选、文献质量评估、资料提取后,采用Rev Man 5.3软件和Meta-DiSc软件进行数据分析。结果 共纳入10篇研究,CAM-ICU和ICDSC的合并灵敏度分别为0.73和0.77;合并特异度分别为0.93和0.91;合并诊断比值比为37.62和36.95。结论 CAM-ICU与ICDSC在重症患者谵妄筛查中均具有良好的诊断效度;基于谵妄的波动性特点,CAM-ICU可能更适合ICU环境下患者的谵妄评估。

摘要： Radiation therapy is crucial for lung cancer treatment. However, incident irradiation of surrounding healthy tissues could lead to side effects such as radiation-induced pneumonitis—inflammation that can cause permanent lung damage. Determining a patient's susceptibility to pneumonitis prior to treatment is not currently possible and is a critical unmet clinical need. We hypothesize that deep-learning (DL) models using pre-treatment CT images can identify patients at risk of radiation-induced pneumonitis.
