摘要： Due to their specificity, bacteriophages are becoming more widely used as antibacterial agents in the food industry. However, their effectiveness in food is often compromised by food components that can lead to a loss of their biological activity. In this study, soy protein isolate (SPI)-based packaging films incorporated with Escherichia phage CAM-21 were developed using a solution casting method. CAM-21 was relatively stable at pH 3–11 and temperatures up to 55 °C after 1 h of incubation. It remained active on the surface of raw beef, ground beef, and baby spinach after 36 h at 4 °C. The distribution of CAM-21 in the films was uniform, and its incorporation did not affect the film microstructure. No significant impact on the color, water vapor permeability, opacity, and mechanical properties of the films was observed. The antimicrobial activity of CAM-21-incorporated films was significantly enhanced in beef products inoculated with E. coli O157:H7. CAM-21-containing films significantly decreased the number of bacteria on raw beef samples by up to 1.5 and 2.0 log CFU/g after 3 and 5 days of refrigerated storage, respectively. These findings suggest that SPI films containing Escherichia phage CAM-21 have potential as antimicrobial packaging materials for preserving meat products. © 2024 Elsevier Ltd

摘要： 随着人们对运动疲劳缓解需求的增长,开发日常可穿着的具有远红外发射性能的纺织品已经成为新的热点。重点介绍了运动疲劳的定义与评价方法,总结了远红外纤维作用原理与现有远红外纺织品的应用,梳理总结了远红外纺织品对运动疲劳缓解作用的研究现状。研究认为,未来可深入研究远红外纺织品在运动后疲劳缓解作用方面与不同原材料织成的具有远红外发射性能的运动服对运动疲劳缓解作用方面。

摘要： 2024年欧盟REACH法规附录ⅩⅦ第70条款的修订引起了人们对甲基环硅氧烷(如D4、D5和D6)这一类有毒有害物质的重视。从法规限用、检测手段和标准化进展方面深入探讨了甲基环氧硅烷在生态纺织品中的应用和监管现状。

摘要： MnCu合金具有高阻尼、优异的形状记忆效应和易加工性,激光选区熔化成形(SLM)技术能够实现MnCu合金复杂结构的一体化制造,在汽车、航空航天、生物医疗和机器人等领域中有广阔的应用前景。采用SLM技术制造了Mn-30%Cu(30%为Cu的质量分数)合金,并研究了SLM工艺和随后的循环热处理的工艺参数对合金相对致密度、相组成、显微组织和硬度的影响。结果表明:在SLM工艺中的激光功率为196 W,扫描间距为0.06 mm,层厚为0.02 mm的情况下,当扫描速度为500~600 mm/s时合金的相对致密度(>99.7%)达到最高,当扫描速度低于500 mm/s时易形成气孔,当扫描速度高于600 mm/s时易形成未熔合孔洞缺陷。随着扫描速度由300 mm/s增加至700 mm/s,SLM成形过程中Mn元素的烧损量由16.4%降低至3.9%。成形的Mn-30%Cu合金主要由尺寸为0.5~1.6μm的γ-(Mn,Cu)相胞晶组成,随着扫描速度由300 mm/s增加到700 mm/s,胞晶尺寸先减小后增大。循环热处理后,胞晶由2~5μm和140~240μm两种尺寸的等轴混晶组成,同时,少量γ-(Mn,Cu)相发生马氏体相变,转变为γ′-(Mn,Cu)或析出α-Mn相。在显微组织和成分的综合影响下,相较于成形态,循环热处理后Mn-30%Cu合金的显微硬度值由143~153 HV降低到137~145 HV。

摘要： 针对现有衬衣面料花型简单、线条缺乏变化、易被仿制等问题,以天竹/棉精梳混纺纱作为经纱,涤纶/天竹混纺纱作为纬纱,设计开发天竹/CJ 70/30 11.8×T/天竹50/50 11.8+44.4 507.5×354 208.5小提花组织面料;详述该面料的原料选用、上机组织设计、经纬纱质量指标以及整经、浆纱、穿综穿筘和织造工序的工艺要点,并对坯布布样外观进行展示和说明。指出:该面料组织较复杂,外观纹路清晰、凹凸有致,花纹错落变化有轻微褶皱、轻薄微弹且难于仿制;优化工艺后,其织造生产效率为92.1%,产量为225 m/(8 h),下机一等品率为93.6%,经后整理修织入库一等品率可达99.89%,可提升企业经济效益和市场竞争力。

摘要： AbstractObjectivesThis study aimed to evaluate the accuracy of computer-aided design and computer-aided manufacturing (CAD-CAM)-assisted templates (CCAT), guiding rod templates (GRT), and freehand (FH) preparation of guide planes. MethodsForty-five identical maxillary resin casts were divided into three groups, in which the guide planes of the two abutment teeth were prepared using a CCAT (n=15), GRT (n=15), and FH (n=15). The CCAT and GRT were digitally designed on a digital cast of virtually prepared guide planes and fabricated using three-dimensional printing (3DP) technology. To assess the 3D trueness, the prepared guide planes were digitally scanned and compared to the virtually designed guide planes. The angle deviation was measured to assess the trueness of the direction of the guide plane preparation. Shapiro–Wilk and Levene's tests were used to check the normality and equivalence of the variance of the data. The data were compared by using the Kruskal‒Wallis H test (α=0.05). ResultsThe CCAT group exhibited significantly better 3D trueness (78.5±19.8 μm) than the GRT group (211.3±42.4 μm, p<0.05) and the FH group (198.9±44.3 μm, p<0.05). Additionally, the CCAT group (1.31±0.50°) showed significantly smaller direction trueness compared to the GRT (4.65±0.72°, p<0.05) and FH (5.64±0.70°, p<0.05) groups. ConclusionsThe novel CAD-CAM-assisted template significantly improved the quality of the guide planes compared with the GRT and FH procedures. This enhancement suggests that removable partial dentures can be predictably inserted immediately after guide plane preparation. Clinical SignificanceCAD-CAM-assisted templates improve the quality of guide plane preparation.

摘要： 针对传统纸尿裤封装生产线封口效率低、封口规格固定等问题,设计了一种基于电子凸轮的纸尿裤包装袋封口控制系统。将PLC FU5X-80MT、运动控制器FU5-80SSC、MR-JE系列伺服驱动器和HG-SN系列伺服电机通过SSCNETⅢ/H光纤总线相连,搭建了控制系统硬件平台。基于五次多项式插补法设计了轴位移的电子凸轮曲线,通过修改电子凸轮曲线即可达到封口规格可调的目的。实测结果表明,该电子凸轮控制系统可自动封口多种规格的纸尿裤包装袋,且封口误差小于5mm、封口合格率大于97%,完全满足企业实际封口需求,实现了纸尿裤产品的柔性封口,具有较好的应用前景。

摘要： 为了促进废旧纺织品回收利用,从废旧纺织品来源与废旧纺织品回收利用现状出发,分析了五种目前针对废旧纺织品的回收再利用方式,即直接回收再利用,能量回收、化学回收、物理回收法及填埋与堆肥;并基于国情可提出三种再利用模式及处理方法,具体体现在重新使用、再生纤维加工、无害化处理,最终在此基础上建立废旧纺织品回收再利用循环系统。同时,提出通过增加、提倡无用设计理念,在产品开发环节,注重加强利于再次循环纺织品研发,加强废旧纺织品再利用技术方面研发,提高的环保和利用率。
