摘要： 建立一种液质联用法快速测定纺织品中2-(4-叔丁基苄基)丙醛化合物的方法,将样品经过振荡提取过滤后,直接上机测试,以乙腈/水(80/20)为流动相、用ZORBAX Eclipse Plus C18色谱柱分离,MRM模式下外标法定量。在优化的试验条件下,检出限为1.0 mg/kg,定量限为2.0 mg/kg,加标回收率为80.8%~103.8%,相对标准偏差为1.5%~8.1%,该测试方法操作简单、灵敏度好,可快速测试纺织中的2-(4-叔丁基苄基)丙醛。

摘要： 《国家职业教育改革实施方案》和《关于推动现代职业教育高质量发展的意见》分别指出围绕“教师、教材、教法”推进职业教育教学改革、完善“岗课赛证”综合育人机制。“三教”改革从教师端推进,综合育人从学生端推进。以课程改革为纽带,引岗入课、岗位技能分析、技能拆解,“岗课赛证”四位一体融入“建筑识图与CAD”课程进行课程内容重构,思政元素融入课程、育训并举推进综合育人,多维评价深化课程改革。

摘要： Given an input query, a search and retrieval system fetches relevant information from a dataset. In the Engineering domain, such a system is beneficial for tasks such as design reuse. A two-dimensional (2D) sketch is more conducive for an end user to give as a query than a three-dimensional (3D) object. Such query sketches, nevertheless, will inevitably contain defects like incomplete lines, mesh lines, overdrawn areas, missing areas, etc. Since a retrieval system's results are only as good as the query, it is necessary to improve the query sketches. In this paper, the problem of transforming a defective CAD sketch into a defect-free sketch is addressed using Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs), which, to the best of our knowledge, has not been investigated before. We first create a dataset of 534 hand-drawn sketches by tracing the boundaries of images of CAD models. We then pair the corrected sketches with their corresponding defective sketches and use them for training a C-WGAN (Conditional Wasserstein Generative Adversarial Network), called SketchCleanGAN. We model the transformation from defective to defect-free sketch as a factorization of the defective input sketch and then translate it to the space of defect-free sketch. We propose a three-branch strategy to this problem. Ablation studies and comparisons with other state-of-the-art techniques demonstrate the efficacy of the proposed technique. Additionally, we also contribute to a dataset of around 58000 improved sketches using the proposed framework. © 2024 Elsevier Ltd

摘要： AbstractBackgroundData on real-world statin prescription in large, private health care networks and impacts on primary prevention of atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease (ASCVD) outcomes across race are scarce. ObjectivesThe purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of statin prescription on ASCVD outcomes within and across race in a large, nongovernmental health care system. MethodsStatin prescription in Black and White patients without ASCVD was evaluated (2013-2019). Guideline-directed statin intensity was defined as at least “moderate” for intermediate and high-risk patients. Statin prescription at index and ASCVD outcomes at follow-up (myocardial infarction/revascularization, stroke, mortality) were assessed via electronic health care records using International Classification of Diseases-9 and 10 codes. Cox regression models, adjusted for CVD risk factors, were used to calculate HRs for association between statin prescription and incident ASCVD events across race. ResultsAmong 270,079 patients, 7.6% (n = 20,477) and 92.4% (n = 249,602) identified as Black and White, respectively. Significantly fewer Black patients were prescribed statin therapy than White patients (13.6% vs 19.0%; P < 0.001). At a mean follow-up of 6 years, patients with “no statin” prescription vs guideline-directed statin intensity showed increased ASCVD in Black patients (HR: 1.40 [95% CI: 1.05-1.86]), and White patients (HR: 1.32 [95% CI: 1.21-1.45]; P < 0.05) and all-cause mortality. Intermediate and high-risk Black patients faced a 17% higher risk of mortality compared to White patients. However, the interaction between race and statin prescription was not a significant predictor of incident ASCVD events. ConclusionsStatins remain underprescribed. Although Black patients received proportionally less statin prescription than White patients, this was not associated with higher risk of mortality in Black patients.

摘要： 近年来新能源汽车进入快速发展阶段,永磁同步电机的性能越来越受重视。根据某款新能源汽车整车性能指标,设计了一台36槽8极永磁体“V”极内置式永磁同步电机。使用Motor-CAD软件进行建模并采用参数优化方法,以降低齿槽转矩和提升效率为优化目标,对电机的永磁体厚度、气隙和定子槽深进行优化分析及改进。优化结果表明,当永磁体厚度为4.5 mm、气隙为0.98 mm、定子槽深为21.7 mm时,电机的齿槽转矩最小、效率最大。此时电机最高效率达97.34%,超过当前市场上常见电机的效率区间,电机的MAP图表明此时运行性能最优。选取新欧洲驾驶循环工况(NEDC)进行了仿真分析,验证了所提出的永磁同步电机优化设计方案的合理性,为该类电机在新能源汽车领域应用提供了相应的理论依据。

摘要： 针对目前小批量、多种类汽轮机叶片的数控加工程序编制效率低、耗时较长的问题,设计了基于GT-CBR的汽轮机叶片CAM系统。该系统依据实际工艺案例与叶片典型特征,利用成组技术生成工艺路线并简化多参数实例推理问题;提出了AHP属性权重法、距离加权的KNN算法与动态阈值算法相结合的策略,实现叶片数控加工工艺参数的实例推理与数控程序自动生成;利用UG/NX API与MySQL数据库开发了汽轮机叶片智能CAM系统原型,并对系统进行了测试,验证了系统的有效性。

摘要： Detecting ongoing inflammation in myocarditis patients has prognostic relevance, but there are limited data on the detection of chronic myocarditis and its differentiation from healed myocarditis.

摘要： 服装、玩偶、生活器具等纺织品越来越多地出现在人们生活中,这其中存在使用了会分解出芳香胺4,4'-二氨基二苯甲烷的偶氮染料的危害,越发引起人们的重视。根据EN ISO 14362-1∶2017,通过加入连二亚硫酸钠还原裂解和不还原裂解的方法,使用安捷伦气相色谱质谱联用仪(GC-MS)和高效液相色谱仪(HPLC)来进一步探讨分析纺织品中4,4'-二氨基二苯甲烷的假阳性结果,并且给出试验结论:样品测得的4,4'-二氨基二苯甲烷并非来自偶氮染料的还原裂解,而是有其他来源。
