摘要： 数字经济时代的到来深刻改变了纺织品制造企业的治理模式,传统的科层制管理结构与新型数字化业务模式之间存在明显不适应性。基于对纺织品制造企业治理现状的深入分析,研究发现企业治理主体呈现多元化特征,治理目标从单一利润导向转向多维度复合型体系。通过构建数字化治理机制、完善数字化监督体系、优化绩效激励机制等创新路径,企业可有效推进治理结构优化,实现数字化转型升级。研究表明,建立开放共享的治理生态圈、强化跨部门协同治理机制、提升治理主体数字化能力是纺织品制造企业实现高质量发展的关键所在。

摘要： 为提高机械零部件测绘的精度,为机械设计与制造提供有力的数据支持,利用CAD制图技术,开展了其在机械零部件测绘中的应用研究。选用三坐标测量机作为零部件测量工具,对零部件进行全方位地测量。计算测量数据平均值,对测量数据进行修正处理,提高测量数据的准确性。在此基础上,利用CAD制图技术,对机械零部件进行测绘,生成零部件三维模型。通过应用分析可知,CAD制图技术应用后,测绘相对误差较小,测绘结果的准确性更高。

摘要： Cirrhosis patients are at increased risk for postoperative complications. It remains unclear whether preoperative nonsurgical clinician visits improve postoperative outcomes. We assessed the impact of preoperative primary care physician (PCP) and/or gastroenterologist/hepatologist (GI/Hep) visits on postoperative mortality in cirrhosis patients undergoing surgery and explored differences in medication changes and paracentesis rates as potential mediators.

摘要： AbstractS100A1, a calcium-binding protein, plays a crucial role in regulating Ca 2+ signaling pathways in skeletal and cardiac myocytes via interactions with the ryanodine receptor (RyR) to affect Ca 2+ release and contractile performance. Biophysical studies strongly suggest that S100A1 interacts with RyRs but have been inconclusive about both the nature of this interaction and its competition with another important calcium-binding protein, calmodulin (CaM). Thus, high-resolution cryo-EM studies of RyRs in the presence of S100A1, with or without additional CaM, were needed. The elegant work by Weninger et al. demonstrates the interaction between S100A1 and RyR1 through various experiments and confirms that S100A1 activates RyR1 at sub-micromolar Ca 2+ concentrations, increasing the open probability of RyR1 channels.

摘要： The growing burden of coronary artery disease (CAD) has led to a deeper exploration of the pathophysiologic mechanisms underlying the disease process with the hope of finding novel treatments to reduce CAD morbidity and mortality. Sleep is a normal physiologic phenomenon essential for maintaining homeostasis. Disruption in sleep physiology has been linked to the activation of pro-inflammatory cytokines that may predispose to a greater risk of CAD. Several studies have evaluated the etiologic relationship between sleep deficiency and CAD. In this review, we attempt to highlight the key mechanisms proposed to play a role in the association of sleep with the pathophysiology of CAD, the findings and limitations of the pertinent studies, and possible future direction for evaluating and leveraging the relationship between sleep and CAD to develop new therapeutics.

摘要： 合成染料虽然染色效果显著,却因潜在的环境与健康风险逐渐被人们质疑,而传统中药材由于具有环保、可持续等特性成为当下纺织行业的热点。藏红花在医疗领域内具有广泛的应用,且具有独特的色素成分,在纺织品染色中展现出巨大的潜力与经济价值,但目前关于藏红花提取物在纺织品染色中应用的研究仍然较为有限。深入探讨藏红花提取物在纺织品染色中的具体应用及其经济效益,以期开拓绿色染料的新天地,推动纺织品行业向更加环保、可持续的方向发展。

摘要： Recently, the high-resolution topology optimization to promote engineering applicability has gained much more attentions. However, an accurate and highly-efficient design framework for implementing shape and topology optimization of engineering structures with integration of CAD model is still in demand. In the current work, the critical intention is to develop a CAD-oriented parallel-computing design framework for arbitrary structures, where the Parametric Level Set Method (PLSM) is employed for shape and topology optimization. Firstly, an implicit identification model is constructed for generating a signed distance field using the vertex and normal information from the ‘STL’ file of engineering structures. The signed distance field is combined with the compactly supported radial basis functions (CSRBFs) to solve the initial level set function with a parametrization. This method is applied to present all domains, including design domains, Neumann boundary domains, Dirichlet boundary domains, and non-design domains. Secondly, the CPU parallel strategy is considered for allocating partitions of structural stiffness matrix in finite element analysis to different CPU cores for the parallel-computing to save computation costs. Thirdly, a parallel-computing design formulation is developed for performing shape and topology optimization of arbitrary structures, in which the partitioned terms of all design variables and stiffness matrix are concurrently computed on each CPU core. Finally, several classic benchmarks and the critical engineering structure of Virtual Reality (VR) glass part with extremely complex geometries, are discussed to demonstrate the effectiveness and efficiency of the proposed design framework. © 2024 Elsevier B.V.

摘要： 【目的】分离并鉴定粤北地区古樟树根腐病的病原菌,筛选出适宜的防治药剂,为樟树根腐病的识别和诊断以及病害防治提供理论依据。【方法】采用组织块分离法对采集自粤北地区的古樟树根部病部组织进行病原菌分离,依据柯赫氏法则确定致病菌,通过形态学和分子生物学相结合的方法鉴定病原菌种类,进一步采用菌丝生长速率法测定不同杀菌剂对病原菌的室内抑制效果。【结果】从古樟树根部病部组织中共分离出3株真菌,分别标记为SG0122-1、SG0122-2和SG0122-3,通过柯赫氏法则验证,确定菌株SG0122-1和SG0122-3是引起古樟树根腐病的病原菌;结合形态学观察和系统发育进化树分析,将菌株SG0122-1和SG0122-3分别鉴定为无量山射脉革菌(Phlebia wuliangshanensis)和少脉灵芝(Ganodermasubamboinense)。药剂筛选结果表明,不同供试杀菌剂对菌株SG0122-1和SG0122-3的菌丝生长抑制效果存在一定差异,其中氯氟醚·吡唑酯BAS 75104F对菌株SG0122-1的抑制效果最强,在最低供试浓度下(3.91μg/mL)能完全抑制其菌丝生长;其次是98%溴菌腈和96.8%苯醚甲环唑,抑制中浓度(EC_(50))分别为7.48和10.63μg/mL;98%嘧菌酯和96.8%苯醚甲环唑对菌株SG0122-3菌丝生长有较好的抑制作用,其EC_(50)分别为2.13和3.11μg/mL,其次是97%吡唑醚菌酯和98%福美双,EC_(50)分别为58.83和59.72μg/mL。【结论】粤北地区古樟树根腐病病原为无量山射脉革菌和少脉灵芝。氯氟醚·吡唑酯BAS 75104F、98%溴菌腈和96.8%苯醚甲环唑为防治无量山射脉革菌的有效药剂,98%嘧菌酯和96.8%苯醚甲环唑为防治少脉灵芝的有效药剂,其中96.8%苯醚甲环唑对2株病原菌均具有较好的抑制效果,以上药剂均可作为生产上防治樟树根腐病的候选药剂。

摘要： 针对气流引纬纱线在飞行过程中存在不确定时变因素和未建模问题,提出了一种基于有限时间扩张状态观测器的神经积分滑模分数阶反步控制器。通过对纬纱在气流引纬过程的动力学分析,得到系统的状态方程,引入有限时间扩张状态观测器,对复合扰动问题进行有效估计降低跟踪误差,设计非线性积分滑模面,采用RBF神经网络对滑模面系数进行补偿修正,并融合到反步控制中保证了算法有限时间收敛和稳定性,在虚拟控制律中加入了分数阶理论,进一步提升了系统的稳定性和抗干扰能力。最后,为了使得引纬完成的时间更接近设定值,在筘幅中间额外增加了4个探纬器,并对纱线的运动状态做出调整。研究设计的控制器和改善的引纬结构使得引纬完成的时间更接近设定值,研究验证了所设计方案的有效性。
