摘要： In weakly supervised learning-based medical image segmentation, the incompleteness of labels and the complexity of medical image structures often lead to under-segmentation and over-segmentation issues in practical predictions. Therefore, a weakly supervised brain image segmentation guided by texture knowledge (TKG-Net) is proposed in this paper. Its core idea is based on the interaction between the perceptual system and the rational system in the cognitive dual-path model to locate the fuzzy boundaries of the target. First, a simple and effective perceptual system, called the Stepped Class Activation Map Fusion Algorithm, is designed, which utilizes the ability of deep class activation map (CAM) to capture the localization characteristics of the target position and the ability of shallow CAM to highlight the texture characteristics of the target details, and maximally removes background noise to emphasize foreground targets. Second, a novel rational system, called the Texture Knowledge Extraction Module, is introduced into the network, through the collaborative action of fuzzy K-Means and Prewitt operator to efficiently extract the texture features of the target. Subsequently, these captured target texture structural features are effectively integrated into the texture consistency loss function. Finally, a novel Cross-guided module is constructed, which can fully exploit the correlation between texture information and semantic information, achieving more effective fusion of input vectors and thus achieving more precise segmentation of the target region. Our method is evaluated on the BraTS2019 and INSTANCE2022 datasets. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed TKG-Net exhibits excellent segmentation performance compared to other state-of-the-art methods.

摘要： 针对《机械CAD/CAM技术》课程传统教学中的痛点难题,结合我校应用型大学的办学定位,践行“以能力素养培养为核心”的工程教育理念,积极探索了课程改革路径。对教学内容进行模块化重构,建设了数字化教学资源,设计了“线上导学、线下探究、线下实践、线上迁移”的项目驱动混合式教学活动,并将“反馈调整”贯穿教学的各个环节。

摘要： 本文围绕纺织品中甲醛与pH值检测的技术痛点,系统梳理并探讨了两类指标的创新检测方法及应用价值。甲醛检测创新方法涵盖光谱法、生物传感法与色谱法,pH值检测则以电化学传感、光学传感及微流控芯片法为核心突破方向。这些方法通过技术优化提升了检测精准度、效率与抗干扰能力,可适配生产质控、进出口检疫等多元场景。

摘要： “岗课赛证”融通是高职教育的重要改革方向。聚焦建筑室内设计专业的核心基础课程“CAD制图”,探讨了“岗课赛证”融合背景下该课程的教学改革路径。针对当前课程教学中存在的教学内容滞后、理论与实践失衡、与竞赛和证书考核脱节等问题,从重构课程目标、模块化教学内容、创新教学方法、优化评价体系4个方面提出了系统性的改革策略,旨在构建以岗位能力为导向、竞赛标准为参照、证书考核为抓手的课程体系,全面提升学生的专业技能、创新能力和岗位适应力,培养更符合行业需求的高素质技术技能人才。

摘要： For unknown reasons, the original term golden ratio (GR) was morphed in dentistry to golden proportion (GP), a term used in current dental literature and recognized by artificial intelligence. The emergence of computer-aided design and computer-aided manufacture (CAD-CAM) technology in prosthodontics poses the question, “Is the GP being used to design anterior milled crowns and digitally assisted dentures?” To perform these tasks, a digital library of tooth forms needs to be present in the software program.

摘要： 在智能制造与产业数字化转型背景下,医疗器械产业智能化升级对专业人才的数字化素养和工程实践能力提出更高要求。CAD制图作为医疗器械维护与管理专业的核心基础课程,其教学质量直接影响人才培养与行业需求的对接。针对课程传统教学中抽象知识难理解、实操机会有限、教学内容与行业实践衔接失衡等教学局限,文章提出将数字孪生技术融入课程教学,以医疗设备零部件装配图绘制为载体,构建“三维建模—虚拟装配—干涉检测—图纸绘制—优化验证”的闭环教学模式,并通过分组对比实验验证应用效果。结果表明,数字孪生技术的融入可显著提升学生的学习效率、实操能力与工程创新思维,实现教学内容与行业岗位需求精准对接。最后分析技术应用中的现存问题并提出优化建议,为职业教育课程数字化改革提供实践参考。

摘要： 目的建立高效液相色谱-电雾式检测器(HPLC-CAD)法测定地舒单抗注射液中的聚山梨酯20。方法选择色谱柱Oasis MAX(2.1 mm×20 mm,30μm),流动相为0.1%甲酸水溶液-0.1%甲酸异丙醇溶液,梯度洗脱,柱温30℃,进样量20μL,流速1 mL/min。检测器参数为雾化温度50℃,幂函数1.2,数据采集频率2 Hz,滤光片10 s,并进行了相关方法学验证。结果聚山梨酯20在色谱图中峰形较好,与其他峰达到基线分离,线性范围为0.0244~0.3904 mg/mL,相关系数为0.9994,重复性RSD为1.8%,中间精密度RSD为2.2%,80%、100%、120%水平的平均加标回收率分别为96.5%、98.8%、98.7%,RSD分别为1.5%、1.4%、1.4%。样品测定结果与传统的药典方法所测结果差异无统计学意义。结论建立的HPLC-CAD法测定地舒单抗注射液中聚山梨酯20含量的方法具有准确度好、灵敏性高、操作方便等优点,可以作为传统药典方法的替代方法。

摘要： The use of complementary and alternative medicine (CAM) is a widespread practice worldwide for treating a variety of health conditions. The impact of CAM related drug induced liver injury (DILI) in pediatric population is not known. Therefore, this study is planned to examine the prevalence of use of CAMs in children with acute viral hepatitis (AVH) and to describe the outcome of CAM related liver injury (second hit) in children with hepatitis A and E related AVH.

摘要： Évaluer qualitativement l’impact de reconstructions double-pic (113 + 208 keV) à temps réduit sur la qualité d’image et la visualisation des lésions en SPECT/CT 3D post-thérapeutique au ¹⁷⁷Lu, comparées à une reconstruction simple-pic (113 keV), sur une caméra CZT.
