摘要： 随着机器人技术的发展,许多未知非结构环境要求机器人必须具有较强的地形适应能力、高效的运动模式和自主运动能力。但传统的轮式驱动机器人越障能力有限,因此迫切需要越障能力更强的仿生腿足式弹跳机器人。在分析仿生弹跳机器人研究现状的基础上,对仿青蛙弹跳机器人进行了结构设计与分析。将弹跳机器人分为蓄力系统、传动系统、脚蹼系统三个部分,提出基于凸轮压缩弹簧蓄能、可伸缩杆协调前后肢运动的机器人总体方案。考虑前后肢蓄力、核心骨架、前后肢传动、凸轮顶点限位等问题,对机器人的关键结构进行设计,利用Solidworks软件完成各零件的三维建模和装配。通过对机器人在不同起跳姿态下的结构干涉检查,验证了机器人结构的合理性。

摘要： Monitoring the control loop performance is crucial for operation efficiency and safety in industrial processes. This study proposes a new methodology for control loop performance assessment based on the Input-Output Cross Autocorrelation Diagram (IOCAD), a technique already established in the literature. In this work, two novel indicators based on a polar representation of IOCAD are introduced, complementing four existing indicators previously developed using a Cartesian formulation. By analyzing the autocorrelation between the process variable (PV) and manipulated variable (MV), these indicators enable performance evaluation using only routine plant data. Compared to traditional approaches such as the Minimum Variance Control (MVC), the IOCAD-based method shows greater robustness to noise and setpoint changes, while also providing diagnostic insights into the root causes of performance degradation, such as tuning issues or changes in process dynamics. A Control Performance Indicator (CPI) was also proposed. Simulations involving various control loops, including an offshore oil production control loop, confirmed the method’s effectiveness and applicability for real-time monitoring in diverse operational scenarios.

摘要： 目的基于思考-行动-维持(CAM)模型构建Ⅰ期心脏康复分阶方案,并观察其在急性冠脉综合征合并慢性肾脏病(ACS-CKD)患者中的应用效果。方法前瞻性选取2024年3月至2025年3月温州医科大学附属第一医院收治的100例ACS-CKD患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。观察组实施2次/d且持续7~10 d的Ⅰ期心脏康复分阶方案,对照组则予以常规心脏康复指导。比较两组患者干预前后6 min步行试验(6MWT)距离、Borg评分、左心室射血分数(LVEF)、肾小球滤过率(GFR)、改良Barthel指数(MBI)以及训练依从性。结果最终有97例患者完成研究,包括观察组48例、对照组49例。干预后,观察组6MWT距离、MBI和训练依从性均明显高于对照组,Borg评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01);两组患者LVEF和GFR比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论基于CAM模型制定的Ⅰ期心脏康复分阶方案可显著改善ACS-CKD患者的运动功能和日常生活能力,且依从性较好。

摘要： 针对汽车凸轮轴承盖一体化压铸成型气孔率要求低的问题,运用PQ2图优化凸轮轴承盖压铸模设计,采用MAGMA软件进行有限元模型的建立及模拟分析,预测铸件成型气孔率,并通过正交试验、遗传算法进行凸轮轴承盖一体化压铸成型工艺优化。通过确定最优成型工艺参数组合,再进行成型模拟分析和生产验证,对生产的汽车凸轮轴承盖进行X射线探伤检测。结果表明,通过PQ2图优化模具设计及正交试验,遗传算法优化压铸成型工艺参数,有效控制汽车凸轮轴承盖压铸成型气孔率,提升了铸件品质,缩短了铸件开发及生产周期。
