摘要： 针对一起主燃油泵调节器三维凸轮行程参数摆动故障,以主燃油泵调节器功能及原理为基础,建立了以“主燃油泵调节器三维凸轮行程参数摆动故障”为顶事件的故障树与故障处理流程图,对故障原因进行分析,最终确定了故障源。根据控制原理分析与检查结果,判定本次故障的具体原因为离心飞重上的配合间隙较大所致,经过验证成功排除故障,并提出了改进措施。

摘要： Coronary artery calcium (CAC) scoring is an established marker of atherosclerotic burden and cardiovascular risk. While the Agatston score is the clinical gold standard, alternative visual scoring methods—including the Visual Ordinal Score, Weston Score, and Vessel-specific extent-based score—are increasingly used, particularly in non-gated or opportunistic CT imaging. This study aimed to compare the diagnostic performance, inter-observer reliability, and correlation of different visual scoring methods against the Agatston score.

摘要： 根管治疗后牙体缺损修复是口腔临床诊疗中的常见需求,桩核修复体的稳定性与适配性直接影响患牙长期存活率。传统桩核制作方法虽已形成成熟技术体系,但在精度、效率及美学方面的局限性逐渐凸显。计算机辅助设计/制造(computer-aided design/manufacturing,CAD/CAM)技术凭借数字化优势逐步应用于桩核制作,为临床提供了新的解决方案。本综述系统分析CAD/CAM桩核与传统桩核在技术特征、应用方式及临床效果上的差异,为临床桩核修复提供依据。

摘要： The incidence of in-stent restenosis (ISR) remains significant at 5–10 %, despite the widespread use of drug-eluting stents. Patients with ISR frequently present with acute coronary syndrome. End-stage renal disease (ESRD) is associated with accelerated atherosclerosis, and prior studies have demonstrated worse outcomes and higher mortality rates among ESRD patients undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) compared to those without renal insufficiency. However, contemporary data regarding outcomes of acute myocardial infarction (AMI) in the setting of ISR in ESRD patients are limited. To this end, we sought to evaluate in-hospital outcomes of AMI and ISR for ESRD patients in the United States.

摘要： 在土地利用类型图像分类领域,传统分类方法在特征提取准确性与分类精度方面存在局限性,难以满足实际应用需求。本文以ResNet50为核心架构,引入卷积块注意力模块(convolutional block attention module,CBAM),强化特征提取,并采用自动混合精度(automatic mixed precision,AMP)技术提高计算效率,构建了CAM-ResNet网络。实验结果显示,CAM-ResNet网络的总体精度达98.19%,较原网络高出10.16个百分点。消融实验进一步证明,CBAM注意力机制显著增强了模型的特征提取能力,AMP训练技术提高了模型的收敛速度,CAM-ResNet网络在土地利用类型遥感图像分类中具有一定的有效性和优越性。

摘要： 以蒙娜·贝克的翻译叙事理论为分析框架,选取林纾、夏康农与王振孙3种具有代表性的《茶花女》汉译本作为研究对象,对译者在翻译过程中的叙事建构策略进行了系统的对比分析。研究发现,译者通过删减、增补与改写等具体操作,对原作叙事进行重新定位或意义重构,使同一文本在汉语语境中呈现出不同的叙事走向。各译本在人物形象塑造、价值取向与情感表达方面表现出明显差异。这些差异不仅揭示了影响和制约译文生成的多重因素,也进一步凸显了翻译在文化生产与社会意义建构中的重要地位与历史意义。

摘要： 随着计算机与数字化技术的发展,模具设计理念与方法发生了深刻变革。数字化技术的应用不仅可通过仿真模拟预测模具性能,还能实现从设计到制造的全流程数字化管理。本文探讨了如何利用数字化技术优化机械模具设计,重点分析了CAD、CAE及CAM等技术的具体应用,并提出了在材料选择、成形工艺及热处理工艺等方面的优化策略,旨在提升模具设计水平,推动制造业智能化升级。

摘要： “十四五”时期,在全球外贸环境日趋复杂、有效需求不足、供应链波动等多重压力下,中国家纺行业牢牢把握“科技、时尚、绿色”核心发展方向,以韧性抵御风险,以创新驱动转型,在产业结构、创新能力、质量标准、绿色发展等方面取得全方位突破,为“十五五”时期迈向高质量发展筑牢根基。韧性筑基,产业迈上新台阶“十四五”期间,行业在压力中展现强劲发展韧性,核心经济指标稳中有进。2021—2024年,规模以上家纺企业营业收入年均增长0.71%,出口额年均增长0.39%,出口额占全球家用纺织品出口总额超40%,持续稳居全球最大生产及出口国地位。产业结构持续优化,年纤维消耗量稳定在1550万吨,占纺织行业总量的27%。
