摘要： This study investigates the concordance between residual quantitative flow ratio derived from coronary CT angiography (CCTA) (residual CT-μFR) and post-percutaneous coronary intervention (post-PCI) Murray law-based quantitative flow ratio (μQFR) values, and evaluates the prognostic value of residual CT-μFR for post-PCI outcomes.

摘要： Computer -Aided Detection (CADe) has emerged as a promising tool for enhancing colonoscopy during colorectal cancer screening. This manuscript critically examines the evidence supporting CADe's role in improving the yield of colonoscopy, focusing on its impact on lesion detection, miss rates, and real-time decision-making, especially for less experienced endoscopists. We review relevant clinical trials, studies, and meta-analyses to provide a comprehensive assessment of CADe's impact on detection rates, diagnostic accuracy, cost-effectiveness, colonoscopy training, reimbursement and patient outcomes. Despite challenges such as the need for adequate bowel preparation, a degree of false-positive rate, and potential lower sensitivity in detecting sessile serrated lesions (SSL), CADe holds significant promise for improving colonoscopy outcomes by enabling constant detection of colorectal neoplasia and contributing to lower adenoma miss rate. This review also covers the factors influencing the decision to use or not use CADe in various clinical contexts. Further development of AI-powered tools can potentially extend the benefits of CADe by enabling polyp characterization and automated quality control during colonoscopy, addressing factors such as withdrawal time and bowel preparation adequacy.

摘要： Cancer therapies save lives but often “break hearts” by damaging the cardiovascular system. As survival improves, therapy-induced cardiotoxicity has become a defining challenge of modern oncology. Recent discoveries reveal that long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs), once dismissed as genomic noise, are the “RNA rebels” orchestrating cellular responses to cancer treatments. These molecules act as both heartbreakers and healers, amplifying or counteracting oxidative stress, mitochondrial dysfunction, apoptosis, and vascular injury. In anthracycline, radiation, and VEGF-targeted therapies, lncRNAs govern key processes that dictate whether cells succumb to damage or mount protective repair responses. Pro-injury lncRNAs exacerbate senescence and inflammation, while protective ones preserve mitochondrial homeostasis and limit cell death. Beyond mechanistic insight, these molecules hold clinical promise as biomarkers and therapeutic targets, guiding RNA-based strategies to predict, prevent, and treat cardiotoxicity. Understanding how they blur the line between protection and harm may redefine how we safeguard the heart in the era of precision cardio oncology.

摘要： Patients with non-ST elevation acute coronary syndrome (NSTE-ACS) who have significant left main and/or three-vessel disease (LM/3VD) are at particularly high risk for poor outcomes. Timely identification and revascularization of these patients is essential. However, growing healthcare resource limitations necessitate patient triage and prioritization to avoid delays in care.

摘要： 随着社会飞速发展和生活水平的提高,全球废旧纺织品消费量急剧增加,其中以废旧涤棉或涤纶纺织品居多,给社会发展及环境带来了沉重的负担。目前,废旧涤棉纺织品回收以物理回收为主,化学回收技术仍存在诸多问题。综述了废旧涤棉化学解聚研究进展,详细阐述了近5年水解法、溶剂法、醇解法、DMT法、酶解法等化学解聚技术的研究成果,分析了现有化学解聚技术的优势和劣势,并提出了废旧涤棉纺织品化学解聚技术的发展方向。

摘要： While cell-based scaffolds represent a promising approach in tissue regeneration, limitations such as poor cell survival, immunogenicity, and scalability have prompted the development of cell-free therapies. Exosomes (EXOs), nanosized extracellular vesicles derived from mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs), have emerged as pivotal therapeutic agents for skin wound healing. These vesicles overcome challenges in chronic and acute wound management by promoting functional skin restoration through intricate modulation of angiogenesis, immunoregulation, extracellular matrix (ECM) remodeling, and re-epithelialization. This review provides a detailed analysis of MSC and EXO biology, highlighting how MSC source influences EXO cargo and function. We discuss the integration of EXOs into advanced biomaterial scaffolds, including 3D-bioprinted hydrogels and electrospun nanofibers, which enhance EXO retention and sustain release at the wound site. The review critically evaluates the mechanisms through which EXOs activate key signaling pathways (PI3K/Akt, TGF-β/Smad) to coordinate healing. Furthermore, we summarize current preclinical and clinical trials, available commercial products, and the significant challenges—including EXO heterogeneity, isolation standardization, and regulatory hurdles—that must be addressed to realize the clinical potential of EXO-based therapies. 摘要： 现有织机采用机械扭轴式投梭模式,由于机械冲击、摩擦等因素,能耗高、效率低,无法满足超宽幅织物的编织要求。本文基于磁悬浮非接触式驱动原理,提出一种新型磁悬浮片梭及引纬机理,研究新型磁悬浮引纬片梭构型,阐释磁悬浮片梭引纬基本工作原理,基于系统磁力学分析,确定片梭模型的动态方程。试验表明,通过校正网络,校正磁悬浮片梭的动态模型,能有效改进片梭运行稳定性,提高响应时间至0.001 s,稳态误差精度至10%。
