摘要： Most In-memory computing (IMC) work implements only columnar operations. Examples include logic operation and content-addressable memory (CAM) operation. It is not compatible with the traditional SRAM mode. Error correcting codes are widely used to improve data reliability. However, conventional error detection and correction (ECC) methods result in significant area and power overhead due to additional codec circuits. In this paper, we propose a novel 12T SRAM cell that supports four operations (SRAM read/write and matrix transpose, logic operation, CAM operation, and ECC operation). It realizes row- and column-compatible IMC architecture and does not require an external codec module. Simulations show that the frequency and power consumption of the logic operation of the SRAM cell are 641 MHz and 15.4fJ/bit (1V), respectively. The frequency and power consumption of the BCAM operation are 312.5 MHz and 0.61fJ/bit (0.8V), respectively. The coding/decoding frequency and power consumption for ECC operation are 384.6 MHz and 571.4 MHz, 0.141pJ/bit and 0.089pJ/bit (1V), respectively.

摘要： 文中建立了纺织品中4种二元酸二酰肼类物质的液相色谱-串联质谱(HPLC-MS/MS)检测方法,采用水作为溶剂,经超声波提取纺织品中的目标物质,提取的试样过滤后经液相色谱-串联质谱法测定,电喷雾离子源,外标法定量,并对仪器参数进行了优化。结果表明,4种二元酸二酰肼类物质在质量浓度为0.050~2.000 mg/L具有较好的线性关系,线性相关系数均大于0.999,加标回收率为86.0%~97.9%,相对标准偏差(RSD)均小于6.5%。该方法操作简单、灵敏度高,能够满足检测要求。

摘要： 传统生产工艺因依赖烂花与多浴染色技术导致纤维损伤大、流程复杂、污染严重,制约产业发展。基于此,文章从5个方面展开研究,包括优化双针床贾卡经编机结构与控制,增加梳栉以丰富花型;设计可更换脱圈板,提升织物细密度与维护便利性;开发适配多机型的花型软件,实现图案自动转换与仿真;创新工艺,实现一浴多色染色,降低能耗与污染。研究成果可有效提升立体多色经编织物的生产效率和附加值,具备显著的产业化价值。

摘要： 目的:分析计算机辅助设计与制造(CAD/CAM)高嵌体修复治疗磨牙大面积牙体缺损的效果,以及对患者应激反应、微炎症状态的影响。方法:选取2022年5月—2024年5月某院收治的磨牙大面积牙体缺损患者118例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为常规组和高嵌体组,各59例。常规组实施传统印模全瓷冠修复,高嵌体组给予CAD/CAM高嵌体修复。比较2组龈沟液炎症因子[白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-1α(IL-1α)]水平、应激反应指标[丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化醇(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)]、牙周情况[牙周探测深度(PD)、菌斑指数(PLI)、龈沟出血指数(SBI)]、修复效果[改良版美国公共卫生部(USPHS)评分]及满意度。结果:治疗后6个月,高嵌体组龈沟液IL-6[(1.02±0.32)ng/mL]、TNF-α[(1.20±0.36)ng/mL]、IL-1α[(1.01±0.16)ng/mL]水平均低于常规组[(2.15±0.50)ng/mL、(2.14±0.38)ng/mL、(1.51±0.19)ng/mL](P<0.05);高嵌体组MDA水平[(6.46±0.83)mmoL/L]低于常规组[(8.16±0.95)mmoL/L],SOD[(39.97±4.58)nU/mL]、GSH-Px[(12.29±1.19)mg/L]水平高于常规组[(35.12±4.40)nU/mL、(10.08±1.24)mg/L](P<0.05);高嵌体组PD[(2.03±0.50)mm]、PLI[(1.01±0.10)分]、SBI[(1.24±0.37)分]均低于常规组[(2.45±0.53)mm、(1.45±0.23)分、(1.92±0.43)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。高嵌体组USPHS标准评分[(36.53±2.61)分]和患者满意度(96.61%)均高于常规组[(29.28±2.53)分、86.44%],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CAD/CAM高嵌体修复对磨牙大面积牙体缺损的修复效果较好,能够有效改善患者牙周情况,减轻应激反应及微炎症状态,提高患者满意度。

摘要： The present article studies the problem of approximating 3D surface models with meshes composed of curved triangles of arbitrary order. The considered process derives from a high-order solution-based mesh adaptation method called log-simplex method. In this case, it is locally applied on a specific 2D high-order solution, which is built from the features of the model and is defined on the tangent plane to the surface. This way, for a given mesh complexity, an optimal metric field is computed, which then drives the mesh adaptation procedure.

摘要： 为探究脆弱织物加固材料的适配性,选用戊二醛(GA)、乙二醇缩水甘油醚(EGDE)、丙烯酸树脂Paraloid B72(B72)、羟乙基纤维素(G-HEC)复配液、氨基硅烷偶联剂(PEI)、环氧改性硅烷偶联剂(KH560)为加固材料,文章采用浸渍法分别对棉、麻、真丝织物、毛织物开展系统性加固处理对比实验,对比分析加固前后织物的外观形貌、色差、厚度、硬挺度及拉伸强力。实验结果表明:丙烯酸树脂Paraloid B72对羊毛织物的加固效果最佳,其耐老化性能良好,断裂应力提升1.3倍,有效减缓了老化进程;经戊二醛加固处理后,真丝织物的断裂应力显著提升;G-HEC复配液加固后,棉织物断裂应力提高1.18倍,且在色差控制、硬挺度保持及厚度稳定性方面表现稳定;经PEI-KH560加固后的麻织,断裂应力显著提升,有效减缓了老化进程。由此可见,加固材料与加固基质之间存在适配性,因此在实际文物加固保护工作中,应充分考虑二者的适配性,以最大限度延缓织物劣化,延长其保存寿命。
