摘要： 根管治疗后牙体缺损修复是口腔临床诊疗中的常见需求,桩核修复体的稳定性与适配性直接影响患牙长期存活率。传统桩核制作方法虽已形成成熟技术体系,但在精度、效率及美学方面的局限性逐渐凸显。计算机辅助设计/制造(computer-aided design/manufacturing,CAD/CAM)技术凭借数字化优势逐步应用于桩核制作,为临床提供了新的解决方案。本综述系统分析CAD/CAM桩核与传统桩核在技术特征、应用方式及临床效果上的差异,为临床桩核修复提供依据。

摘要： 在土地利用类型图像分类领域,传统分类方法在特征提取准确性与分类精度方面存在局限性,难以满足实际应用需求。本文以ResNet50为核心架构,引入卷积块注意力模块(convolutional block attention module,CBAM),强化特征提取,并采用自动混合精度(automatic mixed precision,AMP)技术提高计算效率,构建了CAM-ResNet网络。实验结果显示,CAM-ResNet网络的总体精度达98.19%,较原网络高出10.16个百分点。消融实验进一步证明,CBAM注意力机制显著增强了模型的特征提取能力,AMP训练技术提高了模型的收敛速度,CAM-ResNet网络在土地利用类型遥感图像分类中具有一定的有效性和优越性。

摘要： 以蒙娜·贝克的翻译叙事理论为分析框架,选取林纾、夏康农与王振孙3种具有代表性的《茶花女》汉译本作为研究对象,对译者在翻译过程中的叙事建构策略进行了系统的对比分析。研究发现,译者通过删减、增补与改写等具体操作,对原作叙事进行重新定位或意义重构,使同一文本在汉语语境中呈现出不同的叙事走向。各译本在人物形象塑造、价值取向与情感表达方面表现出明显差异。这些差异不仅揭示了影响和制约译文生成的多重因素,也进一步凸显了翻译在文化生产与社会意义建构中的重要地位与历史意义。

摘要： 随着计算机与数字化技术的发展,模具设计理念与方法发生了深刻变革。数字化技术的应用不仅可通过仿真模拟预测模具性能,还能实现从设计到制造的全流程数字化管理。本文探讨了如何利用数字化技术优化机械模具设计,重点分析了CAD、CAE及CAM等技术的具体应用,并提出了在材料选择、成形工艺及热处理工艺等方面的优化策略,旨在提升模具设计水平,推动制造业智能化升级。

摘要： Driven by rapid advancements in science and technology,public demand for textiles is undergoing a notable shift—moving beyond traditional fundamental functions such as warmth and aesthetics towards intelligent and functional *** biomass-derived polysaccharides are identified as critical materials for next-gen flexible wearable smart textiles due to their biocompatibility,biodegradability,renewability,and unique chemical ***,this review presents an overview of some common natural biomass-derived polysaccharide materials for preparing flexible wearable smart *** also introduces the basic structural features of common natural biomass-derived polysaccharides and discusses relevant modification ***,current preparation methods of natural biomass-derived polysaccharide materials for flexible wearable smart textiles are systematically summarized,and an in-depth exploration is carried out to dissect their respective advantages and inherent *** review also summarizes the performance characteristics,action mechanisms,and applicable scenarios of flexible wearable smart textiles based on natural polysaccharide ***,it discusses and analyzes the applications of flexible wearable smart textiles based on natural polysaccharide materials in healthcare,motion tracking,smart clothing,and energy storage and ***,existing challenges and potential directions in the field of natural polysaccharide materials-integrated smart textile systems are comprehensively summarized and ***,such insights are expected to steer the development of more efficient green flexible wearable devices based on these smart textiles.

摘要： 通过验证纺织品透气性检测的能力,了解实验室对GB/T 5453—1997《纺织品织物透气性的测定》标准的理解和掌握程度。拟订作业指导书并评价样品的均匀性及稳定性,采用经典统计方法分析并确定指定值和能力评定标准差。结果显示:能力验证样品可满足均匀性和稳定性要求,参加实验室共33家,结果满意30家,不满意3家。不满意实验室对于标准理解和设备操作的掌握不足,须做好分析及整改,提升能力水平。

摘要： Despite declining mortality after coronary artery bypass grafting, it is unclear if Black or female patients similarly benefit. We hypothesized differences in outcomes persist and disproportionately affect Black women.

摘要： 目的 探讨L1CAM表达与子宫内膜癌MELF及的相关性。方法 选取2022年3月至2025年3月我院收治的子宫内膜癌患者的150例石蜡标本用于本研究,将其分为具有侵袭性生长方式组100例(MELF组50例、TB组50例),无侵袭性生长方式组为对照组50例。采用卡方检验比较不同组中L1CAM的表达情况及L1CAM的表达情况与子宫内膜癌临床病理特征的关系,采用Spearman相关性分析L1CAM与MELF、肿瘤出芽的相关性,采用logistic回归分析L1CAM表达的影响因素。结果 与对照组比较,MELF组、TB组中L1CAM阳性的占比更大(P<0.05);L1CAM与MELF(r=0.718,P<0.05)、L1CAM与TB(r=0.684,P<0.05)均呈正相关;多因素logistic回归分析结果显示,肌层浸润、淋巴结转移、PR是L1CAM表达的影响因素分析的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论 L1CAM异常表达与子宫内膜癌MELF及肿瘤出芽存在密切关联,肌层浸润、淋巴结转移、PR可对L1CAM异常表达产生影响。

摘要： 微塑料作为新型环境污染物已对全球生态安全和人类健康构成重大威胁。纺织品,尤其是合成纤维,是微塑料污染的主要来源之一。系统梳理了纺织品中微塑料的存在情况,其对人类健康的潜在影响,以及不同国家采用的检测标准。通过综合最新研究发现并对国际标准进行比较分析,通过整合多学科交叉研究成果,提出纺织品微塑料污染防控的标准化框架,为行业绿色转型提供科学依据。
