摘要： 基于全成形纬编技术,通过调控腈纶膨体纱衬入量与空腔结构的宽度,系统探究其对织物透气性、透湿性及隔热性能的影响规律。结果表明,腈纶膨体纱衬入可改变织物内部结构,交替衬入工艺使织物透气率降低54.5%;透湿性受空腔宽度与织物厚度协同作用,32 mm组、52 mm组试样透湿量降幅分别达46.1%和36.9%;隔热性能在32 mm组提升66%,52 mm组经交替衬入,使隔热性能进一步提升5.1%。该研究为全成形膨体保暖针织物的设计开发提供技术支撑,在冬季保暖服饰、户外保暖装备等领域具有应用潜力。

摘要： Some patients with degenerative mitral valve regurgitation have incidental coronary artery disease. When these patients are referred to our robotic cardiac surgery program, they are offered robotic mitral valve surgery combined with staged percutaneous coronary intervention performed during the same hospital admission. The objective of this study is to compare this new “hybrid” approach with the “conventional” operation consisting of sternotomy mitral valve surgery with coronary artery bypass grafting performed as a single procedure.

摘要： 教育智能化是顺应时代发展的必然趋势,人工智能技术在高职教学中的应用日益广泛,为推动高职院校教育智能化改革提供了新的契机。文章分析人工智能技术在高职电气控制与CAD技术课程教学中的应用优势,旨在助力教师精准教学、促进学生个性发展、优化课程评价体系。通过构建智能化课程学习系统、智能化虚拟实训平台、智能化课程评价体系来构建人工智能技术的课程学习环境。从提升数字校园建设、构建分层培训体系、强化实践应用能力、拓展多元学习路径分析了教师提升人工智能素养的有效路径。由此可见,人工智能技术不仅重构了课程教学模式,更推动了高职教师队伍能力的转型,为高职电气控制与CAD技术课程高质量教学提供了可推广的实践范式。

摘要： 当前纺织品文创产品面临文化内涵挖掘不足、创新设计能力有限、市场认知度不高等挑战。本文探讨了传统服饰工艺元素的现代转化路径,传统技法与现代设计理念融合、色彩搭配创新、传统与现代材料混合使用,以及精准选择产品载体与功能定位等。这些路径可实现传统服饰工艺元素在纺织品文创产品中的有效转化与创新,推动传统文化传承发展,提升产品文化内涵与市场竞争力,达成文化传承与商业价值双赢。

摘要： Identify the functional subpopulation’s surface marker of stem cells from human exfoliated deciduous teeth (SHEDs) using single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) and isolate the subset, providing a theoretical basis for the refined application of stem cells.

摘要： 工程技术创新是领域发展的关键驱动力。针对隧道工程测量中超欠挖分析亟需高效精准成图的需求,提出并实践了一种基于CAD与Excel深度协同的批处理成图技术。以水工隧道为例,阐述了从数据标准化到批量绘图的高效方法,构建了通用技术框架,可灵活拓展至其他工程领域。实践表明,该技术显著提升绘图效率与精度,降低人为误差风险,为工程制图的自动化、标准化与智能化转型及隧道开挖质量控制提供数据支撑。

摘要： 文章基于“计算机辅助设计CAD”课程特点和现状问题,提出引入PBL教学法,围绕CAD设计的实际工程项目或案例设计课程教学主题,以解决实际问题为目标导向,开展线上线下混合式教学模式的构建分析。课程利用慕课堂、雨课堂等网络平台,开展课前线上预习、答疑、交流等活动,通过情景式、探究式学习开展课中线下教学,进行课后成果展示汇报,并利用线上平台拓展知识、深化学习。最后,通过课程全过程多维评价促进教与学的良性发展。文章成果以期为类似课程教学提供参考。

摘要： Recent advances in multimodal large language models (LLMs) have demonstrated promising potential for medical image analysis, yet their diagnostic capability in thyroid ultrasound remains unverified. This study explored the feasibility of ChatGPT-5, the latest multimodal LLM, for thyroid nodule classification and contextualized its diagnostic performance against S-Detect, an FDA-approved commercial computer-aided diagnosis system.

摘要： Coronary artery calcium (CAC) scoring is an established marker of atherosclerotic burden and cardiovascular risk. While the Agatston score is the clinical gold standard, alternative visual scoring methods—including the Visual Ordinal Score, Weston Score, and Vessel-specific extent-based score—are increasingly used, particularly in non-gated or opportunistic CT imaging. This study aimed to compare the diagnostic performance, inter-observer reliability, and correlation of different visual scoring methods against the Agatston score.
