摘要： 为了提高纺织品稳态条件下热阻和湿阻试验结果的准确性,依据GB/T 11048—2018研制了一批蒸发热板法测定纺织品热阻和湿阻用标准样品。为了验证该标准样品的均匀性和稳定性,按照GB/T 15000.3—2003和GB/T 11048—2018的相关要求,对该批测定纺织品热阻和湿阻用标准样品的热阻和湿阻值进行了验证。该试验表明,该批标准样品符合GB/T 11048—2018对参照样的要求且均匀性和稳定性良好,可用于校准仪器台间差、确保检测机构间测试结果具有可比性。

摘要： Histopathological images are crucial for breast cancer diagnosis but suffer from variability in staining and imaging conditions, leading to poor feature extraction and misclassification. Traditional approaches often fail to capture both local and global tissue structures, impacting diagnostic accuracy.

摘要： The edentulous alveolar ridge is a challenge for implant treatment, commonly requiring extensive reconstruction to create an adequate implant site. The aim of this study was to analyse the efficacy of customized cancellous allogeneic bone blocks (CABB) for alveolar ridge augmentation and examine staged implantation in the reconstructed bone. Three-dimensional radiographic images were analysed retrospectively to determine linear bone and volume gain at T1 (postoperative after CABB insertion) and resorption at T2 (after the CABB healing phase). A total 111 implants placed in 66 CABB were investigated retrospectively, and clinical follow-up was performed. At T1, the CABB showed a mean linear bone gain of 6.29 mm horizontally and 6.80 mm vertically, and volume gain of 457 ± 302 mm³. Although complications occurred during the healing phase, there was no total bone block loss. At T2, mean bone dimensions were 4.96 mm horizontally and 5.55 mm vertically, and the volume was 326 ± 250 mm³_, giving a mean volumetric stability of 71.41% ± 18.00%. Five early implant losses occurred, indicating an implant survival rate of 95.5%. The results suggest that CABB can be used successfully to achieve a reasonable increase in bone dimensions for augmentation of three-dimensional alveolar ridge defects, with a high implant survival rate. However, this procedure is technique-sensitive and strict follow-up is required to allow possible intervention.

摘要： In the right anomalous aortic origin of a coronary artery (R-AAOCA), invasive fractional flow reserve during dobutamine (FFR_Dobutamine) allows to assess dynamic interarterial/intramural compression that may lead to ischemia. However, FFR_Dobutamine requires expertise and is procedurally complex. Therefore, a simpler alternative is needed, but it remains uncertain whether routine intravascular ultrasound (IVUS) and standard FFR during adenosine (FFR_Adenosine) can reliably determine hemodynamic relevance.

摘要： 为了降低喷气织机能耗,助力纺织企业降本增效,分析喷气织机引纬系统的气流特性和气流对纬纱的牵引作用;通过理论计算及试验验证,探寻引纬系统中摆动主喷嘴、固定主喷嘴和辅喷嘴的节能降耗措施。指出:喷气织机节能降耗是一项系统性工程,降低引纬系统能耗对于喷气织机的节能降耗至关重要;在保证开机效率和布面质量的前提下,优化喷嘴结构、调整喷嘴安装位置、优化气压等工艺参数,做好设备的日常维护和科学管理,是实现喷气织机引纬系统节能降耗的关键。

摘要： 为研究针织物湿态下黏附力的变化情况,文中设计一种可测量针织物湿态黏附力的装置,测试不同剥离速度下针织物的最大黏附力、达到最大黏附力时的剥离高度、织物干湿比、织物实际接触面积4项指标。结果表明:在一定范围内,织物的最大湿黏附力随剥离速度增大呈现先增大后减小并逐渐趋于稳定的趋势,500 mm/min左右的剥离速度是探究湿黏附力变化的最佳数值;织物达到最大湿黏附力时的剥离高度与织物的干湿比呈负相关,与实际接触面积呈正相关;织物最大湿黏附力受含湿量和实际接触面积影响,其本质由织物物理参数决定,在其他条件相近时,纯棉织物的湿黏附力大于纯涤纶织物,双面织物的湿黏附力大于单面织物,纬平针类织物的湿黏附力大于珠地类织物。

摘要： 从微生物组学的视角出发,指出抗菌纺织品的抑菌对象不宜泛化,抑菌程度亦不应任意提高。应参考微生物组学的研究方法,系统分析不同抗菌处理方法下皮肤及纺织品表面的各种微生物的丰度变化,从中筛选出能显著降低典型致病菌丰度,同时对有益共生菌影响最小的抗菌剂及其施加工艺。抗菌纺织品应以卫生部发布的《人间传染的病原微生物名录》为依据,重点针对其中易引发浅层皮肤病且与纺织品密切相关的致病微生物为目标菌种实现靶向抗菌。在民用内衣袜品类抗菌纺织品领域,应着重抑制引发最常见皮肤病癣病的红色毛癣菌等致病微生物。为此,需深入探究该类病原微生物在纤维制品上的附着机制,并系统研究纳米结构矩阵表面的靶向抗菌机理,在此基础上研发民用、医用和军警特殊防护用抗菌纺织品,拓展抗菌纺织品的特殊应用领域。

摘要： 目的 探讨基于临床CT数据的计算机辅助设计和制造(CAD/CAM)种植导板技术对牙齿缺失患者种植体精度、炎症因子及美观度的影响。方法 选取2022年1月至2024年5月济南市中西医结合医院收治的96例牙齿缺失患者,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=48)和观察组(n=48)。对照组采取常规种植技术,观察组采取CAD/CAM种植导板技术。对比两组的种植效果、种植体精度、牙周指数[龈沟出血指数(SBI)、菌斑指数(PLI)]、咀嚼效率、龈沟液炎症因子[基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)、金属蛋白酶组织抑制剂-2(TIMP-2)、前列腺素E_(2)(PGE_(2))]、美观度(种植体外形、色泽)及并发症发生情况。结果 观察组的种植效果优于对照组,种植体深度误差、头部误差、根部误差、角度误差低于对照组(P<0.05)。术后3个月,观察组的SBI、PLI评分及MMP-2、PGE_(2)水平较对照组低,咀嚼效率、TIMP-2水平及种植体外形、色泽评分较对照组高(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 CAD/CAM种植导板技术可提高牙齿缺失患者种植体精度及美观度,降低炎症因子水平,减少并发症,改善牙周指数及咀嚼效率。
