摘要： 探究织物组织对复合包覆纱织物拉伸与耐切割性能的影响。采用UHMWPE长丝、不锈钢长丝和聚酰胺(PA)长丝制备了两种结构的包覆纱(包覆纱A和包覆纱B),并织造了平纹、斜纹、方平组织的单纱织物,以及由不同排列比(1∶1、2∶1、3∶1)的两种包覆纱交织而成的双纱平纹织物。系统测定了织物的拉伸强度及耐切割性能。结果表明:在单位面积质量相同的条件下,单纱织物的拉伸强度排序为平纹A>方平>斜纹,而耐切割性能排序则为斜纹>平纹A>方平,除方平织物外其他织物耐切割等级均达A5级;对于双纱织物,随低强度包覆纱A比例增加,织物的拉伸强度与耐切割性能均下降,但均高于单纱织物。认为:通过纱线交替排列与组织结构优化可有效提升防护织物的耐切割性能,为高性能防割材料的设计提供了重要依据。

摘要： Although bamboo can be an ideal raw material for pulp and paper industry, the depolymerization of its complex polymers needs to be facilitated. The deposition of lignin is influenced by cinnamyl alcohol dehydrogenase (CAD), an enzyme that catalyzes the formation of monolignol precursors. Here, we identified 18 DfCAD genes in Dendrocalamus farinosus and revealed using bioinformatics methods, DfCAD16 functions as the primary enzyme in the synthesis pathway of guaiacyl (G)-lignin. Phenotypic analysis of plants overexpression DfCAD16 exhibited remarkable increasing in G-lignin. Furthermore, we demonstrated that an R2R3-type MYB transcription factor DfMYB12 could directly bind to the promoter region of DfCAD16 and activate its expression both in vitro and in vivo. Our findings revealed that DfMYB12-DfCAD16 is a key regulatory factor governing G-lignin biosynthesis in D. farinosus. These insights can be used for improving bamboo varieties for pulp production.

摘要： A feasibility study of a new testing facility, i.e., the Volumetric Neutron Source (VNS) in a tokamak configuration, was initiated in 2023 and is now under way to address potential showstoppers. Key outcomes of the engineering activities are presented in [1] and the latest improvements in [2]. The main goal of the VNS is to provide a realistic environment to test the in-vessel components of fusion reactors, in particular the tritium-breeding blanket. Lessons learned during previous years of DEMO development point to the need for thorough nuclear design integration already at the level of the basic machine design; hence, issues related to the maintenance of the in-vessel components have been addressed at a basic level. The work presented here describes the remote maintenance strategy for VNS blanket segments, which is an adaptation of the concept proposed for DEMO in previous years [3]. The work discusses the basic approach for the development of an integrated remote blanket strategy for the VNS blanket. Consistent with the initial requirements of the machine, the remote replacement sequence of the blankets, the potential list of the required tools and transporter, and the conceptual design of some of the main tools are presented and discussed in this article.

摘要： El nuevo sistema Coronary Artery Disease Reporting and Data System (CAD-RADS 2.0) aporta aspectos actualizados dirigidos a pacientes sometidos a coronariografía por tomografía computarizada (CTC). Incluye los siguientes ítems: severidad de la estenosis (según las categorías 0, 1, 2, 3, 4 A, 4 B y 5), carga total de placa coronaria (de P1 a P4), modificadores clásicos (estudio no evaluable, presencia de stents o de injertos), modificadores nuevos (incluyendo pruebas de detección de isquemia por TC, I+ o I−), excepciones y placas de alto riesgo. Se añaden recomendaciones para guiar el manejo del paciente, considerando una prueba funcional para los casos CAD-RADS 3, 4 A o 5, y la coronariografía convencional para los casos CAD-RADS 3/I+, 4 A, 4 B o 5. Los objetivos de este trabajo son estudiar las nuevas modificaciones del nuevo sistema, entender las implicaciones de este en el manejo del paciente y revisar ejemplos de casos didácticos.

摘要： Background Dynamic Coronary Roadmap (DCR) is a novel software providing a motion-compensated, real-time overlay of coronary arteries to assist PCI device navigation with a single contrast injection. This meta-analysis evaluated the effectiveness and safety of DCR. Methods We searched PubMed, Scopus, Web of Science, Cochrane Library, and Embase from inception to May 5, 2024. Outcomes were pooled as risk ratios (RR) or mean differences (MD) with 95% confidence intervals (CI) using random-effects models. PROSPERO registration: CRD42024553689. Results Eight studies (two RCTs, six observational;1,512 patients) were included. DCR-guided PCI significantly reduced contrast media volume (MD = - 45.82 mL, 95% CI - 68.33 to - 23.30;P < 0.001;I-2 = 97% air kerma (MD = - 283.09 mGy, 95% CI - 474.47 to - 91.70;P = 0.004;I-2 = 99% dose area product (MD = - 6.85 Gy/cm(2 95% CI - 10.48 to - 3.22;P = 0.0002;I-2 = 82% radiation duration (MD = - 2.79 min, 95% CI - 4.59 to - 0.98;P = 0.002;I-2 = 94% and procedural duration (MD = - 3.51 min, 95% CI - 6.69 to - 0.32;P = 0.03;I-2 = 0%). No significant differences were found in procedural success (RR = 1.00;95% CI 0.99-1.01;I-2 = 0%) or acute kidney injury incidence (RR = 0.40;95% CI 0.15-1.08;I-2 = 0%). Risk of bias was mixed for RCTs (low to high risk across domains) and moderate to high for observational studies, with most scoring >= 7 on the Newcastle-Ottawa Scale. Conclusion DCR-guided PCI was associated with reductions in contrast use and radiation metrics without compromising procedural success;however, the overall certainty of evidence is low due to study design limitations, risk of bias, and substantial heterogeneity, warranting cautious interpretation.

摘要： The updated Coronary Artery Disease Reporting and Data System (CAD-RADS 2.0) adds new features for patients undergoing coronary CT angiography (CCTA). The following features are included in the new system: stenosis severity (categories 0, 1, 2, 3, 4A, 4B and 5), the overall amount of coronary plaque (from P1 to P4), classic modifiers (the study is not fully evaluable, presence of stents or grafts), new modifiers (if a myocardial ischemia test with CT is performed, I+ or I−), exceptions, and presence of high-risk plaques (HRP). This updated classification adds new features to guide patient management, including functional assessment in cases of CAD-RADS 3, CAD-RADS 4A, 4B and 5, and invasive coronary angiography in cases of CAD-RADS 3/I+, 4A, 4B and 5. This work aims to analyse the new modifications introduced in the updated system, understand the implications in patient management, and review teaching cases.

摘要： 随着建筑行业数字化转型的深入推进,建筑CAD(计算机辅助设计)已从基础绘图工具演变为驱动设计创新的核心技术。本文系统探讨建筑CAD与建筑设计深度融合的实践模式与优化路径,通过构建包含设计流程、成果质量、协同效率、设计创新、项目管理、设计教育6个维度的分析框架,采用文献研究法和案例分析法,对建筑CAD与建筑设计深度融合的内在机制进行系统研究。研究识别出BIM正向协同设计、参数化性能优化设计与全流程数据贯通设计3种典型融合模式,深入剖析了各模式的特征、应用场景及实施效果。针对当前存在的技术应用表层化、协同壁垒突出、产教融合不足等问题,从技术推广、管理机制层面提出系统性优化策略。研究表明,推动建筑CAD与建筑设计的深度融合,需要建立技术应用、管理机制的协同发展体系,这将为推进建筑设计质量提升、行业数字化转型提供重要的理论参考和实践指导。
