摘要： This study evaluated the effects of metformin (MET) on nonischemic myocardium in a large animal model of coronary artery disease and metabolic syndrome (MS). Although prior work has shown MET improves perfusion and function in ischemic tissue, this study assessed whether its cardioprotective effects extend to nonischemic regions.

摘要： Crassulacean acid metabolism (CAM) helps plants in arid regions to reduce water loss by opening their stomata and taking up carbon dioxide (CO${}_2$) during nighttime. While gas exchange in CAM plants has been mainly studied under controlled laboratory conditions, only a few ecosystem scale studies exist. Moreover, carbonyl sulfide (COS) has been used as a tracer for stomatal conductance, transpiration and photosynthesis in C${}_3$ and C${}_4$ plants, but no studies on CAM ecosystems have yet been published. Here we present the first ecosystem scale measurements of COS fluxes over Agave sisalana (CAM plant), commercially cultivated for its fiber. The measurements were made during the wet season in Kenya. The ecosystem was a consistent sink of COS, with higher uptake observed during nighttime (−11.5 pmol m⁻² s⁻¹) than during daytime (-5.6 pmol m⁻² s⁻¹). The magnitude of COS fluxes was comparable to non-growing season daytime fluxes reported for C${}_3$ and C${}_4$ plant dominated ecosystems. The soil was a small COS source (0.3 pmol m⁻² s⁻¹), with highest emissions under high radiation and temperature conditions. 摘要： The current gold standard for the diagnosis of coronary artery disease (CAD) is invasive angiography; however, it is an invasive procedure. Therefore, we developed an artificial intelligence model designed to predict significant CAD from a resting digital 12-lead electrocardiogram (ECG).

摘要： 为了探究负离子涤纶粘胶喷毛带子纱针织物的性能,对5种不同组织(纬平针组织、2+2罗纹组织、四平组织、双反面组织、半畦编组织)的负离子涤纶/粘胶喷毛带子纱针织物的性能进行测试与分析。结果表明:织物的性能受织物组织、线圈密度、单位面积质量和厚度的综合影响较大。采用主观赋权法对各组织针织物的性能进行模糊综合评价,计算得出的综合评分从高到低依次为2+2罗纹组织针织物、四平组织针织物、双反面组织针织物、纬平针组织针织物和半畦编组织针织物。其中,2+2罗纹组织针织物的综合性能最好,其负离子发生量高达2769个/cm3,具有高效负离子释放性能的同时还有优异的服用舒适性,该组织适于开发负离子纺织品;半畦编组织针织物的综合性能最差,纬平针组织针织物与之相近,不宜开发为负离子纺织品。

摘要： Les caméras CZT offrent une meilleure détection des rayons γ, en particulier une résolution en énergie significativement améliorée qui pourrait être utile pour mieux prendre en compte la contribution du rayonnement diffusé. Ces nouvelles caméras bénéficient également de méthodes de reconstruction itératives avancées. Notamment l’utilisation de l’algorithme BSREM, qui contrôle le bruit au cours du processus. La qualité d’image et les performances de quantification ont été analysées pour deux corrections de diffusion et deux méthodes de régularisation (Median Root Prio et Relative Difference Prior).

摘要： Accurate diagnosis of rotator cuff tears from magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is essential for effective clinical management and treatment planning. In this study, we propose a novel convolutional neural network (CNN) architecture specifically designed for classifying rotator cuff tears, integrated with gradient-weighted class activation mapping (Grad-CAM) to provide interpretable insights into the model's decision-making process. We utilized MRI data from 150 subjects, equally divided between normal and pathological cases, and applied data augmentation techniques, including rotation, scaling, and reflection, to enhance model generalization. The proposed CNN demonstrated superior performance, achieving an average accuracy of 94.5 %, sensitivity of 94.6 %, precision of 94.1 %, and specificity of 93.4 %, outperforming established lightweight models such as MobileNetV2 and SqueezeNet. Grad-CAM visualizations confirmed that the model accurately focused on anatomically relevant regions associated with tendon ruptures, thereby enhancing trust in its predictions. These results underscore the potential of our interpretable deep learning framework to deliver reliable, transparent, and clinically actionable diagnostic support for shoulder injuries, paving the way for improved decision-making in orthopedic care. This approach highlights the synergy of advanced CNN design and explainable AI for robust medical imaging applications.

摘要： 目的:通过检测神经纤毛蛋白1(NRP-1)和E-钙黏蛋白(E-cad)在结直肠癌中的表达,探讨其临床意义。方法:选取2016年6月1日至2018年6月30日我院手术切除的结直肠腺癌标本112例,应用免疫组织化学方法检测NRP-1与E-cad的表达,并分析与临床病理资料及生存资料的关系,并进行Kaplan-Meier生存分析、Cox回归单因素及多因素分析。结果:NRP-1在结直肠癌组织和癌旁组织中的阳性表达率为58.04%(65/112)和18.75%(21/112),差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);E-cad在结直肠癌组织和癌旁组织中的阳性表达率为29.46%(33/112)和81.25%(91/112),差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。NRP-1在TNM(Ⅲ+Ⅳ)期组、有淋巴结转移组、脉管浸润组中的表达明显高于TNM(Ⅰ+Ⅱ)期组(P=0.001)、无淋巴结转移组(P=0.001)、无脉管浸润组(P=0.024),差异均有统计学意义;E-cad在TNM(Ⅲ+Ⅳ)期组、有淋巴结转移组中的表达明显低于TNM(Ⅰ+Ⅱ)期组(P=0.001)、无淋巴结转移组(P=0.001),差异均有统计学意义;而NRP-1和E-cad的表达与性别、年龄、部位、肿瘤大小、组织学分级均无明显关系(P>0.05)。NRP-1和E-cad的表达呈负相关(P<0.010,r=-0.55)。生存分析结果显示:NRP-1阳性表达组或E-cad阴性表达组5年生存率低(P<0.05),NRP-1阳性和E-cad阴性表达组生存率最差。Cox回归单因素分析显示,淋巴结转移、TNM分期Ⅲ+Ⅳ期、NRP-1阳性表达、E-cad阴性表达是预后不良的危险因素;多因素分析显示:淋巴结转移、TNM分期Ⅲ+Ⅳ期、NRP-1阳性表达是结直肠癌患者的独立预后因素。结论:在结直肠癌组织中,NRP-1表达上调,E-cad表达下调,NRP-1可能通过上皮-间质转化在结直肠癌的发生发展过程中发挥了作用,可作为预后评估的生物学指标。
