摘要： The use of complementary and alternative medicine (CAM) is a widespread practice worldwide for treating a variety of health conditions. The impact of CAM related drug induced liver injury (DILI) in pediatric population is not known. Therefore, this study is planned to examine the prevalence of use of CAMs in children with acute viral hepatitis (AVH) and to describe the outcome of CAM related liver injury (second hit) in children with hepatitis A and E related AVH.

摘要： 针对轮式移动机器人越障能力与车轮尺寸之间的矛盾属性,设计了一种基于凸轮机构传动的可扩展车轮。首先,在对可扩展车轮运动步态解析的基础上,完成了主要参数和几何尺寸的计算;其次,运用Soildworks建立了可扩展车轮三维实体模型,并基于Adams构建了台阶攀爬运动模型;最后,为验证攀爬运动表现,进行了连续台阶攀爬对比仿真实验。结果表明:轮辐扩展后,机器人攀爬连续台阶的效率比未扩展前高出20%,同时质心加速度幅值变化明显更小,设计的可扩展车轮可以高效稳定地完成越障任务。

摘要： 当前环境保护规划对空间数据精度的要求日益提高,例如在环境功能区划中,需将各个分区精准划定至拐点坐标级别;生态保护红线的边界也需明确落实到具体地块。目前林业、交通、供电、规划等多个部门的数据多以CAD格式存储,且相关技术人员普遍熟悉AutoCAD软件操作,对ArcGIS等地理信息系统软件的了解相对有限。环保规划在衔接和方案征求意见过程中经常会遇到CAD数据与GIS数据转换的问题,粗略配准已难以满足现有数据精度要求。因此,如何完成CAD数据与GIS数据之间高精度的坐标转换已成为一项亟待解决的关键技术问题。

摘要： Aiming at the need for rapid cam lift error detection, a vision-based measurement method for cam lift errors using laser point cloud data is proposed. Specifically, a laser scanner is first used to acquire the 3D point cloud model of the target cam component, which is then preprocessed. Subsequently, the point cloud slicing algorithm termed the Circular Method of Rotary Cutting (CMRC) is applied to extract point cloud slices of the cam. For each extracted slice, this study proposes a Hyper-IRLS-Tukey method to determine the center of the base circle. This circle fitting approach can effectively resist noise interference during the fitting process, thereby significantly improving the accuracy of the fitted base circle center. Meanwhile, to obtain an accurate and smooth profile curve, an adaptive locally weighted spline interpolation (ALWSI) method is introduced to perform profile fitting on the cam contour points of each slice. This method can filter out highly deviated contour points during the profile fitting process. Based on the fitted profile curve, the cam lift is evaluated and the lift error is further detected. Experimental results show that the proposed circle fitting method achieves higher accuracy and stability compared with LSC, Taubin, and Hyper methods. Comparisons with measurements from a coordinate measuring machine (CMM) indicate that the mean maximum absolute error of the proposed method does not exceed 4.4 mu m. In contrast to other methods, the maximum mean absolute error of the ALWSI method remains within 5.8 mu m. The largest difference in mean absolute error relative to the CMM results is within 4.7 mu m, demonstrating that the method satisfies the practical requirements for rapid and efficient measurement of cam lift errors. Finally, the uncertainty of the detection results is calculated to further verify the feasibility and accuracy of the proposed approach.

摘要： Implant-supported hybrid metal–resin prostheses are widely used to rehabilitate edentulous patients. However, fractures of the veneering resin and screw complications remain common mechanical failures. Advances in CAD-CAM design and laser sintering technology may improve the structural integrity of these restorations.

摘要： This study investigated the impacts of key parameters in CAM6’s deep convection and cloud physics schemes on the simulation of summer-mean precipitation over East Asia through conducting perturbed parameter ensemble (PPE) experiments. Utilizing the experimental platform of CAM6, a suite of 128 PPE simulations spanning 1979–2014 were generated through simultaneously perturbing 12 selected parameters. Using EOF analysis, this study firstly extracted the first two leading modes of the precipitation simulation biases. The authors further pinpointed the most critical parameters that have the most influential effects on the precipitation simulation biases, through conducting generalized linear model analysis. The first leading mode of precipitation simulation biases is primarily influenced by parameters from the cloud physics scheme, including the linear effects of dcs and eii, and the nonlinear effect of rhminl*dcs. These parameters influence the simulated total precipitation (PrecT) mainly by altering the large-scale precipitation (PrecL). The second leading mode is predominantly governed by the convection scheme parameter dmpdz, reflecting a competition between the changes in convective precipitation (PrecC) and PrecL in response to variations in dmpdz. An increase in dmpdz induces decreased PrecC and increased PrecL in East Asia, and both of the changes collectively shape the ultimate PrecT response to the adjusted dmpdz. Lastly, it is noteworthy that the nonlinear effect due to the interaction among parameters warrants attention when concurrently adjusting multiple parameters, and the precipitation biases from the PPE simulations resemble those identified through EOF analysis on the AMIP simulations, implying our findings may provide potential reference for other AGCMs.

摘要： Access to diagnostic imaging in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs) is limited by scarce equipment, geographic barriers, weak digital infrastructure, and shortages of trained personnel. Artificial intelligence (AI) has emerged as a promising tool to mitigate these gaps by improving diagnostic accuracy, assisting non-specialist health workers, and optimizing workflows. This scoping review aimed to synthesize current evidence on the use of AI for interpreting radiological diagnostic images in LMICs.

摘要： Even though improvements in CAD/CAM technology have allowed the milling protocol to be modified according to specific treatment requirements, it remains unclear how different protocols affect the surface quality and mechanical properties of the final restoration. This study aims to evaluate the effect of the CAD/CAM milling protocol on the topography, flexural strength, and reliability of 3 mol% yttria partially stabilized zirconia (3Y-PSZ).

摘要： 为了研究凸轮与挺杆间摩擦力和离心力对影响挺杆的位移、速度、加速度等动力学特性的影响,建立了全膜润滑状态下的凸轮-挺杆机构动力学模型,模型包含了凸轮离心力、凸轮和挺杆间摩擦力等因素。采用Newmark法求解动力学模型,模型采用分段三次埃尔米特插值多项式模拟凸轮轮廓,并基于有限元法求解动力学方程,对比分析了推杆和凸轮运动规律的差异,主要研究了凸轮转速对动态传递误差DTE的影响。

摘要： Une femme de 58 ans a été adressée pour des douleurs au poignet droit, avec suspicion de fracture de fatigue de la styloïde radiale. Une scintigraphie osseuse au 99mTc-HDP a été réalisée à l’aide de la caméra CZT StarGuide. Les images TEMP/TDM au temps précoce ont mis en évidence une hyperhémie intense le long du premier compartiment extenseur du poignet droit, évoquant une ténosynovite de De Quervain, tandis que les images TEMP/TDM au temps tardif ne montraient qu’une arthrose du pouce droit. L’échographie a mis en évidence un épaississement tendineux œdémateux, une augmentation du liquide péritendineux et une hyperhémie du premier compartiment extenseur du poignet droit, évocateurs d’une ténosynovite de De Quervain. La ténosynovite de De Quervain est une affection douloureuse fréquente liée à des mouvements répétitifs, touchant principalement les femmes, avec une prévalence estimée à 1,3 %. Elle est classiquement décrite comme un épaississement du rétinaculum des extenseurs, liée à une inflammation des tendons de l’extensor pollicis brevis et de l’abductor pollicis longus au niveau du premier compartiment extenseur du poignet. Le diagnostic est généralement clinique, basé sur une douleur localisée associée à un test de Finkelstein positif. Les examens d’imagerie conventionnelle — échographie et IRM — sont couramment utilisés pour confirmer le diagnostic. Bien que la ténosynovite de De Quervain ait déjà été décrite en scintigraphie osseuse planaire, la littérature reste limitée concernant l’intérêt de la TEMP/TDM au temps précoce dans les tendinites du poignet. Une étude de Cuvilliers et al. a montré que l’ajout d’un TEMP/TDM au temps précoce à la scintigraphie osseuse triphasique conventionnelle modifiait la conclusion diagnostique chez un quart des patients présentant des douleurs des membres inférieurs, en révélant significativement plus de tendinites qu’en imagerie planaire. À notre connaissance, aucune étude n’a encore évalué les performances de la TEMP/TDM ut
