摘要： Artificial intelligence (AI) is increasingly being explored as a way to improve supportive care during chemoradiotherapy (CRT). Through our CAM 1.0 and CAM 2.0 studies, we examined how AI-supported remote patient monitoring could be integrated into CRT care, revealing both its potential benefits and its challenges in real-world implementation. We observed how AI can facilitate remote patient monitoring beyond routine visits, yet also how it may create additional tasks for providers, magnify digital inequities, and leave patients still seeking human connection. These experiences underscore that AI’s impact in oncology will be defined not only by its technical capabilities but by how it fits into workflows, addresses barriers to access, and preserves the relational aspects of care. This perspectives piece aims to highlight the practical insights from CAM 1.0 and 2.0 that may inform how oncologists, developers, and health systems approach future AI integration into oncology workflows, particularly in the context of CRT. 摘要： Acute ischemic stroke caused by intracranial large vessel occlusion is associated with significant morbidity and mortality. Emerging evidence suggests that environmental exposures, including toxic metals, may be associated with cerebrovascular disease. However, the presence of toxic metals within intracranial thrombi and their relationship with clinical features of acute ischemic stroke remain largely unexplored.

摘要： 针对目前我国农田用残膜捡拾机理分析不完善、机具作业效率低、含杂率高的问题,设计了一种凸轮滚筒式农田残膜回收机。通过凸轮机构驱动捡拾齿的伸出和回缩完成对农田残膜的捡拾和分离,提高农田残膜回收的作业效率;通过对捡拾齿运动轨迹分析设计了凸轮的轮廓曲线,并对农田残膜捡拾过程进行力学分析,得到土壤对膜土混杂物的粘性力和凸轮滚筒转速是影响粘性力的重要因素;对拾膜过程进行运动学分析,得到凸轮滚筒的回转半径值和滚筒转速是影响机具性能的关键因素;对拾膜过程建立笛卡尔坐标系进行分析,优化了机具作业参数。以残膜回收机前进速度、凸轮滚筒转速、凸轮回转半径为试验因素,以农田残膜捡拾率和含杂率为试验指标进行田间响应面试验和参数优化验证试验,得到最佳作业性能下的参数为残膜回收机前进速度5.7 km/h、凸轮滚筒转速698 r/min、凸轮基圆直径718 mm,此时农田残膜捡拾率为88.2%、含杂率为32.6%,满足农田残膜回收要求。

摘要： Creating a natural appearance with proper shade matching is critical for achieving successful esthetic outcomes of dental ceramic restorations. Ceramic materials with high translucency are often preferred when restoring teeth with a normal stump shade. However, ceramic materials with increased opacity, such as zirconia, offer significant advantages when restoring discolored teeth. This video presentation describes 4 different ceramic material options that enable clinicians to effectively mask dark stump shades while maintaining the natural appearance of dental ceramic restorations.

摘要： Positron emission tomographic myocardial perfusion imaging in conjunction with tracer-kinetic modeling affords the concurrent assessment of myocardial blood flow (MBF) in mL/min/g of tissue. Cardiac magnetic resonance, computed tomography, and echocardiography are emerging technologies capable of MBF quantification. The noninvasive evaluation and quantification of MBF during hyperemia and at rest and corresponding myocardial flow reserve expand the realm of conventional myocardial perfusion imaging from detection of the most advanced, and flow-limiting, epicardial lesions in multivessel coronary artery disease (CAD) to less severe intermediate epicardial lesions, accurate delineation of the extent and severity of ischemic burden in multivessel CAD, detection of diffuse ischemia attributable to CAD or at coronary arteriolar level such as in hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, transplantation vasculopathy, and coronary microvascular dysfunction in its classical and/or endogen forms. Apart from improving the diagnostic scope in ischemic heart disease, the additional quantitation of MBF also affords the contingency to follow-up on treatment success of therapeutic interventions, risk factor modifications, and/or lifestyle changes likely to improve long-term cardiovascular outcomes. Standardized algorithms for each imaging modality in the diagnosis and reporting of ischemia heart disease appear critical for optimized diagnosis and treatment decisions in such patients. In this respect, the convened expert panel strives to provide a concise overview of the pathophysiology of ischemic heart disease and its noninvasive assessment with different imaging modalities that may be pivotal for the diagnosis of various pattern types of ischemic heart disease, as well as individualized and image-guided patient care likely to further optimize cardiovascular outcome.

摘要： During the light period, crassulacean acid metabolism (CAM) plants remobilise malic acid from the vacuole and decarboxylate it to supply CO₂ for Rubisco behind closed stomata. Whilst it has been well documented that diurnal deacidification depends strongly on light availability, the impact of light quality on daytime leaf gas exchange and deacidification remains poorly understood. The obligate CAM model species Kalanchoë fedtschenkoi was subjected to either different monochromatic wavelengths (blue, green, red) or modified full-spectrum (white) light spectra with a particular waveband omitted (blue, orange, red, far-red, blue+red). Leaf gas exchange parameters and different biochemical parameters associated with diurnal deacidification [i.e., malate and starch content, in vitro activities of malic enzyme (ME), pyruvate orthophosphate dikinase (PPDK), and Rubisco] were measured at dawn, midday, and late afternoon. Under high light intensities of 300 µmol m⁻² s⁻¹, blue wavelengths were found to be a key determinant in promoting high daytime stomatal conductance (Phases II and IV), resulting in improved C₃ carboxylation. Furthermore, omitting red wavelengths from the light spectrum led to a substantially higher overall diel CO₂ uptake (+300 %) compared to plants subjected to spectra lacking either blue or both blue and red wavelengths. In contrast to the large impact on leaf gas exchange, light spectral composition had only a minor impact on diurnal changes in intrinsic enzyme activities of NAD(P)-ME, PPDK, and Rubisco. Consistent with these observations, the diurnal malate degradation and starch accumulation rates were remarkably similar under different spectral compositions. Our findings reveal that stomatal behavior and gas exchange are primarily influenced by light quality, with a more pronounced role for blue compared to red wavelengths.
