摘要： 人口老龄化、长寿化与少子化趋势叠加,高品质养老需求持续释放。纺织产业正从传统消费领域向健康管理、智慧养老和主动干预等高附加值方向加速跨界延伸。鉴于慢性病的发病时间各异、银龄个体的消费倾向不同,文章立足各年龄段银龄人群的共性需求,围绕纺织产品在健康老龄化体系中的关键作用展开研究,剖析适老纺织品价值重构与创新方向,旨在为行业从业者抓住老龄化趋势、优化产品设计与服务模式提供理论参考与实践启示。

摘要： 气候政策在减缓、适应气候变化中至关重要,但其制定和实施主体常面临行政区域空间约束、行业主体博弈制衡等政策困境,政策评估也存在模型精度不足或结果缺乏指导意义等问题。文章以极具经济活力及生态文明引领力的浙江省海洋碳汇政策为研究对象,采用观点法(S-CAD)评估其政策主导观点的可达性与实施绩效。文章认为该政策核心立场明确、效应效率较高,但在政策链条传导与协同中存在可优化空间,基于此,给出建立非线性机制并配套精准专业指导、实现理念升维与制度突破并行、整合精简政策元素以降低执行偏差、关注长时序和广域空间尺度等优化路径。该研究可为中国各级政府制定气候政策提供参考,并为全球携手实现联合国可持续发展目标提供管理与科学支撑。

摘要： Despite major advances in lipid-lowering therapeutics, significant residual cardiovascular risk persists in dyslipidemic patients in primary and secondary prevention, even after optimization of LDL-cholesterol levels. All atherogenic apoB-containing lipoproteins, (VLDL and remnants, IDL, LDL and Lp(a)), exert deleterious effects on the arterial wall and atherosclerotic plaque, contributing to such risk. Mass spectrometric analyses have revealed that apoB-containing lipoproteins contain a diverse array of lipid classes (≥ 30); together with their constituent molecular species (> 1000), their lipidome is highly complex. The bioactivities of certain lipid classes may contribute to residual cardiovascular risk, such as sphingolipids and lysolipids; others, such as plasmalogens (alkenylphospholipids), may afford atheroprotection. Indeed, beyond eicosanoids, the majority of plasma lipid classes exhibit bioactivities. Mass spectrometric platforms lack harmonisation of reference plasmas and internal standards for quantitation however, limiting comparison of absolute plasma lipid concentrations. In common hyperlipidemias, major bioactive lipids such as free cholesterol, cholesteryl ester or triacylglycerol typically predominate; nonetheless, levels of other lipid classes (phosphatidylcholine, phosphatidylinositol, phosphatidylserine, alkyl and alkenylphospholipids, sphingomyelin, ceramide and lysophosphatidylcholine) can distinguish hypercholesterolemia, hypertriglyceridemia and diabetic dyslipidemia. From a therapeutic standpoint, statin treatment efficaciously reduces levels of all plasma lipid classes in atherogenic dyslipidemias. Further, ratios of specific molecular species of phosphatidylinositol/phosphatidylcholine and of molecular species of ceramides post-statin may represent biomarkers of cardiovascular benefit in secondary prevention, independently of LDL-C. 摘要： Cutting and groove-packing of hard-packed snow in tyre–snow interaction are governed by strong degradation and partial recovery of strength under large deformation. Elastoplastic models with algebraic damage–healing formulations are often used to describe such behaviour in different materials. These formulations reproduce basic softening and healing trends, but they contain a structural limitation: once the healing variable approaches its upper bound, further damage under renewed shear cannot be represented consistently. In this study, for the first time for hard-packed snow, a rate-type scalar damage–healing variable is introduced within a finite-strain cohesive Modified Cam-Clay (MCC) framework. Damage and healing rates are driven by measures of deviatoric and volumetric plastic deformation, so that the internal variable can increase and decrease repeatedly along complex loading paths. An implicit gradient enhancement is adopted to regularise softening and to introduce an internal length scale. The model is implemented in (a) a standard finite element formulation and (b) an explicit B-spline Material Point Method (MPM). The behaviour is first examined by four material tests: (i) Oedometer compression, (ii) triaxial compression, (iii) uniaxial compression, and (iv) direct shear. In these tests, realistic stress–strain responses are obtained and localisation is rendered objective with respect to mesh and particle resolution. Three large-deformation cutting configurations are then simulated with MPM: (i) a blade-cutting test, (ii) a forward snow-cavity (SC) test, and (iii) a backward SC test, representing milling, groove filling, and snow-snow friction. 摘要： Synaptic autoantibodies have been implicated in the pathophysiology of a subset of schizophrenia cases. The identification of novel autoantibodies in schizophrenia may therefore provide insights into previously unrecognized disease mechanisms. Here, we report the presence of autoantibodies against L1 cell adhesion molecule (L1CAM), a membrane protein expressed in neurons that contributes to cell adhesion and synapse formation. Using a cell-based assay, we analyzed 387 patients with schizophrenia and 362 healthy controls. Anti-L1CAM autoantibodies were detected in two patients with schizophrenia but not in healthy controls, and were also identified in the cerebrospinal fluid (CSF). Analysis using L1CAM deletion constructs indicated that the Ig1 domain of L1CAM is a major target of these autoantibodies. Administration of purified IgG from these patients into the CSF of mice was associated with impaired cognitive performance. Patients positive for anti-L1CAM autoantibodies also exhibited marked cognitive deficits. Together, these findings suggest that anti-L1CAM autoantibodies may be associated with disease mechanisms in a small subset of schizophrenia cases.

摘要： 在核电工程项目建造过程中,钢筋施工工作为重难点,决定了工程的进度和成本。某核电项目结合CAP1000核岛钢筋工程的特点,引入Tekla数字化钢筋下料技术,经过3年的学习及实践运用,现已成熟应用。本文通过对Tekla与传统CAD下料的全方面对比,分析得出Tekla与CAD下料各自的优缺点,并对Tekla的发展趋势进行了思考和总结,以给后续钢筋工程技术及相关人员良好借鉴和指导。

摘要： The cam-lobe hydraulic motors, as the core actuating components, determine the service life of heavy-duty equipment. Their multiple cam roller-cam ring pairs have become prone to failure with the upgrading of operating pressure level, in which the cam rollers with a 3 cm length will be subjected to an additional force of 1.4 tons. However, traditional cam roller design is difficult to adapt to heavy-load and even alternating conditions caused by the multi-lobe cam ring. For that, this paper proposes the cam roller micro-geometric design integrating full-cycle alternating characteristics, which can homogenize and minimize deformation and pressure distributions of the cam roller-cam ring pair, especially under heavy loads, thereby improving the lifespan of the motor. Specifically, a thermal elastohydrodynamic lubrication model (TEHL) incorporating micro surface morphology is established to obtain pressure and deformation distribution of the cam roller-cam ring pair. On the basis of the results from the TEHL model, a multi-strategy adaptive hybrid optimization (MAHO) algorithm is developed to robustly design the micro-geometric shape of the cam roller, thereby coping with both alternating states in a full cycle and machining error. The designed cam roller achieves a reduction in peak pressure of 24.8–28.3% and increases fatigue life by 17.3–27.8 times theoretically. The actual bench tests of the motors demonstrate that the designed cam roller achieves a service life of 1030 h under high-pressure conditions, representing a 19.4-fold improvement over the original design. Furthermore, the failure mode shifts from “simultaneous rapid damage of cam rollers and cam ring” to “gradual cam ring fatigue preceding cam roller failure”. This study significantly enhances the service life of cam-lobe hydraulic motors under high-pressure conditions, laying a critical technical foundation for the long-term durability and high power density of heavy-duty equipment.
