Whether it can be applied to hydroxycarboxylic acids, phenolichydroxyl groups, polyols such as trimethylolpropane and substances containing aromatic groups that havebeen activated for FriedeI-Crafts acylations shall be decided on a case-by-case basis.Under the right conditions, the method is also suitable for determining the hydroxyl value of castor oil and its derivatives.

摘要： This document specifies an ultraviolet (UV) fluorescence test method for the determination of the sulfurcontent of ethanol from 5 mg/kg to 20 mg/kg. Other products may be analysed and higher sulfur contents maybe determined according to this test method, however, no precision data for products other than ethanol andfor results outside the specified range have been established for this document. Halogens interfere with thisdetection technique at concentrations above approximately 3 500 mg/kg.NOTE For the purposes of this document, the terms “% (m/m)” and “% (V/V)” are used to represent the mass fractionand the volume fraction of a material respectively.

摘要： This European Standard specifies a method for the determination of the total pressure, exerted in vacuo, byvolatile, low viscosity petroleum products, components, and feedstocks containing air. A dry vapour pressureequivalent (DVPE) can be calculated from the air containing vapour pressure (ASVP) measurement.The conditions used in the test described in this standard are a vapour-to-liquid ratio of 4:1 and a testtemperature of 37,8 °C.For referee testing the requirement to employ 1 l sample containers is mandatory. However, due to samplecontainer size restrictions in taking automatic samples from vapour-locks either onboard a ship or from someland based storage tanks, the precision for 250 ml containers forms part of this standard and shall be used forreferee purposes.NOTE 1 This standard states precision for both 1 l and 250 ml sample containers. Annex A provides information on theprecision values when using 50 ml at 37,8 °C or using 1 l samples at a test temperature of 50,0 °C.The equipment is not wetted with water during the test, and the method described is therefore suitable fortesting samples with or without oxygenates; no account is taken of dissolved water in the sample.This method described is suitable for testing air-saturated samples that exert an air-saturated vapour pressureof between 9,0 kPa and 150,0 kPa at 37,8 °C.This document is applicable to fuels containing oxygenated compounds up to the limits stated in the relevantEC Directive 85/536/EEC [4].NOTE 2 For the purposes of this European Standard, the term "% (m/m)"and “% (V/V)” are used to represent the mass,respectively the volume fraction.WARNING — Use of this standard may involve hazardous materials, operations and equipment. 摘要： This part of ISO 16532 specifies a method for the determination of the grease resistance of paper and board. Primarily, it is intended to establish an approximate level of grease resistance, by testing the degree of surface repellency and/or antiwicking characteristics of paper and board, internally or surface sized with organophobic materials such as fluorocarbons. Some packaging paper and board products, designed for containing pet foods, food for human consumption and other materials, are produced in this way, and any surface stains, due to grease wetting or penetrating the paper or board surface, are aesthetically unacceptable. This test is not intended to determine the permeability of grease through the paper or board, for which ISO 16532-1 applies.
