摘要： This part of ISO 23893 specifies a method for measuring the ethoxyresorufin-O-deethylase (EROD) enzymeactivity on a post-mitochondrial fraction of fish liver homogenate (subcellular fraction in which the ERODactivity is located) employing a cell or microplate fluorimetric method.It applies to fish that are sampled in their natural environment (fresh water or salt water) or exposed tosubstances or effluents in a laboratory.This method is applicable for EROD values greater than or equal to 1 pmol/(min·mg) of proteins. A highersensitivity may be achieved by using a cell (test tube) procedure.

摘要： This part of ISO 23893 provides guidance on how to sample fish for determination of biochemical andphysiological characteristics, such as the composition and enzyme activities of blood, liver, muscle and othertissues in order to asses the health of fish in the field as well as in the laboratory. The biochemical andphysiological variables used for this purpose are often called biomarkers. This part of ISO 23893 includesrecommendations and methods for:obtaining a site-specific sample of a representative number of fish;sampling fish tissues in the field and in the laboratory; andhandling and preservation of samples prior to analysis of biochemical and physiological variables.

摘要： This European Standard specifies a method for the determination of the total pressure, exerted in vacuo, by volatile, Iow viscosity petroleum products, components, and feedstocks containing air. A dry vapour pressure equivalent （DVPE） can be calculated from the air containing vapour pressure （ASVP） measurement.The conditions used in the test described in this standard are a vapour-to-liquid ratio of 4:1 and a test temperature of 37,8 ℃.For referee testing the requirement to employ 1 I sample containers is mandatory. However, due to sample container size restrictions in taking automatic samples from vapour-locks either onboard a ship or from some land based storage tanks, the precision for 250 ml containers forms part of this standard and shall be used for referee purposes.NOTE 1 This standard states precision for both I I and 250 ml sample containers.
