摘要： Dioscorea polystachya Turcz. (Chinese yam) is a Traditional Chinese Medicine with a documented history of over 2000 years for nourishing kidney essence and supporting male reproductive health. Despite its broad ethnomedical applications, it has not been comprehensively studied for its efficacy in delaying reproductive aging.

摘要： Shengji Yuhong Ointment (SJYHO) is a classic external formula in traditional Chinese medicine surgery, which was first recorded in Wai Ke Zheng Zong. It is commonly used for conditions such as chronic non-healing sores and ulcers, failure of necrotic tissue to slough off, poor granulation tissue formation, and chronic refractory wounds. Diabetic wounds are long exposed to a pathological microenvironment characterized by hyperglycemia, chronic inflammation, oxidative stress, and impaired angiogenesis. This shares intrinsic connections with the traditional indications of SJYHO. However, the modern pharmacological basis and key mechanisms of action of SJYHO for diabetic wound repair have not been fully elucidated. In particular, it is still unclear whether the wound healing effect of intact SJYHO involves the synergistic regulation of AGEs/RAGE-related inflammation, macrophage polarization, and angiogenesis.

摘要： Nearshore aquaculture is vital for the global protein supply; however, its rapid, unregulated expansion in complex environments, such as South Korea's highly dynamic coast, demands systematic, large-scale monitoring. Mapping these sites is challenging because they lack the distinct boundaries of inland aquaculture facilities and occur within complex nearshore aquaculture environments. This study developed a deep learning methodology that fuses Sentinel-1 SAR and Sentinel-2 optical data to map nearshore aquaculture facilities of diverse structures, including seaweed, shellfish, fish, and complex aquaculture. An attention-based fusion network incorporating spatial and channel attention with a learnable sensor-weighting scheme was employed to overcome single-sensor limitations. Under five-fold spatially blocked cross-validation on the AY2020 dataset (aquaculture cultivation year), the proposed method achieved an F1 score of 87.59 ± 0.62% and an intersection over union of 77.92 ± 0.98%, outperforming single-sensor and simple concatenation configurations. The learned modality weights quantified the dominant contribution of optical data alongside the persistent complementary role of SAR. Regional accuracy analysis across sampled regions revealed differences associated with aquaculture species and facility structures (e.g., lower performance for submerged facilities). Furthermore, a spatiotemporal analysis over three consecutive AYs(AY2020–AY2022) identified hotspots and temporal changes in facility area along the southern coast. This study validated the efficacy of satellite-based monitoring for systematic aquaculture management and could serve as a basis for the development of sustainable coastal management.
