摘要： This paper presents a capacitor-less NMOS LDO achieving excellent power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) and fast transient response over a wide load range. The key innovation is an adaptive feed-forward ripple cancellation (FFRC) technique that actively suppresses supply ripples through load-dependent compensation at the power transistor gate. Furthermore, the proposed architecture integrates adaptive dynamic current biasing with local feedback to significantly enhance transient response characteristics. This circuit has been implemented in a 180 nm standard CMOS process and occupies an active chip area of 0.687 mm². Experimental results demonstrate a low-frequency PSRR of −80 dB and a PSRR of −36 dB at 1 MHz under 100 mA load current. For load steps between 1 mA and 100 mA, the LDO exhibits a 58 mV undershoot and a 3.2 μs settling time, while consuming a quiescent current of 10.3 μA. The proposed LDO achieves the best FoM of 5.22 ps among all capacitor-less LDOs.

摘要： The thermoelectric performance of the Zintl phase series Ca_1-xEu_xZn₂Sb₂ (x = 0, 0.25, 0.5, 0.75, 1) is investigated via first-principles calculations. Our analysis reveals that compositional tuning directly controls the charge and heat transport. Increasing the Eu concentration (x) enhances electrical conductivity through raised hole concentration, but at the cost of a reduced Seebeck coefficient. Crucially, the lattice thermal conductivity (κ_L) is minimized to approximately 1.3 W/m·K at room temperature for the solid solutions (0 < x < 1), a reduction of nearly 50% compared to the parent compounds, due to effective alloy scattering of phonons. This results in the desired phonon-glass, electron-crystal character. The calculated electronic transport coefficients and the suppressed κ_L show excellent agreement with experimental data, validating our computational approach. The optimal p-type performance is achieved for Ca_0.75Eu_0.25Zn₂Sb₂, which reaches a figure of merit ZT of ∼0.7 at 800 K. Furthermore, theoretical mapping of the transport properties identifies an even higher potential for n-type doping, with a predicted maximum ZT of 0.86. This study not only identifies a high-performance composition but also establishes a foundational strategy for optimizing thermoelectric Zintl phases.

摘要： Using the Cavity Ring-Down Spectrometer (CRDS) of V.E. Zuev Institute of Atmospheric Optics SB RAS the carbon dioxide spectra were recorded in the 9850 - 9910 cm⁻¹ region with sensitivity of 4 × 10⁻¹¹ cm⁻¹. The spectra were obtained at room temperature and at three pressures of 131, 270 and 400 hPa. The lines of two 01141 – 00001 and 60016 - 00001 ¹²C¹⁶O₂ bands were assigned. These bands were observed for the first time. The line positions and line intensities were recovered from these spectra using the multispectrum fitting procedure. The values of the recovered line intensities are between 2.6 × 10⁻³⁰ and 1.4 × 10⁻²⁹ cm/molecule at 296 K. The uncertainties of the line position determination are between 0.001 and 0.003 cm⁻¹ and the relative uncertainties of the line intensities are about 10 %. Using the measured line intensities the set of the effective dipole moment parameters for the ΔP = 13 series of transitions (where P is a polyad number) was improved. The obtained values of the line parameters were compared to those from CDSD-2024-PI (R. Kochanov, V. Perevalov, J. Quant. Spectrosc. Radiat. Transfer. 341, 109428 (2025)) and AI-3000 K (X. Huang, R. Freedman, S. Tashkun, D. Schwenke, T. Lee, J. Mol. Spectrosc. 392, 111,748 (2023)) line lists. It was found that the measured line intensities of the 01141–00001 band are approximately 44 % of those from the AI-3000 K line list.

摘要： Cancer immunotherapy has been a paradigm shift for treatment of advanced malignancies. Small-molecule inhibitors offer inherent advantages in terms of pharmacokinetics and drug ability, thereby providing an opportunity for cancer treatment and achieving better therapeutic effects. Immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICI) constitute a novel mechanism for the killing, and block evasion of the tumor cells leading to long lasting immune response, and offers promising advancement in clinical medicine. Programmed cell death protein 1 receptor and its ligand (PD-1/PD-L1) have demonstrated remarkable immune modulation. Antibodies against PD-1 or PD-L1 have shown significant promise although stability and immunogenicity issues pose critical disadvantages. In this review, we will discuss how PD-1/PD-L1 modulates the immune cells and tumor cells in the tumor microenvironment following immunotherapy. We will also discuss how the immunomodulatory potential of these inhibitors can be exploited via rational combinations with targeted therapy including immunotherapy and chemotherapy. Besides that, the current clinical and preclinical results of PD-1/PD-L1 will be highlighted in cancer including lymphoma in response to the host immune system. We will also summarize the pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of this small molecule inhibitor including the significant role of nanoparticle (NP) controlled drug delivery system (DDS) using current data from clinical and pre-clinical trials on mono and combination immunotherapy to overcome therapeutic limitations of ICI. Combining the NP mediated DDS with ICI therapy could provide a profitable immunotherapeutic strategy for cancer treatment.

摘要： The gram-negative bacterium Serratia marcescens produces various secondary metabolites, including prodigiosin, althiomycin, and serratamolide. Among these, prodigiosin exhibits multiple biological activities such as antibacterial, anticancer, and immunosuppressive properties. Nevertheless, our understanding of the regulatory mechanisms governing prodigiosin biosynthesis in S. marcescens remains incomplete. Here, an HTH_XRE family transcription factor, BVG90_RS12600 (designated ProR), was identified as a positive regulator of prodigiosin production. Disruption of proR drastically reduced prodigiosin yield, with the ΔproR mutant producing only 2.68% of that produced by the wild-type strain JNB5-1. Integrated analysis employing comparative transcriptomics, RT-qPCR, electrophoretic mobility shift assays (EMSA), and transcriptional fusion reporters elucidated the molecular mechanism whereby ProR regulates prodigiosin biosynthesis in S. marcescens. Mechanistically, ProR binds to the promoter region of psrA, which encodes a key transcriptional activator of prodigiosin synthesis, thereby upregulating PsrA expression. This, in turn, enhances transcription of the prodigiosin biosynthetic (pig) operon, establishing ProR as a positive regulator in the prodigiosin biosynthesis pathway. Our findings provide a framework for systematically elucidating the complex regulatory network governing prodigiosin biosynthesis in S. marcescens and for rational engineering of optimized microbial chassis for its overproduction.

摘要： We consider a one-parametric series of left-invariant Lorentzian structures on the universal covering of the Lie group ${\mathrm{SL}}_2(\mathbb{R})$. These structures have ${\mathrm{SO}}_{1,1}$-symmetry and they are deformations of the anti-de Sitter Lorentzian manifold. We study the global optimality of extremal trajectories, i.e., we describe the longest arcs. The sub-Lorentzian structure appears as a limit case of the considered series of Lorentzian structures. We study how the several properties of the Lorentzian structures deform to the properties of the sub-Lorentzian structure.

摘要： A series of 7-Azaindole Linked Imidazole 1,2,3-Triazole hybrids were synthesized and assessed for their anticancer activity across five distinct cancer cell lines: DU-145 (prostate cancer), MCF-7 (breast cancer), HCT 116 (colon cancer), HeLa (cervical cancer), and HepG2 (liver cancer). In the series, compound 7j demonstrated significant efficacy against human breast cancer cells, specifically MCF-7. Cell cycle analysis demonstrated that this compound caused cell cycle arrest at the G2/M phase and triggered apoptosis. The findings were additionally validated through Hoechst staining and the Annexin V-FITC assay. The molecular docking study was conducted using the crystal structure of the epidermal growth factor receptor with ligands 7 g and 7j, which demonstrated optimal binding energy values and notable binding interactions, such as hydrogen bonds, π-π stacking, and various hydrophobic interactions, suggesting their binding efficiency in a favourable manner.
