摘要： The structure of photocatalysts largely determines the selectivity of CO₂ conversion products in CO₂ photoreduction reaction, while it is dynamic during the photoreaction. Therefore, how the dynamic structure affecting photoactivity deserves further investigation. Herein, with defective oxygen vacancies BiOCl/C₃N₅ nanosheets heterojunction (BiO_1-xCl/C₃N₅) as model photocatalyst, the structure dynamic evolution in CO₂ photoreduction reaction and its influence on the CO₂-to-CO directional conversion were investigated. Specially, in BiO_1-xCl/C₃N₅, the exposed Bi atoms adjected oxygen vacancies interacted with N atoms of C₃N₅ via the strong electrostatic effect, resulting in the shrinking crystalline structures. Once illuminated, the photogenerated electrons enriched on Bi active sites, which further strengthened the interfacial interaction between BiO_1-xCl and C₃N₅ to a quasi-bonding state. The resulting changes in electronic structure destroyed the linear structure of CO₂ molecule pre-adsorbed on Bi sites, accompanying with transformation of Bi atom valence states and heterostructure restoration. As a result, the *CO₂ molecule activation and *CO intermediate desorption barrier energies both reduced, promoting the CO₂-to-CO directional conversion with a CO evolution rate of 207.3 μmol g⁻¹ h⁻¹. This work demonstrated the importance of studying the structural dynamics evolution in photoreactions, which may be beneficial for future photocatalyst design.

摘要： 背景:沉默信息调节因子1作为一种去乙酰化酶,其激活后可调节多种蛋白的转录活性以及许多阿尔茨海默病相关病理过程,包括调节能量代谢、氧化应激、神经炎症、自噬和细胞凋亡等,与阿尔茨海默病的发生、发展及转归密切相关。近年来,大量研究发现,中药单体有效成分及复方可通过激活沉默信息调节因子1信号通路,减少细胞凋亡、保护神经元、抑制淀粉样斑块形成等病理改变,延缓阿尔茨海默病的发展。目的:探讨沉默信息调节因子1与阿尔茨海默病的关系及中药调控沉默信息调节因子1信号通路治疗阿尔茨海默病的作用机制。方法:以“阿尔茨海默病,痴呆,炎症,沉默信息调节因子1,氧化应激,炎症因子,信号通路,中药单体,复方”为中文检索词,“Alzheimer’s disease,dementia,SIRT1,inflammation,oxidative stress,inflammatory factors,signaling pathways,TCM monomers,compounds”为英文检索词,检索2015年1月至2025年3月中国知网、万方、维普、中国生物医学文献数据库(SinoMed)和PubMed数据库发表的有关沉默信息调节因子1与阿尔茨海默病及中药调控机制的文献,排除与文章相关性不高及重复、过时的文献,共检索出4921篇相关文献,最终纳入154篇文献进行综述。结果与结论:①大量实验研究证实,沉默信息调节因子1在阿尔茨海默病中具有重要作用;②中医方药可通过多种方式调节沉默信息调节因子1信号通路,如阿魏酸钠通过提高阿尔茨海默病大鼠前额叶皮质区沉默信息调节因子1的表达,而改善因缺血缺氧受损的神经细胞,进而改善阿尔茨海默病大鼠的学习记忆能力;牡蛎肽能够增强活性氧,降低海马组织的氧化损伤,缓解神经炎症,增强突触功能,减少神经元损伤和死亡,发挥脑保护作用,改善认知功能障碍。

摘要： A novel wireless motion-detection device (WMDD) utilizes a low radio frequency (RF) emission/sensing system to isolate a patient’s movement with high sensitivity and spatial resolution. The device was evaluated for detecting focal to bilateral tonic-clonic seizures (FBTCS) and respiratory changes. A prospective study of patients ≥18 years old admitted to a tertiary care epilepsy monitoring unit was conducted. Data from the WMDD was compared to video-EEG and respiratory inductive plethysmography (RIP) belts to assess the onset of convulsive seizures and to assess respiratory signals. Eighty-seven consecutive patients were enrolled, including 9 with RIP belts; 11 FBTCS were captured. The WMDD revealed identifiable RF signal changes in all FBTCS at the onset of motor activity.

摘要： We present distances to 56 molecular clouds within 10° ≤ l ≤ 20° and ∣b∣ ≤ 5 (Formula presented) .° 25 from the Milky Way Imaging Scroll Painting (MWISP) ¹²CO survey, 47 of which are first-time determinations. The molecular clouds were identified using the DBSCAN algorithm, and their distances were measured with the MCCD method using J − K_s colors and the distances provided by 2MASS and Gaia EDR3. The distances range from ∼275 pc to ∼2118 pc. We also derived the physical properties of molecular clouds and found a moderate correlation between the dust extinction and the ¹²CO integrated intensity. © 2026. 摘要： The synergistic effect of He and H under fusion-relevant conditions still remains critical for RAFM steels, but there has been no consistent conclusion on the role of H, which may be the main source of the discrepancy in He-H synergistic effects. While the role of H at high doses is widely reported, its role in defects evolution at low-dose regime remains limited. This study investigates the microstructural evolution, irradiation hardening, and swelling of CLF-1 steel under Fe + He and Fe + He + H ion irradiation at a low dose of 5 dpa and 450 °C. The results indicate that H co-injection at this low dose suppressed swelling. Microstructural characterization revealed that H co-injection led to a higher number density of smaller bubbles and a higher density of smaller dislocation loops compared to the dual-ion case. Furthermore, microstructural features as defect sinks influenced bubbles evolution: bubbles were finer at grain boundaries, and visible bubbles nucleation was probably associated with the size of MX phases. Irradiation hardening calculated using DBH and FKH models reveals nearly identical hardening levels between the two irradiation conditions, a trend consistent with nanoindentation results. These findings uncovered that H acts as a swelling suppressor in CLF-1 steel under current irradiation conditions.
