摘要： 嗜酸细胞性胃肠炎(eosinophilic gastroenteritis,EGE)为免疫介导的罕见胃肠疾病,依据胃肠壁浸润深度分为黏膜、肌层及浆膜亚型,浆膜型临床发病率低、临床表现缺乏特异性,易造成误诊漏诊。伴随免疫病理学与影像诊断技术进步,本病皮肤与肠道免疫关联机制及靶向治疗研究进展迅速,部分自限性病例备受关注,但未经激素治疗自愈的浆膜型病例报道有限。本文报道1例保守治疗后自愈的浆膜型EGE,总结临床诊疗特点,为该病个体化诊治提供参考。

摘要： The roles of transforming growth factor (TGF)-β₁, fibroblast growth factor basic (FGF-b) and interleukin (IL)-6 released from human coronavirus (HCoV)-229 E-infected human nasal epithelial (HNE) cells and 2009 pandemic influenza virus-infected type II human alveolar epithelial (A549) cells in fibroblast proliferation were studied to elucidate the early mechanisms of airway and lung remodeling initiated by viral infection through epithelial-derived activation of fibroblasts.

摘要： Insulin resistance (IR) in skeletal muscle is a central defect in type 2 diabetes mellitus, and the transient receptor potential vanilloid 1 (TRPV1) channel has emerged as a promising therapeutic target. This study sought TRPV1-specific agonists among ginger polyphenols and examined their anti-IR mechanisms. Molecular docking combined with quantum chemical calculations identified 6-gingerol (6G), 6-shogaol (6S), 10-shogaol (10S), and 6-paradol (6P) as the most potent candidates. In palmitate-induced insulin-resistant C2C12 myotubes, these compounds, especially 6G, significantly enhanced glucose uptake, restored mitochondrial morphology and membrane potential, and increased intracellular Ca²⁺ levels. RT-qPCR and immunofluorescence analyses revealed upregulation of TRPV1 and GLUT4, improved Ca²⁺-handling, and activation of mitochondrial Ca²⁺ transport and biogenesis genes. Notably, the TRPV1 antagonist capsazepine largely attenuated these transcriptional and functional effects, confirming a predominantly TRPV1-dependent mechanism. Structure-activity analysis highlighted three determinants of activity: a phenolic hydroxyl group, an optimal C6-C10 alkyl chain, and an α,β-unsaturated ketone. These findings demonstrate that ginger polyphenols ameliorate IR via TRPV1-Ca²⁺ signaling and support their development as functional ingredients for managing type 2 diabetes.

摘要： 目的探究熊胆粉(BBP)通过调控NF-κB和Nrf-2/HO-1信号通路对脂多糖诱导的急性肺损伤(ALI)小鼠的保护作用。方法体外实验:采用脂多糖(LPS)诱导RAW264.7细胞建立体外模型,设置对照组、模型组、地塞米松(Dex,25μg/mL)、BBP低剂量组(6.25μg/mL)和BBP高剂量组(12.5μg/mL)。体内实验:将60只C57BL/6小鼠随机分为对照组、模型组、Dex组(5 mg/kg)、BBP低剂量组(30 mg/kg)和BBP高剂量组(120 mg/kg),12只/组。通过ELISA和相关试剂盒检测细胞和肺组织中炎症与氧化应激指标;通过肺组织病理分析、免疫细胞计数和肺湿/干质量比等指标评价BBP对ALI的干预作用。通过qRT-PCR、Western blotting和免疫组化法分析NF-κB和Nrf-2/HO-1信号通路相关蛋白与基因的表达变化。结果细胞实验结果显示,与模型组相比,BBP组(12.5μg/mL)显著降低TNF-α、COX-2、IL-1β、IL-6、丙二醛(MDA)、一氧化氮(NO)和活性氧水平,升高SOD水平,且IκB-α、Nrf-2和HO-1的mRNA表达水平升高,而TNF-α、IL-1β、Keap-1和NF-κB(p65)的mRNA表达水平降低(P<0.05,P<0.01,P<0.001)。动物实验结果显示,与对照组相比,模型组小鼠肺组织结构紊乱,肺泡壁增厚,肺泡内可见大量炎症细胞浸润,肺组织湿/干质量比及支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)总细胞数升高(P<0.01);肺组织中的TNF-α、COX-2、IL-1β、IL-6、MDA和NO含量升高,而SOD浓度降低(P<0.01,P<0.001);且肺组织中IκB-α、Nrf-2和HO-1的蛋白表达水平降低,Keap-1和NF-κB(p65)的蛋白表达水平升高(P<0.01)。与模型组相比,BBP(120 mg/kg)组能改善小鼠肺组织病理损伤状态,改善肺肿胀程度,降低BALF总细胞数、TNF-α、COX-2、IL-1β、IL-6、MDA和NO水平,升高SOD水平(P<0.05,P<0.01);同时,BBP上调了肺组织中IκB-α、Nrf-2和HO-1的蛋白表达水平,并抑制了Keap-1和NF-κB(p65)的蛋白表达水平(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论BBP可能通过作用于Nrf-2/HO-1和NF-κB信号通路对LPS诱导的ALI发挥保护作用,为后续研究潜在的治疗ALI药物提供依据。

摘要： Skeletal muscle contraction can influence anabolic signaling in distant noncontracted muscle. However, whether unilateral contraction alters nutrient-stimulated mechanistic target of rapamycin complex 1 (mTORC1) signaling in contralateral muscle remains unclear.

摘要： Myricetin is a small-molecular-weight U.S. Food and Drug Administration-recognized dietary supplement showing efficient anticancer effects. The recent development of myricetin derivative Linebacker-1 (LB1), which changes a hydroxyl group on the B ring to a chlorine atom, exhibits DNA-binding ability by interacting with the minor grooves of DNA and may also act as an antitumor drug. This study demonstrates the anticancer effect and radiosensitization of LB1 in a lung cancer model.

摘要： 目的 探讨血清成纤维细胞生长因子23(FGF23)、低氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)表达与血液透析患者肺动脉高压(PAH)发生的相关性。方法 回顾性分析,收集2021年1月至2024年1月于医院行维持性血液透析6个月以上的148例患者的临床资料,根据血液透析6个月时超声心动图测定的肺动脉压力结果将患者分为PAH组(46例)和非PAH组(102例);同时根据平均肺动脉压值评估PAH组病情程度并进行亚分组,即轻度组(14例)、中度组(22例)和重度组(10例)。查阅并记录研究所需资料,将可能的因素纳入,logistic回归分析血液透析患者发生PAH的影响因素,重点分析血清FGF23、HIF-1α表达与血液透析患者发生PAH的关系。结果 PAH组透析期间体重增加量、血清FGF23、HIF-1α、血磷、全段甲状旁腺素水平高于非PAH组,血红蛋白低于非PAH组(P<0.05);多因素logistic回归分析显示,透析期间体重增加量、FGF23、HIF-1α、血红蛋白与血液透析患者发生PAH有关(P<0.05);血液透析患者血清FGF23、HIF-1α水平对发生PAH存在正向交互作用;重度组血清FGF23、HIF-1α水平高于中度组、轻度组,且中度组高于轻度组(P<0.05)。结论 血清FGF23、HIF-1α异常升高与血液透析患者发生PAH有关,且两指标之间存在交互作用。
