摘要： Three previously undescribed polyprenylated xanthone derivatives named garcinuntones A-C (1 - 3 together with fifteen known compounds (4 - 18) were isolated from the leaves and twigs of Garcinia nuntasaenii Ngerns. & Suddee (Clusiaceae). Their structures were determined by analysis of their physical and spectroscopic data and by comparison with those of related compounds reported in the literature. The absolute configuration of garcinuntone B (2) was established by single crystal X-ray crystallographic analysis using Cu K alpha radiation data. Cytotoxic activity against several cancer cell lines (P-388, KB, HT-29, MCF-7, A549, and ASK) and anti-HIV-1 activity using syncytium inhibition and anti-HIV-1 reverse transcriptase assays of some isolated compounds were evaluated. Garcinuntone B exhibited cytotoxicity against some tested cell lines with IC50 values in the range of 4.82 to 6.92 mu M. In anti-HIV-1 assays, garcinuntone B demonstrated selective activity against the reverse transcriptase (RT) enzyme, showing an IC50 of 23.61 & micro;M, while it proved to be toxic to the host cell line in the syncytium inhibition assay. In addition, the binding affinity of garcinuntone B to HIV-1 RT was assessed through molecular docking study. Like other non-nucleoside RT inhibitors, garcinuntone B showed stable number of contacts with the binding residues in the binding pocket of HIV-1 RT enzyme.

摘要： Glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor agonists (GLP-1 RAs) are becoming increasingly popular for managing type 2 diabetes and obesity. Beyond their metabolic effects, they have shown anti-inflammatory properties, which may impact post-surgical recovery. However, their role in orthopedic procedures is not yet well defined. This study investigates whether GLP-1 RA use affects post-operative complications, including wound infection, venous thromboembolism, hospital readmission, and reintervention for Achilles tendon repair patients.

摘要： 脑瘫是胎儿或婴幼儿时期大脑遭受非进展性损伤所致的运动及姿势发育障碍综合征,可显著影响患者肌力、言语、活动及认知等功能。随着医疗保健水平显著提升,越来越多脑瘫患者可存活至生育年龄,但脑瘫与妊娠相关领域的研究仍较有限。高龄脑瘫孕妇受年龄与基础疾病叠加影响,胎儿染色体异常发生风险升高;终止妊娠手术麻醉方案选择难度大,椎管内麻醉受脊柱解剖条件、凝血功能等因素制约,临床多选用全身麻醉,围手术期管理难度显著增加。基于此,本研究通过报道1例脑瘫高龄孕妇合并上呼吸道感染行剖宫产的病例,结合相关文献复习,总结脑瘫合并妊娠的临床特点与诊疗管理经验,旨在完善该类人群孕前咨询及孕产期规范化管理方案,为产科临床实践提供参考。

摘要： The activation of molecules through non-covalent interactions (NCIs), especially hydrogen bonds (HB) appears to be a successful strategy for constructing glycosidic linkages. Indisputably, thiourea-based organocatalysis demonstrates remarkable versatility in promoting selective glycosylation strategies through hydrogen bonding activation modes. In this study, we explore the use of glycosyl ester donors bearing a 1-methylimidazole moiety, which can be efficiently activated by charge-enhanced (thio)urea hydrogen-bond donor catalysts under mild conditions. This methodology enables the glycosylation of a wide array of nucleophiles, including natural products, glycosides, amino acids, and even weakly nucleophilic phenols via an operationally simple and mild protocol. Mechanistic investigations reveal that the (thio)urea catalyst forms a non-covalent complex with the donor through hydrogen bonding, facilitating the generation of a reactive glycosyl oxocarbenium ion intermediate. This intermediate subsequently engages with nucleophiles to form the desired glycosidic bond.

摘要： 在输电及配电架设杆塔领域,人力掏挖原土后再进行水泥浇筑护壁的方式存在质量难控制、维护时间长、施工工期久的缺点。基于此,文章参照盾构管片防护设计思路,提出了1种高性能装配式护壁设计方法,并分别给出坑内侧压力、护壁内侧压力、护壁与内侧连接结构、护壁厚度的具体设计分析。为进一步验证文章所提出方法的可行性,与传统方法在安全、实施时间、成本角度进行对比分析。结果表明,文章所提出的方法相较于传统方法能够有效提升现场作业安全性,极大缩短作业时间,降低施工成本,具有一定的推广应用价值。

摘要： 目的探索双抗体阳性的副肿瘤性自身免疫性脑炎合并小细胞肺癌伴脑转移、脾转移的早期诊断和治疗经验。方法报告2023年3月至2024年1月成都中医药大学附属医院收治的1例双抗体阳性的副肿瘤性自身免疫性脑炎合并小细胞肺癌病例,总结该病早期识别、诊治方法和出现癫痫持续状态、重症肺炎、感染性休克等并发症的诊疗方案。结果病人以眩晕为首发症状,入院后以多种形式的癫痫发作、认知障碍以及精神行为改变为主要表现。根据病人抗神经元抗体阳性、正电子发射计算机体层成像(PET/CT)以及免疫组化分析结果,诊断为副肿瘤性自身免疫性脑炎合并小细胞肺癌。治疗上采用静脉注射甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠1 g,连续5 d,改为口服糖皮质激素序贯治疗,口服丙戊酸钠、左乙拉西坦片抗癫痫治疗,并制定了针对小细胞肺癌的3期化疗方案。病人后因肿瘤转移、肺部感染后并发癫痫持续状态、感染性休克而去世。结论双抗体阳性的副肿瘤性自身免疫性脑炎病人临床表现复杂,预后较差。当怀疑副肿瘤性自身免疫性脑炎时,需早期广泛筛查抗神经元抗体,血清肿瘤标志物,长程脑电图以及PET/CT等,并与副肿瘤综合征相鉴别。一旦确诊为副肿瘤性自身免疫性脑炎,应尽早启动免疫治疗、抗癫痫治疗、肿瘤化疗等综合治疗,并联合多学科合作制定合适的治疗方案以及长期随访共同延缓病情进展,改善病人的临床预后和晚期生存质量。

摘要： As a key agronomic trait, leaf color is closely linked to plant photosynthetic efficiency. In this study, we investigated the genetic mechanisms of leaf color variation in sponge gourd using an F₂ population generated from two phenotypically distinct parents. Through bulked segregant analysis (BSA), a 4.89 Mb candidate region related to leaf color was mapped on chromosome 8. Further combination of resequencing and fine mapping analysis identified a non-synonymous SNP variation in the exon of the EXECUTER 1 (EX1). We verified its function through homologous gene mutation in Arabidopsis thaliana, revealing its role in leaf color variation and its significant impact on photosynthetic performance. Furthermore, a functional molecular marker developed based on this SNP showed strict co-segregation with the leaf color phenotypes in the F₂ population. This study provides vital insights into the molecular basis of leaf color trait in sponge gourd and establishes a solid foundation for marker-assisted breeding targeting enhanced photosynthetic traits.

摘要： The soluble epoxide hydrolase (sEH) is widely studied for its therapeutic potential in inflammation, cardiovascular disease, and pain through stabilization of endogenous epoxyeicosatrienoic acid (EET). Here, we evaluated the impact of several urea-type sEH inhibitors on steroid hormone synthesis; another pathway in which sEH may be involved. Steroidogenesis assays employing the adrenocortical carcinoma cell line H295R demonstrated that TPPU and several other urea-type sEH inhibitors induce dose-dependent suppression of multiple steroid hormones without cytotoxicity, whereas the amide-based GSK2256294A had no effect on steroid production or cell survival. Substrate-to-product ratio analysis suggested selective modulation of CYP17, CYP21, and 17β-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase activities, with only partial transcriptional changes in select steroidogenic genes. Exogenous 11,12-epoxyeicosatrienoic acid (EET) did not reproduce these effects, and TPPU maintained suppression under dbcAMP stimulation, indicating an off-target mechanism downstream of cAMP signaling. Collectively, these findings reveal that urea-based sEH inhibitors suppress adrenal steroidogenesis via scaffold-dependent, off-target mechanisms independent of sEH. In addition, it suggests that sEH is not involved directly in steroid metabolism.
