摘要： Glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor agonists (GLP-1RAs) are increasingly used for obesity and type 2 diabetes and are now frequently encountered in patients undergoing bariatric and other elective surgeries. Their effects on gastric motility, appetite, and nutrient intake have important implications for perioperative safety, surgical outcomes, and nutritional care.

摘要： Sepsis is a comprehensive ailment of systemic inflammatory response syndrome arising from infection. Activation of CASPASE-1 plays a central role in initiating the inflammatory cascade during sepsis. Herein, we construct optogenetically engineered extracellular vesicles (EVs) that achieve the specific degradation of CASPASE-1 and inhibit sepsis-associated inflammation. Specifically, blue light (460 nm)-induced CRY2/CIBN heterodimerization was applied during the EVs production stage to selectively load GCE–CTM fusion proteins into EVs by EXPLORs technology, yielding EVs^GCE−CTM loading efficiency compared to conventional methods. Upon systemic delivery, EVs^GCE−CTM preferentially accumulated in macrophages, where the GCE domain selectively bound activated CASPASE-1. The CTM motif then facilitated its lysosomal degradation by chaperone-mediated autophagy, resulting in potent inhibition of CASPASE-1 activity. In a murine model of sepsis, treatment with EVs^GCE−CTM effectively attenuated systemic inflammation, reduced multi-organ damage, and significantly improved survival outcomes. This approach enables highly efficient, ubiquitin-independent degradation of intracellular target proteins through macrophage-directed EVs delivery, offering a potential therapeutic approach to address sepsis and other inflammation-related diseases.

摘要： The Lewis acid-catalyzed reaction of α-dithioacetyl propargyl alcohols has been reported. This cascade reaction involves the expansion of the dithioacetal ring, followed by a Friedel–Crafts cyclization of the resulting vinylic carbocation intermediates, efficiently producing six-, seven-, and eight-memberedS,S-heterocycle-fused benzofulvenes in good yields (up to 98%) within short reaction times (5–40 min). 摘要： 本文总结了1例全麻胆囊切除术患者术中发生顽固性低血压致心室颤动处理体会。患者一般情况:高血压病4年,现口服“马来酸依那普利片10mg,1次/d”,血压控制佳。实验室检查:丙氨酸氨基转移酶43.6U/L,间接胆红素7μmol/L,直接胆红素2.8μmol/L。影像学检查:CT示两肺多发结节灶、胆囊结石;心电图均阴性,余未见异常。查体见:患者体态匀称,颈部活动度、张口度正常,左上侧缺失两颗侧切牙,Mallampati评分Ⅰ级,美国麻醉医师协会(ASA)分级Ⅱ级,行全麻胆囊切除术,手术进行至50min时,患者出现低血压伴有脉搏氧饱和度波动现象,给予加快补液及静脉推注去甲肾上腺素无效,进而出现身体间断颤动,脉搏细弱,ECG示细颤波,即刻给予抗心律失常、升压、利尿等近30min的紧急救治,最终纠正患者的低血压状态。

摘要： 总结1例劳力型热射病合并毛细血管渗漏综合征病人的护理体会。护理要点为快速识别休克,实施分阶段液体复苏策略;针对性器官功能支持;动态评估皮肤衰竭征象及凝血功能;快速控制核心体温,保护脑组织;执行集束化感染防控措施;针对性的职业防护指导。经过治疗和护理,病人于入院后第40天康复出院。随访3个月,病人恢复良好。

摘要： Accurate information on rice planting areas and spatial distribution is critical for agricultural management in China;however, mapping efforts in regions like Sichuan Province are severely constrained by persistent cloud cover and fragmented terrain. Existing phenology-based methods and coarse-resolution products often fail to provide precise paddy localizations or usable training labels in such complex environments. To address these limitations, this study proposes a robust framework integrating optical and Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) imagery. The methodology employs a phenology-driven strategy for rapid candidate area annotation, coupled with an asymmetric feature extraction mechanism that incorporates a Multi-Scale Semantic Enhancement Module (MSEM) and a Category-Balanced Feature Fusion Module (CBFM) to facilitate adaptive and effective cross-modal fusion. Applying this framework to the Tianfu New Area (2019-2023) yielded 10-meter resolution rice distribution maps with a rice Intersection over Union (IoU) of 83.31% and a statistical correlation (R-2) of 0.972. These results demonstrate the framework's capacity for selective multi-source fusion and cost-effective sampling, facilitating precise rice mapping in challenging agricultural landscapes.

摘要： Selective oxidation of light alkanes remains challenging because kinetically accessible pathways often drive consecutive oxygenation beyond partial-oxidation products. Here we combine DFT energetics with microkinetic TPRS simulations to quantify how an external electric field modulates methane and ethane oxidation selectivity on rutile RhO₂(1 1 0). A negative field stabilizes hydrocarbon adsorption on Rh_cus by enhancing σ-complex donation, whereas a positive field destabilizes it, with the largest response observed for C₂H₆. For methane oxidation, although the field strongly modulates the CH₂O_br → CH₂O_ot rearrangement barrier that biases the network toward onward oxidation, net CH₂O yield remains only weakly tunable because CH₂O_br exhibits weak field dependence in its adsorption energetics, limiting desorption competitiveness. For ethane oxidation, in contrast, a positive field simultaneously weakens C₂ binding and suppresses oxidation/scission beyond C₂H₄O_br, producing a pronounced enhancement of C₂H₄ yield at intermediate coverage that operates cooperatively with the surface oxygen environment. Comparison with IrO₂(1 1 0) further shows that the polarity response of selectivity-determining barriers reverses in sign between the two rutile oxides, confirming that field effects are catalyst-specific. Overall, effective field-directed selectivity requires matching field polarity to a catalyst where the selectivity-controlling intermediate has field-tunable residence (adsorption/desorption) and co-optimizing the field with the surface oxygen balance.
