摘要： Semaglutide is not approved for glycemic management in type 1 diabetes (T1D) due to limited evidence and safety concerns. Nevertheless, its use is increasing. We investigated glycemic and safety outcomes of semaglutide in a nationwide cohort of individuals with T1D.

摘要： An environmentally sustainable and efficient synthesis of 1,4-bis(1H-benzo[d]imidazol-2-yl)benzene (TEE) is reported using terephthalaldehyde sodium bisulfite and o-phenylenediamine, with ethanol as an optimal green solvent. Microwave-assisted conditions significantly enhance reaction efficiency, affording high yields under mild conditions. Structural integrity and phase purity were confirmed by spectroscopic (NMR, FTIR, HRMS) and PXRD analyses. Density functional theory (DFT) calculations, supported by potential energy surface (PES) analysis, identify the anti-conformation as the most stable geometry. Frontier molecular orbital and UV–Vis analyses reveal effective π-electron delocalization, with a dominant π→π* transition at 343.9 nm and direct and indirect optical band gaps of 5.62 and 4.98 eV, respectively. Thermal studies indicate good stability. Notably, TEE exhibits significant antimicrobial activity, particularly against Pseudomonas aeruginosa, which is rationalized by molecular docking studies showing strong interactions with D-Ala-D-Ala carboxypeptidase and LasB elastase. Overall, this study establishes a clear structure–property–activity relationship, highlighting TEE as a promising heterocyclic scaffold for pharmaceutical and materials applications.

摘要： We present a systematic analysis of the femtosecond-pumped supercontinuum generation in a graded-index (GRIN) multimode fiber and its dependence on the fiber and input parameters. The spectral and temporal evolution of the ultrashort pulse is obtained by solving the 1 + 1D generalized nonlinear Schrodinger equation with a periodic nonlinearity, caused by self-imaging. The individual impact of higher-order dispersion (HOD) (up to 6th order) on the generation of broadband supercontinuum with the spectral sidebands due to the solitonic fission, is studied. An analytical model, capable of describing the frequencies of the phase-matched dispersive waves in the presence of HOD, is developed to accurately predicts blue- and red-shifted spectral peaks. The effect of pump wavelength in the anomalous dispersion regime, pump power, and the initial frequency chirp of the input pulse on the supercontinuum bandwidth and the broadband dispersive wave generations are thoroughly investigated. Finally, we report the generation of tunable dispersive waves ($300\mathrm{n}\mathrm{m}$) in the near-infrared regime by tapering the GRIN fiber up to 25%. We envisage that our analysis will be essential for the study of spatiotemporal nonlinear dynamics and the underlying physics in the growing field of nonlinear optics in the GRIN medium.

摘要： The stereochemistry of the Diels-Alder reactions between (E)- and (Z)-1,1,1,4,4,4-hexafluoro-2-butene, and various dienes such as furan, 2,3-dimethyl-buta-1,3-diene, 2-methyl-buta-1,3-diene, and cyclohexa-1,3-diene, was investigated. Conducting these reactions at 100-140 °C in a solvent-free environment within an autoclave facilitated the synthesis of adducts in moderate yields, preserving the geometry of trifluoromethyl groups according to the Diels-Alder stereochemistry rules.

摘要： 为建立可同时检测鸭甲型肝炎病毒(DHAV)血清1型、2型及3型的多重RT-PCR检测方法,试验针对DHAV-1、DHAV-2和DHAV-3的特异性基因序列设计特异性引物,通过优化反应体系组分浓度与反应条件构建多重RT-PCR检测体系,并对该方法的特异性、灵敏度、重复性进行评估和临床样品检测。结果显示:该体系可特异性扩增DHAV-1(815 bp)、DHAV-2(324 bp)和DHAV-3(508 bp)的目标片段,与其他常见鸭源病毒无交叉反应;对3种血清型均具有较高检测灵敏度,达104 copies/µL;批内及批间的重复性检测结果无明显差异,试验结果稳定可靠;临床样品检测与一步法RT-PCR方法的符合率达100%。研究表明,建立的多重RT-PCR方法不仅可以准确检测DHAV,还能够同时鉴别出DHAV血清1型、2型及3型,具有快速、特异、敏感、稳定等优点,可用于鸭甲型肝炎的临床诊断和流行病学调查。

摘要： A search is presented for long-lived particles decaying into an oppositely charged lepton pair, ${\mu }^{+}{\mu }^{-}$, $e^{+}{e}^{-}$, or e^±μ^∓, that form a vertex within the inner tracking system of the ATLAS detector at the Large Hadron Collider, displaced from the primary proton–proton interaction region. The analysis uses the 140 ${\text{fb}}^{-1}$ of Run-2 data collected at $\sqrt{s}=13$ TeV by the ATLAS experiment in 2015–2018. The results of the analysis are interpreted in the context of three benchmark models covering masses from 0.1 to 2.2 TeV and a range of mean proper lifetimes times the speed of light from 1 to 10 000 mm. The first model is a generic Z′ boson pair-produced by a new heavy scalar, with the Z′ decaying into lepton pairs. The remaining two models are R-parity violating supersymmetric models in which the lightest neutralino ${\tilde{\chi }}_1^0$ decays into ${\ell }^{+}{\ell }^{{}^{\prime }}$

摘要： 目的探讨1-6岁儿童的看护人喂养行为对饮食行为问题发生的影响。方法选取487名1-6岁正常儿童作为研究对象,并使用基本情况、饮食行为问题以及看护人的喂养行为情况调查表进行问卷调查。采用χ2检验及多因素Logistic回归分析看护人喂养行为与儿童饮食行为问题的关系。结果487名健康体检儿童中,337名(69.2%)儿童至少有一项饮食行为问题。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,家长过度关心饮食[OR=3.988(2.533-6.279)]和有不良喂养行为[OR=3.136(1.549-6.349)]是儿童饮食行为问题发生的危险因素,家长良好喂养行为[OR=0.338(0.220-0.520)]是儿童饮食行为问题发生的保护因素。此外发现,喂养人文化程度与儿童不良进食习惯具有更强烈的关联效应;家庭收入与儿童缺乏自主进食能力具有更强烈的关联效应。结论1-6岁儿童饮食行为问题的发生率高,家长应避免过度关心孩子饮食,改善不良喂养行为,对儿童良好饮食行为多鼓励和表扬,以降低儿童饮食行为问题的发生风险。
