摘要： Mountain regions exhibit complex near-surface air temperature (TA) gradients that are poorly captured by current coarse-resolution reanalysis datasets, potentially biasing global climate analyses. Existing TA products derived from satellite land surface temperature (LST) can mitigate this limitation, but their dependence on individual senor sources often constrains spatiotemporal continuity, particularly in mountain areas affected by persistent cloud cover and complex terrain. Here, we developed a 1-km resolution monthly TA dataset for global mountain regions (GMTA) by integrating six LST products spanning different time periods with in-situ TA observations from 6842 stations during 1997–2020, along with auxiliary information describing vegetation density, land cover, seasonality, topography, and geographic location. Initially, LST-TA models were established for each LST product under daytime-only, nighttime-only, and combined observation scenarios, generating six individual TA datasets. These datasets were subsequently integrated into a unified TA dataset via a priority-based weighted fusion strategy that incorporates both the availability and uncertainty of daytime and nighttime LST. Validation against in-situ observations revealed that the individual TA products averagely achieved a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.97 and a root-mean-square-error (RMSE) of 1.69 °C, with performance varying across daytime-only (RMSE = 1.98 °C), nighttime-only (RMSE = 1.78 °C), and combined scenarios (RMSE = 1.63 °C). The fused GMTA product further outperformed all individual TA, reaching a mean R² of 0.98 and an RMSE of 1.53 °C, with different RMSE reductions under daytime-only condition (0.20 °C), nighttime-only (0.15 °C), and combined scenarios (0.12 °C). 摘要： The immune checkpoint pathway PD-1/PD-L, known for its role in immunosuppression via regulatory T cells (Tregs) and inflammatory signaling, is implicated in the neuroinflammation of drug-refractory epilepsy (DRE). Given the emerging importance of immune dysregulation in epilepsy, identifying immune-related biomarkers may improve diagnosis and guide treatment strategies.

摘要： 目的利用真实世界监测数据,探讨维生素B_(1)注射液不良反应的发生特征与规律,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法收集2005年12月—2024年1月河北省药品不良反应监测系统中关于维生素B_(1)注射液不良反应报告74例,对患者性别、年龄、不良反应类型及严重程度、用药原因、不良反应发生时间、累及系统/器官及临床表现、转归进行回顾性分析。结果74例报告中,男女比例为1∶1.11,45~64岁者占比最高(37.84%);以一般不良反应(67例,90.54%)为主,其中新的一般不良反应15例(20.27%);最主要的用药原因为神经系统疾病(35例,47.30%);不良反应发生时间在用药1 d内者最多(47例,63.51%);主要累及皮肤及皮下组织(42例,42.42%);不良反应转归最多的为痊愈(41例,55.41%)。现行说明书中用法用量未涵盖所有适应证,儿童用药和禁忌项尚不明确,不良反应项缺乏过敏性休克等提示。结论药品上市许可持有人应持续加强上市后药品不良反应监测,并结合不良反应监测数据等内容完善说明书安全性信息,以更好地指导临床合理用药,降低用药风险。

摘要： Importance Race, ethnicity, and social determinants of health (SDOH) contribute to disparities in diabetes outcomes, particularly hemoglobin A(1c HbA(1c)). Although continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) improves glycemic management, it remains unclear whether associations persist between SDOH and CGM metrics, as prior research has focused solely on HbA(1c). Objective To examine the associations of race, ethnicity, and SDOH with glycemic metrics among patients with type 1 or type 2 diabetes who use CGMs. Design, Settings, and Participants This retrospective cross-sectional study evaluated CGM profiles paired with demographic data from individuals receiving outpatient care at a single-center academic health system between October 1, 2017, and February 28, 2025. The cohort included pediatric (aged <18 years) and adult (aged >= 18 years) patients with type 1 or type 2 diabetes who met CGM data sufficiency criteria. Exposures Race and ethnicity category, individual-level SDOH (eg, insurance type and neighborhood-level socioeconomic status. Main Outcomes and Measures Glycemic outcomes included HbA(1c mean glucose, time in range, time above range, glycemic risk index, coefficient of variation, and extended hypoglycemic episodes. Inverse probability weighting and mixed-effects models were used to examine associations between exposures and outcomes. Results The study included 1743 participants with 3296 CGM profiles (mean [SD] age, 38.8 [20.8] years;926 female [53.1%];86 identifying as Black [4.9% 56 as Hispanic [3.2% 1508 as White [86.5% and 93 as other [5.3%] race and ethnicity). Black race and public health insurance were associated with higher HbA(1c estimate, 0.55%;95% CI, 0.27%-0.82%) and mean glucose (estimate, 17.88 mg/dL;95% CI, 3.69-32.07 mg/dL). 摘要： Persistent Infectious bronchitis virus (IBV) outbreaks in Bangladesh, indicate inadequate vaccination strategy, low vaccination quality or inconsistent coverage of all the poultry production in terms of IBV. This study investigated the prevalence and genetic diversity of IBV in commercial poultry farms in Bangladesh. A total of 390 samples from commercial broiler and layer flocks (July 2022-June 2025) were screened by RT-qPCR, with selected positives subjected to in ovo isolation and S1 gene sequencing for phylogenetic analysis. IBV was the most prevalent respiratory pathogen, detected in 26.67% of samples and often co-circulating with others. Phylogenetic analysis of the S1 gene revealed the co-circulation of three distinct IBV genotypes: GI-1, GI-16, and GI-24. The GI-1 (Mass-type) genotype was predominant and exhibited high nucleotide identity (99.8–100%) with commonly used vaccine strains, including Ma5, H120, and B-48. Additionally, two other genotypes were identified for the first time in Bangladesh: GI-24, closely related to nephropathogenic Indian strains, and GI-16 (Q1-like), a highly transmissible variant widely reported in Europe and Asia. Pairwise genetic distance analysis demonstrated measurable divergence between vaccine strains and circulating field isolates, potentially explaining continued viral circulation and disease occurrence in vaccinated flocks. Notable genetic variation was observed within S1 hypervariable regions, including mutations affecting predicted neutralizing B-cell epitopes, suggesting antigenic divergence that may contribute to reduced vaccine-induced protection against emerging genotypes. These findings suggest IBV introduction events in Bangladesh and support continuous molecular surveillance in order to test the cross-protection capability of the commercially available vaccine strains.

摘要： Heart failure (HF) is closely associated with mitochondrial dysfunction and impaired energy metabolism. Doxorubicin (DOX)-induced cardiomyopathy is a well-established model for investigating mitochondrial-driven HF. Gentianella acuta (GA), a traditional medicinal herb, has shown cardioprotective potential, yet the mechanisms of its major bioactive constituents, xanthones, in HF remain incompletely understood.
