摘要： 5-Azido-1H-1,2,4-triazole (5-AzT) is an important class of nitrogen-rich heterocyclic compounds in synthetic chemistry. In the field of energetic materials, conventional synthesis of azido-triazole compounds often relies on the use of toxic sodium azide (NaN₃). In this study, we use a green alternative route that avoids such hazardous reagents. However, due to their use of highly toxic NaN₃, the synthesis process is not green enough. This paper, based on the pyrazole-triazole skeleton, successfully synthesized a series of 5-AzT derivatives using hydrazino diazotization and CNO₂ introduction strategies. All compounds were characterized by nuclear magnetic resonance hydrogen spectrum, infrared spectroscopy, elemental analysis, and differential scanning calorimetry, among which the structures of five compounds (3, 3′, 4, 5, 7) were further determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The three compounds (3, 3′, and 4) all exhibit moderate densities (1.73–1.76 g cm^-3), acceptable thermal decomposition temperatures (T_d: 160.5–200.5 °C), and impressive detonation parameters (V_D: 8.1–8.4 km s^-1; P: 31–32 GPa). They also demonstrate acceptable impact sensitivity (IS: 5–8 J) and friction sensitivity (FS: 60–192 N). Furthermore, we conducted laser initiation experiments on neutral compounds 3, 3΄, and 4, all of which exhibited positive responses to laser ignition testing. These balanced multifunctional characteristics, combined with excellent synthetic feasibility, make these compounds promising candidates for applications requiring high initiation efficiency and enhanced safety.

摘要： Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) is a lung disease with an unclear etiology and poor prognosis, for which no effective treatment currently exists. Atractylenolide I (ATL-I), a key constituent of the traditional Chinese medicine Atractylodes macrocephala, exhibits multiple pharmacological activities. Although modern pharmacology has demonstrated its beneficial therapeutic properties in lung diseases, its therapeutic effects and molecular mechanisms in IPF remain unclear.

摘要： Severe influenza is driven by immunometabolic dysregulation, highlighting the need for novel therapeutic strategies. Elsholtzia penduliflora ***. (E. penduliflora) is a traditional ethnomedicine that has long utilized by Miao communities in southwestern China for the treatment of respiratory infections, including influenza and pneumonia. Although its antiviral potential is increasingly recognized, the specific active constituents and the precise immunometabolic mechanisms through which E. penduliflora alleviates virus-induced lung injury remain poorly understood.

摘要： Acute cold exposure affects the cardiovascular system substantially. Inonotus obliquus (Ach. ex Pers.) Pilát (IO), commonly referred to as “Chaga” in Russian traditional medicine, is a fungus that primarily parasitizes birch trees in cold climate regions. IO is extensively employed in Russian folk medicine for the treatment of cardiovascular diseases, including hypertension, hyperlipidemia, atherosclerosis, and symptoms of coronary heart disease. It is purported to holistically modulate cardiovascular function. However, despite the widespread use of I. obliquus aqueous extract (IOE), its cardioprotective effects against acute cold exposure/rewarming (ACE/R)-induced myocardial injury are yet to be elucidated.
